Lots of products for all types of pets. The location includes veterinary services. They also sell fish, turtles, hampsters and small birds.

Disgusting treatment of animals. Having a Guinea pig out for sale with visible scratches. They only gave him medical care because they were called out on it and a letter was sent to corporate. The manager is also rude and so uncaring about the situation.

I’ve placed several online orders, and after hours of waiting, I receive some or none of my order because there was inventory issues! I’ve made it all the way to the store for absolutely nothing, after receiving notifications that my order was ready for pick up! My time is valuable and I do not like to waste it, nor do I like my fur babies being without their treats or essentials they may need! Also, the customer service is by far the worst I’ve encountered at any pet store! Sammi, at the Serene and Eastern location, was rude and aggressive to my husband and I, yesterday. We also, had our kids with us. We went to pick up an online order that we placed earlier that morning, which was of course, out of stock! We did not find out until driving there to pick up the order! We were charged for the order that could not be fulfilled and sent notifications to pick up! How does this keep happening? It is beyond my comprehension! Anywho, back to Sammi, we were also looking to purchase a bigger tank for our son’s Bearded Dragon, and Sammi was condescending, rude and aggressive towards us! She lied to us regarding her having the option to check other stores inventory and rushed us out of her face because she couldn’t be bothered on that good Sunday morning! What a joke!!! Another, salesperson who is rude and pushy, is Beth, at the Petco located on Blue Diamond and Dean Martin. Beth, thinks she owns the place! She’s grouchy and also can’t be bothered!!! Since, the first order was cancelled because of inventory issues, we went to another Petco with the hopes of finding the items we needed for our dogs. There we encountered Beth, and since I’ve had bad experiences with her before, I was skeptical to even deal with her. It was my husband who insisted on asking her for assistance because there was no other associates around. Just as I thought, it was a very uncomfortable encounter, so I just stood off to the side and she was very rude to him, per usual!!! We did get one pack of the treats we were shopping for and got out of there, fast! Something has to be done about these rude, associates who work for big corporations like Petco!!! We, the customer deserve better!

This review is about the vetco department of the store, I recently got a nine week old puppy from a breeder and took her there to get her first round of shots the appointment was booked February 29th for the following Saturday at 10:00am March 2nd. The first thing that happened was when we walked in at 10:01am the receptionist told us that she had no-showed us for being late and told us “to be more prompt”, no where in the confirmation email did it say to be x minutes early at all also it was 1 minute. Then when we were in the exam room talking to vet about the procedure and cost of everything she asked if we received the free vet exam coupon, which we did, she told us a few times that at checkout we’d receive $65 off from the trip from the coupon (the vet was incredible btw) at checkout I showed the receptionist the coupon and she proceeded to tell me the coupon was expired and we can’t use it all, we told her the vet told us we could use it she then went to the back to talk to the vet and came back telling us “the vets don’t really know anything about that kind of stuff up here and she was under the impression it wasn’t expired”. I reviewed the coupon on the expiration date when the appointment was scheduled for 2 days later and we are new patients too, I’m not saying I deserve any handouts but come on now you can’t give someone a coupon for $65 off on the expiration date and not honor it 2 days later. Also everything the receptionist said she said with an attitude and as if I was stupid I paid $180 for first round of puppy shots and was treated poorly by the receptionist. The vet herself was incredible but I won’t be returning to this vetco again.

Gabriel always does an excellent job grooming my dog whenever we bring her in. He is very thorough and is able to get her to follow his instructions. We can tell he really cares for our dog just like she's his own. Even though we moved further away and there's another location closer to us, we still make the drive to take her here. The price for their service has definitely gone up over the years that I've been taking her here, I recommend signing up for their Pals rewards and Vital Care plan for discounts.

This trip to Petco I just wanted to look around and see what kind of animals they had their today. They also had a bunch of kittens there for sale that I took a video of but I'm not sure how to upload the video to this. I'm actually getting a kitten in a week so that's why I was looking at the litter boxes and trying to figure out the best one to get

It’s a great place however it is a little overpriced. Sometimes you can get the same thing or something very similar at the $.99 store or Big Lots.Wonderful customer service, I’ve always had a good experience with the team members.

this place was looking like the best petco but the lack of bathrooms really hurt it. as some with with bathroom emergency’s this hurts so i guess it’s back chewy.

