Really big store, they have a really decent priority on everything there are certain things that are at a discount price, really good discounts check that section just in case that you need something from there (purchased a slow feeding bowl I was looking for that cost ±$17and I purchase it here for $4.87.Really helpful employees, nice and courteous (only one lady wasn't, but naaa, she didn't ruined my experience at the store).A pity I found this place one day before heading home. Need to go to.the states again, and I'm checking their locations, hopefully I will.find one in NY and close to New Orleans were I need to go. They have several locations in TX, CA, FL. Please check them, you won't regret it!!

I just left Petsmart and had the pleasure of dealing with Trina, who was extremely helpful and gave me very good advice as a new dog owner on what to buy and what not to buy since my dog is teething and destroys everything in the house. She gave me the right toys and she told me which harness to use. Thank you very much Trina. Thank you very much Petsmart.

This place is very clean with alot of parking. It has live stock and all your pet needs the staff are very friendly and helpful its all got a rehoming animals program for anyone who might be looking for an older animal like a cat etc who need a loving home

My daughter just adopted a new kitty and we were able to find everything we needed to welcome her new member to the family.Also, I was pleased to see that PetSmart is now carrying Weruva brand cat food which they haven't always done.

Every time I go here, I see people's pets. So I brought my kitten and she just loved it. So many fish, her eyes were rolling. Beautiful birds. But her favorite thing was the cat food Isle. I'm so glad they sell Applause Brand cat food here. It's all my cats will eat.

The store was very clean & the staff was very helpful! Although they had a good selection & they all looked pretty healthy, I did think the fish were overpriced. Hence the 4 stars. SN: I hear that these little 🐠beauties are genetically modified with jellyfish juice (or something like that 😂) to create those awesome neon colors! #Glofish

I've been bringing my dog for grooming here for about a year now and I'm always satisfied! Christina does an amazing job and my pup always smells great after her bath! The price is reasonable, comes out to about $40 for a bath with a nail trim. As for the store, the staff is always friendly and always welcomes you when you walk inside.

Hi! I brought my cat here for grooming and lemme say, Joshua is by far the best groomer I've had the pleasure of working with. Not to mention the whole staff was wonderful and kind no matter where I went. If you want a great cat groomer go here! They handle with care and truly understand their clients and how pets are. 10/10 will and would come back.

I have been shopping at the Decatur and Charleston location for at least twenty years. I've always liked this store. Everybody has always been very helpful and polite. The grooming has also been top notch for all my animalsToday, I had an exceptional experience. I have been dealing with a tic issue which has been very frustrating. I never had tics on my pets. I was under the impression that we don't have tics in Las Vegas. Well, we do, and they are very difficult to get rid of. This is my second attempt buying products to kill and prevent tics from coming back to the home and on the animals. I have 6 fur babies, so this is getting very expensive.Qiara did everything in her power to try to reduce my cost with different coupons. She spent a considerable amount of time with me trying to get the right product at the right price so I can get a decent discount. This was a life saver for me. I am extremely grateful to Qiara for helping me. She went above and beyond helping me save money. She was polite, patient and super friendly! Her customer service skills were over the top 💯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank Qiara you you made my day !!

Nice staff and very cute animals. Usually seems pretty clean. I didn't pet the cats for adoption because they were cleaning. I took this photo for meme purposes but it works as review purposes as well I assume. This is one of the hamster enclosures. Theres a cute one eating in the bowl (just like me) and another running getting excersize (everyone else)
