The service was great. My dog was seen on time. The stylist, Nick, was great with my dog, and put him at ease right in the beginning by getting down on the dog's level. It was super easy to book the appointment online and I got in within a day of booking. I got a full debrief at the end of how my dog did, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend and will definitely use this service again.

Staff were nice enough but my dog was refused a sanitary trim with some questionable advice to go with it.Took my dog to a nearby vet who immediately told me this was bad advice and their in house groomer performed the service this location refused me for.Would not recommend if you need urgent service. Got the vibe they just didn’t want to handle my dog as it would have unfortunately been a messier job. Would have understood had this been the case vs being given odd reasons why he couldn’t be serviced.

Alexandra M was amazing, she cut my dog exactly the way I asked and he came back look, smelling, and feeling great! I've tried 4 other groomers in town and she's the first groomer to do a perfect job. I'll be taking my dog to her every time from now on!

Sladjana did an excellent job with all three of our dogs. One of our dogs named Timmy doesn't like getting groom and she did a great job with him. She's an excellent pet stylist.
