People in there are very nice. And they have a lot of pet items you can buy, and there is few kitten waiting for get adopt is really cute. (I just adopted two cats from this Petco, and the people in there are very nice and kind to teach me what should I need to get or what should I need to notice.)

My go-to for pet supplies. Love the location. Must say, I've never seen a hairless guinea pig before. Quite cute. I really wanted one, but I didn't think this impulse buy would thrill the hubby!

Justin was the BEST in the grooming department! He was so kind and professional. He did such a great job with my dog. My dog was all smiles when we got home! We will definitely be going back to Justin and I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Not knowledgeable and very poor service. I have asked questions and they just do not seem like they really want yo help me. I feel like a bother to them. I am very sorry too. I really wanted it to be a great experience after adopting a shelter dog. I thought they would be much more informative. I rarely give a low star review but maybe they can change my mind if I go back.

Terrible customer service when I went there today to buy a dog kennel. They advertised $44.99 and $49.99 for both the small and medium crates, but when it rang up about $80 more, the young man who helped my Father and I was so unprofessional and just a jerk. Like, learn how to talk to customers if you work with customers on the daily. The manager was definitely nicer and more professional but I don't understand how someone literally working in customer service can be so poor at their jobs and still have a job. Wow.

Our dog visited Petco for a kennel bath and nail trimming last week and when we picked her up she looked and smelled like a new dog. A lot of her winter coat was removed and she was ready for photos! Great job!

This review is for VETCO, I didn't proceed into Petco. I was only there for the Veterinary Clinic.Dr. McClusky (VETCO) was excellent and a pleasure to deal with. I was there for a Desert Tortoise visit and he was kind, caring and knowledgeable. Glad we went there and will go again when necessary. 1st visit was free also.

I brought my puppy to get groomed and I got back a totally shaved dog plus I noticed a scratching that it was not there when I brought him in. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed to the extend that I’ll not even go back again to shop or do any other kind of business. I was told Justine was an experience dog groomer and not just this is not true but we also were charged for extra services we didn’t need.

During my visits to two different Petco locations, I noticed that their selection of live food options for reptiles was quite limited. While they did offer live crickets, I was in search of millworms, superworms, or Dubia roaches for my reptilian pet, but unfortunately, what they had available was already dead, which was disappointing. Additionally, the range and variety of reptile accessories left a lot to be desired, especially when compared to the selection I've seen at Petsmart, which seems to have a broader and more diverse range of options for reptile enthusiasts.Overall, while Petco does well in catering to the needs of cat and dog owners, I feel there's a significant room for improvement in their reptile department. Enhancing the variety and quality of live feed options and expanding the range of reptile accessories could vastly improve the shopping experience.

Shoutout to Robert for always making me feel welcome. I regularly bring my service dog here to train as it is a high distracting environment. Because SDs are considered medical equipment and not pets, she is trained to be off leash to perform her tasks. Per the ADA law, “A service animal must be under the control of its handler. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless the individual’s disability prevents using these devices or these devices interfere with the service animal’s safe, effective performance of tasks. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.”, which she was completely under my control. I understand that there are other dogs present and might be reactive or etc, that it not my issue. I can control my dog, if someone else lets their dog attack/bark/or such at my dog, that is that handlers fault. Service dogs have training for a reason. I was not kicked out but what was the point in staying when my dog couldnt perform her job? Why would I let another dog approach, knowing I have my own off leash service animal. Common sense or not, legally, NO MATTER WHAT PETCO’s POLICY IS, they cannot ask me to leash my dog. This is not the only pet friendly store… thank you Kelsey for then proceeding to tell me “its not that hard”(to hold the harness). Okay, train the dogs that walk in to not lunge at other dogs, so that I wouldnt have to leash my dog and prevent her from working properly.

The employees were fantastic! From the 2 ladies that checked us in to the 2 ladies that administered the vaccines.Now, the store wasn't very clean. It had a dirty feel. I saw piss and feces on the floor.Your prices are too damn high! If I wasn't in a time crunch I would have turned around and left.There was no physical exam involved. They weighed my dogs and gave them vaccinations. That's it! I paid almost $300 for THAT! You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

There was a little 10-15 wait in the beginning but its understandable dealing with social distancing and all. Their service was awesome! Very kind and caring towards both of our furry guys and the results as expected. We've been going to pet co for years and will continue to do so.

I visited our local Petco location trying to find a puppy dental chew I found on Petco's website. The associate was awesome. She checked and confirmed that the item I wanted was an online purchase and not in store. She even priced matched the in-store puppy treats I bought to the price on the website ( I didn't ask for the price match - she volunteered ). She even assisted me in finding a certain squeaky ball for my puppy. Fantastic customer service. Overall, the store was very clean, great selection of products and the associates offered to assist me - I didn't have to find someone to help. Will definitely shop at this location again.

We started going to the groomer here, and have found that the Vet is also excellent. I had a concern with our pup, and our other vet dismissed us. I went here for a second opinion, and Dr Anderson listened to me and gave us lots of options. Turns out, my concerns were correct. Really glad we tried out the Animal Hospital. I also like that they are open 7 days a week, and the wait is so much shorter than the other vert we went to. If you do decide to go to the groomer/vet, sign up for vital care - it's a $$ saver for sure.

I went to Petco with high hopes, as I had heard from friends that their groomers were good. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The online reservation system was great. Pricing was reasonable, but be warned, you get what you pay for. The dogs cut was uneven and spots were missed. The face trim was not great either...I had to even out the trimming over her eyes. They left cotton balls deep in her ears. I'm sure that there are some good groomers there, I just didn't win the groomer lottery.

Located on Sahara and Hualapai WayDental Cleaning for my doggie.Dr. M is awesome very friendly, informative and Knowledgeable.Your pet is in good hands here.Heads up if your appointment is prior to store opening (before 9am) just pry the sliding doors open with your hands. No one told me so I was standing outside for a bit at 8am 💀

I bring my pup here for training and puppy play hour and it's the best thing I could have done for him! Maverick loves Sabrina (the trainer) and he loves playing with other puppies around his age. Store is so clean, staff is great and such a variety! The picture is how worn put he was after play hour 🙂