I had to notify petco of this poor car with dual eye infections, then when I followed up with the rescue (wild & tame) to see uf the Lil guy was OK and if i could give him a home, all they said was "he was returned to our facility and thanks for letting us know, he's in antibiotics now".I asked for follow up pics. Never heard anything more.Don't tell me you're a rescue & yet you provide cats in this condition..Do better

Very disappointed in this store.First, I went there for my aquarium & was disappointed that they are remodeling and have no fish & limited fish supplies.I then went to look at the cats up for adoption and found this poor boy with two eye infections. I went to the vetco area & the guy there saw the poor cat & immediately got a petco employee to handle the matter. I calked the store later that night & the mgr in duty checked on the car & says he wasn't there so the rescue that provides the cats must have picked him up.I had contacted the rescue (all the same wild & tame) and received a very short response thanking me for alerting petco about the cat & he was on antibiotics.My question is how did that Lil boy get so bad & nobody notice??

This Petco has been really great to us. We had to put our cat down and it was as good of an experience as you can get. The pricing is reasonable, and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. The most recent visit we went to buy an aquarium and the staff helped up find what we wanted and maximized our savings. We've always been treated well and will be repeat customers to this Petco because of it.

I’ve been in this store twice in the last couple of months. Both times to buy ferrets. Both times, I was lucky enough to be helped by a lovely lady named Heaven. She was very patient both times with my lack of knowledge, went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed and seemed overall like a very nice and helpful person. If all employees were like her, there would be a lot less store freak out videos on YouTube.

Very kind and very helpful our first time here for grooming service and it had also been awhile for our dog to get groomed so I thought he might be a bit of a challenge they said he was and I really appreciated their kindness and patience (thank you Jamie)

I was just wasting some time, but this place was small and didn't seem like a wide variety of products. Plus, a few of the shelves were empty. I loved that they had an adoption going on right in front!

The young lady who trains dogs (Megan) there was kind and patient enough to talk with me about my jumping spider pets. Her support and conversation for my interest - an unusual pet choice that typically scares many - was genuine and thoughtful. Some business only have robotic staff that hurry you or look right over you. This visit was refreshing and helped me feel comfortable to return.

took 2 weeks to get a call with test results that were back in 5 days, after leaving a message for a call back. I had to then call again in order to get a call back with the results. Hopefully the follow up appointment will be better.

Huge thank you to this staff and higher (not sure if it was store or regional) manager, at the store today. I wasn't aware of the 30 day guarantee, but I've been struggling with my 16 year old cat and the food that's no longer sold in stores. I could buy online, but prices are even much higher now, post- covid or not. My extra-senior cat has a super sensitive stomach and needs indoor food. I guess petco or Blue, stopped carrying the indoor senior+sensitive stomach food awhile ago. Ive been trying different foods but nothing has been beneficial (and sadly, science diet has been a MAJOR fail.) The manager and staff were beyond helpful and the exchange was awesome. I'd gladly pay full price but extremely thankful for the exchange. Everyone was so amazing. Hopefully this new Blue Buffalo food helps relieve my old lady, but my pocket feels less of the brunt. Thanks Petco and all the employees, for today. It truly means so much. I'd give 10 stars for this personal experience.

If you want a store to take your money for an online order only to cancel it when you get there because their incompetent staff can't do inventory, AND hold your money hostage for 3-5 business days this is your store. Seems to be taking money for a product and not giving it back right away is fraud. Am I being paid interest on the loan I just gave to Petco? I don't think so. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this joke of a business

We went into #PETCO the place for pet "health and wellness" to get some dog shampoo and bone broth. I had to use the ladies room and asked one of the employees if there was a bathroom and if there was water for the dog.Her reply was "yes there are water fountains in the back but you have to BUY A BOWL."It's 105 degrees out. My dog is a 15 year old senior.Needless to say I used my hands as a bowl and consequently left a large puddle on the floor.I let another employee know about the mess on the bathroom floor so they could get it cleaned up before someone slips on it.I also left without my shampoo and bone broth as I will never spend another dime in Petco after shopping there for 25-30 years.Petsmart supplies free bowls....just saying.#PetcoLovePartner #petco#lasvegasdogs

Came here for some pet meds for my fur babies, asked the cashier if he had any advice for our cats illness and told us try out this medication and if it doesn’t get any better in about 24 hours we should go their vet center. Was super helpful in giving advice on what we should do and better to be safe than sorry. Really appreciated his help, I believe his name was Michael, he was great!

Sharlene is the only reason for my 5star review! She was amazing and helped me so much with my new Frenchie puppy! She told me about great products she also got her Frenchie and also told me about vital care subscription for only 20$ and you get 15$ monthly credit plus unlimited free vet checkups! She is amazing and the only reason I got the subscription and am now taking my puppy to their vet instead!
