The manager Omar refused to let me purchase another hamster after I brought the hamster back that died the Same day,he was more upset that the hamster died then the satisfaction of me being a customer.i wanted to surprise my daughter with a hamster but he messed that up for me completely.he refused service for someone else that I tried to have buy it because they were with me.even though that may be the policy I definitely know he refused my service just to be evil.i think he think I may have done something to the hamster which I didn't.i just think he needs to be more mindful when genuine customers come in to be served because that ruined my whole day knowing what I had to go through just to get a hamster for my kid.it hurt me the way I was serviced by him and I did no wrong.if I can give 0 stars I would.omar needs to work on his customer service skills .I am a manager also and I don't treat my customers the way he did me...I did end up getting the hamster only because I had someone else go in to get it for me ..but I wasn't goin to stop until I made my daughter happy and that I did..

Great customer service so helpful love it got a hampster he is so cute then went back and got a guinea pig. I will be going back to get another guinea pig very soon. Very nice employees they all were so very helpful. Great shopping experience.

The only bad thing I find there is there is limited fish. All the tanks look pretty empty and the tanks they are not cared for like they should be. They don't care about adding colorful gravel and ornaments to make it look appealing to draw customers to them. I go to the one on Nellis.

I just used the curb side pick up and it was great. I was only waiting like 15 minutes till the email said it was ready and once I said I was outside the girl came out maybe 2 minutes later and I was on my way back home.My 3 dogs got a car ride, and they got their snackies and I didn't have to worry about bringing the 3 of them into the store and then locate their snackies and wait in line lol. Great experience and great service. I will definitely be using this again because it was easier than going through a drive thru for dinner lol.Well now that my boys will have great smelling breath instead of hot dragon 🐉 breath to wake me up with I'm totally happy with my purchase and experience today with the petsmart on Nellis behind Walmart.

This review is only for the grooming section at the Nellie and Charleston location. There were about four girls grooming and seemed to be doing ok. However, Maria, who seems like she was running the operation was very sketchy. When I arrived one of the younger groomers was already checking in a dog. Everything was going well until the dog walked behind the gate and all of a sudden Maria says they won’t be able to service him because he’s aggressive and nervous! The dog didn’t growl, bark, whimper, nothing! And before you even touch him you’ve labeled him aggressive and refused to take him? Mind you, this dog was about 15 pounds. I was so confused.Now on to me. My dog is a very playful 25 pound goldendoodle (these breeds are known for their gentle nature). Maria proceeds to play with him, pet him, sweet talk him and check him in. Noted that he’s very excited and she knew he would do fine so she wasn’t worried. I never asked what she thought, this was just her sharing her opinion. I wasn’t worried bc my dog goes for grooming once a month back home (we’re here visiting and needed an emergency bath before our flight later) and he’s not aggressive or finicky at all, I’ve known my dog his whole life. Now, as with any dog, you give him a reason to be snippy and he will but only when provoked.Three hours after I drop him off I get a call from Maria saying she can’t service my dog because “he’s very aggressive and he bit me pretty badly” like, what? So she says “he’s had his bath but I can’t finish his service because it’s not safe for her or her staff, and that I need to come get him” I have never heard any of his normal groomers say anything like this and if he bit you, let me see the mark? There was no mark, of course. She lied and labeled. I’ve known my dog for years and Maria has him for all of five minutes and now he’s aggressive? I wonder what she did to provoke him if he actually did get snippy with her which I doubt.If Maria has no tolerance for her job she should just say that instead of turning dogs away and lying on them saying they’re aggressive. It’s so unnecessary and such a waste of peoples time to have to go there and deal with someone that just doesn’t want to do their job. Why say you’re not worried and he’ll do good at check in, take him in for three hours and then say you can’t finish?Oh and when I get there to pick him up Maria asked one of the other groomers to help her because my dog was barking??? Like, how long have you been working with dogs because that’s what they do! She was really playing it up!I will be reporting Maria to corporate and hopefully she wasn’t abusive to my dog or any other dogs that she lies on and labels as “aggressive”! Maria might need to find another job.

Went there for a grinder for the dog's nails as well as a Clipper and found everything I needed very easily they were polite and it was a great store. Multiple options and pricing for every level from do it yourself to a professional groomer

This store is always well-maintained and well-stocked. Occasionally long lines will form at check-out but staff usually opens another register to take care of customers.

These guys just do a pretty good job, but this is the second time I’ve come around 645 - 7 o’clock for a nail trim and they’ve already shut the Grooming down. Website says open until 9..

