Took my dog for grooming for the first time here. I just assumed they were going to do what I paid for (silly me) He looked clean but after using a wipe on his face & ears, they were not clean! Not to mention, he was to have deshedding done but I had to brush him out at home before I could let him in my house it was so bad! Not even sure if they brushed his teeth as they will not answer the phone for me to ask. I'm sorry but it was not worth the $70.Lesson learned and I will not go back to them!

The ladies who work here have done wonderful with my dogs everytime I bring them here. They're always so friendly and welcoming, and they compliment my dogs so that makes me feel like they care for their jobs. Plus my dogs seem to love them! We have a pug that's touchy about his nails being trimmed and they're always so patient with him.

I love my groomer Alicia, she's amazing! She is compassionate and caring for my 3 dogs. It is important that our animals fit well with our groomer and Alicia is perfect! She is always thoughtful and considerate when caring for all 3. Highly recommend her services!

Snow at the register was so helpful! I have been looking everywhere for a certain prescription food for my cat and needed help figuring out how to use my prescription card from another store. I was able to take care of it quickly and find what I needed thanks to the direction from this very kind employee. This kindness was especially needed today due to the not so great news I got from my cat's oncologist, and it had me a little scatterbrained, so I am very grateful for the help.

While Brittany is always happy when she sees Blaze and Shooter I never worry about how they are treated. Brittany is always happy and takes good care of both of my dogs when they are there. I would not even think of going any place else for what is provided from Petco does.

My dogs nails come out the best when used with a grinder. Chris is very fast and my dog seems very happy. He is done before I have time to check out at register. Petco on Eastern and E. Serene Ave. Thank you and see you again soon..

I own two miniature schnauzers. Each groomer I have ever taken them to, the dogs look fantastic when I picked them up. When I picked my dogs up from the groomer at Petco, they looked completely hacked up. It was like they had no idea how to groom this breed Their beards were too short, the eyebrows were cut unevenly. No definition in the beard at all. Worse job I've ever seen in all the years owning this breed of dog.
