The staff has always been super friendly, patient, helpful and polite.The selection is quite large but please expect that some of the items would be out of stock for the day.The cashier is always very attentive and patient which is superb and also means it's a slow check-out service for those who are standing in line.

7/2023 Shopped online snd picked up at this store. Excellent customer service. Friendly fast and efficient.Convenient location in shopping center off 95 and Centennial Pkwy. Lots of parking and handicap access. Parking lot is neat and clean. Interior of store is well organized and well stocked. I ordered items online but had to return them. Billie the service cashier was great. She was extremely friendly and courteous. I had no problem with the return. She processed the return right away. I will definitely return here. They have a rewards program for members who frequently purchase. Grooming service and veterinary service available are within the store which makes it very convenient.

Attempted to get a refund for a class that has been canceled/postponed twice. The first lady was very nice but the manager was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Which sucks because the employees there are AWESOME and SUPER NICE. I contacted corporate, and they processed the refund.

I preferred the Petco on Sahara near 215. It was cleaner and friendlier. This one did have more products.Petco needs to evaluate their stores overall when it comes to pricing. The prices compared to small businesses are about the same. I'm going to support small businesses.

I needed to return an online purchase. It was a doggy door valued at over $160. I attempted to return it to my local store and the female associate whom I assumed was the manager was unable to process the return. She also stated that she hated these types of returns because she can't resell the item and has to throw the item in the trash. She told me to call customer service and request a return label, then I could drop it off at FedEx or UPS. After 3 weeks of being unsuccessful in obtaining a return label, I was sent a return to store receipt. I returned to the same store and a male associate was able to process the return with no issues.

The items I wanted were in stock, though it would be really nice if you could carry more of the smaller sized Fresh Pet refrigerated food, as we are not able to go through 6 lbs fast enough with one small baby.The woman at the register was friendly and efficient.

It's all been a shock for All of us as far as high prices go. Seems like everytime I go out EVERYTHING went up a couple bucks.. And then you go to this place and over shock kicks in and you go into cardiac arrest . they're double the already ridiculously high prices. I see ALL these types of stores and ALL fast food chains being extinct here in the very near future ... Soilet Green people ..

Arrived at this location 5 minutes before closing and their doors were locked they clearly saw me. I knocked on the door and they refused to open the store The other store is out of stock on my cat food so I came over here to pick it up because it says they have it in stock on their shelf I hope the manager read this I will be calling tomorrow this door has the worst customer service both associates clearly looked at me and totally ignored me deliberately.

Took total of 4 hours to get a basic bath for a 14lbs small dog(no grooming). I was told it should only take 2-3 hours. I came back to the store after 3 hours and the groomer was out for lunch?!! I waited her to come back and finish up her job so I could able to pick my dog after 4 hours. Why can’t you just schedule your team when they are actually available? I always used petco in different locations and it would always take and hour or two hours max. I was charged $44 for this very bad service and I have to admit that my dog wasn’t even brushed well or looked very clean around the face area.He was just stressed waiting in a cage for a very long time.Well obviously I will not be back, I suggest you considering going somewhere else. This is not even any cheaper than more professional places.

If you do happen to get lucky enough for an associate to ask if you need help I'd advise to have the website open with the item your looking for so they can find what you are there for. Otherwise you'll probably hear "we don't carry that item" like I was told.Best of luck

Fun and clean place. Went in with family for fish and exited with fish and cat toys. Staff was fabulous. The store is well equipped with a wide variety of items for all animals. Obviously very pet friendly.

You demanded I get a pet exam along with my cytopoint shot or told me to leave. My dogs annual exam is in April. You wanted me to pay for an exam today and come back in 2 months to pay for another tech exam along with an annual bordatella. It's ridiculous! My pet only needed his allergy shot today. But, I gave in and let an exam take place for an additional $75 so my dog could get his allergy meds. You took the dog out of room at 3:10 and returned the dog at 3:14pm. A 4 minute cytopoint shot and a full exam in only 4 minutes??? What a joke! What a scam!! Printed my records and reporting this clinic and it's sham of a vet!

They had my online order pickup ready and available when I showed up. They help me within 60 seconds of me walking in the door and I was out the door within 4 minutes, can't really complain about that. Everybody was friendly and I would definitely go back.

Clean and organized with a great selection of stuff for most pets. Grooming and cat adoption are also available here. Plenty of fish accessories and specialty foods too. I've been shopping here for years and it's my go to Petco in town.

I wanted to return something that I had purchased 31 days earlier. Unopened and unused. I was told by the nice young man at the register that I could only get a gift card. I asked for a manager, she refused to do it and told me to call customer service. I asked her for the number and she said, “Google it” and walked away. I was able to get a refund from the very nice person on the phone. My reason for the poor review is the lack of care from management.

A fabulous grooming service, much improved since I last got my pet groomed here.ETA: I'm so disappointed. Amongst the glowing 9's and 10's I gave them in their survey, I did mention briefly that my dog limped a little when she got home. I received a call from them recommending her to a vet grooming service instead.