I do a lot of shopping for my pet here.(Edit)I wish they had a separate page for the groomer, as I like the store itself. But the groomer...The short version: Groomers have our dogs the worst haircuts I have ever seen, both too short, , looks like they got 2/3 of the way through the other and forgot to cut the remaining 1/3, which is the upper part, and both dogs were cut by clippers. Wouldn't fix it. Only refunded. Super sloppy job we now have to get fixed.We brought have brought our dogs there for a while, and while the haircuts were nothing to write home to about, they were fine. But since everything opened back up, the last two haircuts were SHAMEFUL. Last time, they were simply cut shorter than we wanted. But alright. Maybe it was a one time thing.This time, it's worse. My wife asked that the hair on their bodies be trimmed a bit longer, mentioning it was too short last time anyway, and we wanted them to be warm, but wanted the hair around their heads and their rears, which grow like crazy, needed a good trim. They said it would be right about 4 hours. No problem. She left.They call early, and said dogs were done. Odd but alright. She goes to get the dogs, basically has them handed off to her with no real talk about the cut, and rushed out the door.They are shaved down nearly to the skin. Its SO SHORT. The one with the mane, it looks like they got up towards her shoulders, stopped, and never finished. You can see tracks where its slightly longer and missed with the clippers on the body. Her mane was hardly touched, maybe slight evening at her ears, but otherwise looks the same. It is uneven, and WAAAAY too far down her back, and very choppy.My wife called about the satisfaction guarantee. Supposedly, they are suppose to do "What is the Look Great Guarantee? This is our promise to you that you'll love how your pet looks after a visit to our salon, or we'll do whatever it takes to make it right.". So we were like, maybe they can at least fix the mane? Fix the uneven patches? NOPE! They said that all they would do is give us a refund. Which I mean, cool... But that doesn't fix her hair. This means we are taking our dogs elsewhere to fix it. Because THIS doesn't look like any intentional haircut anyone would reasonably do. At best it looks like our dog went into surgery and had to be shaved down.The saving grace? After this we noticed the dogs both had spots that looks like they got cut up by the clippers. One on the ear, the other by her front left. Poor babies! No wonder the other one didn't want to sit to have the rest of his ears trimmed!😡

Everything I needed for my bearded dragon, even live feed was there.4 ⭐ because more than one of us had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to help us in that section of the store.

Just left the grooming salon. I love this store but the grooming salon is horrible. The people who work in that department are very rude and unprofessional. I will never take my dogs here again. Don’t waste your time here. You will definitely be disappointed

A very good store, my wife and I usually take our cute little pit bull, Hazel whenever we need to buy food, because we want her to pick out her next bone. But they have fantastic customer service and good prices on their inventory. Absolutely bring your puppy if you'd like them to have a free treat at checkout! 10/10

Great experience! Have a small teddy bear dog who has only been to the groomer once and they were very patient and loving with her 😊 I asked for a very short cut, since it’s about to be summer and they did exactly what I asked! I might go longer next time though! They had her ready when they said they would and she smelled and looked amazing! I’ll be coming back again soon with Daisy!!! ♥️

Took my dog to get groomed , he was there for 4 hours (they get busy so that I understand) I purchased the grooming package that had ear cleaning, sanitary trim , shampoo, nail trim etc . 4 hours later no sanitary trim was done, altars not clean and nails trimmed horribly. No disrespect to the staff they were all nice but it was a waste of $60

I bring my dog here to get groomed and Emma always does an outstanding job! She cuts my pups hair so cute and she is always so sweet! I couldn't imagine bringing him anywhere else

This used to be a good place to get my dog groomed. I had been taking my husky PUPPY here for grooming several times. The last time I went in they called and told me to come and pick him up but they could not finish they service of drying him due to him nipping the groomer during the drying process. (He's scared of the dryer) I went to get him and he was still wet and they charged me full price. Understandable if they could not dry him fully but to charge me full price? Two of the groomers were extremely unprofessional and rude. The manager was as well. Needless to say I had to get them to take off the drying service part of the bill and I had to finish the process at home of drying him with ZERO issues of him nipping or biting. Not to mention every time I went in they asked me for his rabies vax when they already had it on file. Unprofessional and rude employees.

Not enough. But close and expensive, Walmart sells some same things half the price. Reptile cages are empty and only one bird cage. But the fish tanks are clean and the employees speak kindly.

People greet you cheerfully, but I received more help from Vet's Counter. I pushed button, and still had to yell at the guy darting past me, cause he couldn't hear it. He was very nice when did finally heard me. It's getting better. Checker that greeted me was a Cheerful Delight.

I am so sick of this location. I’m tired of these rude employees. If you don’t like your job that is not my problem and do not take it out on me. I have never had a good experience at this location but continue to come because it is the nearest location to me. Today I’m just really fed up. I was there at 9am. Wasn’t greeted when I walked in, nor was I greeted when I got to the register. First thing the cashier said was do you want a bag. Like hello, good morning, what happened to that? Then she makes me enter my own phone number in instead of typing it like every one else does so while I’m entering my phone number in she greets everyone that walks in. I’m starting to think it’s a race thing and it’s ridiculous. I checked out at 9:01am. You just got to work. There is no reason why you should be upset or already having a bad day. But the fact that everyone else was greeted and not me makes me feel like it’s a race thing. This is not the first time this has happened. I just had enough of it today.
