Pet Wishes Spa did such a great job. My Pom looks so good. Well taken care of and cleaned up very nicely while maintaining her fluffy long hair. Will definitely be returning again next month.

We love the owner's customer service. She definitely made my wife and I feel so comfortable leaving our Maltipoo with her. Her Pet Spa didn't feel like a cold kennel. It was warm and inviting. Our pooch had matted locs that were cleaned up. She clipped his nails and brushed his teeth. Her pricing was fair and service exceptional. We'll be returning on a regular basis.

My Maltese/Poodle 🐩 has been going to this grooming spa since a pup and The owners are always professional and pleasant w/her service, as well as accommodation and Does great work ( with out breaking the bank) Will definitely be keeping bby where he's cared for nd comfortable!!....🐾🐩🐾 You Make all My Pet Wishes Come Alive at Your Spa...Cause I could never do what you do Truly Thank You 🐾🐩🐾

Besides not getting what I specifically asked for, it is the highest price grooming I've seen.I've been around dogs for almost 3 decades and in that time, of all the pet grooming locations I've seen, this is the worst. The one thing that I was persistent about is getting all of my dogs nails dermal'ed and not a single nail was dermaled. Some were clipped but none were dermaled. The owner seemed more focused on how my dog prefers to enjoy jumping in water. Nothing to do with soap or shampoo but just jumping into the water then actually getting my dog any form of care

We came to Pet Wishes Spa after unfortunate experience in Pet Smart. Our puppy is very anxious when it comes to grooming but Verona was able to calm her and find a way to make our girl pretty without traumatizing her. Definitelly coming back.

This was my first time here. I loved the service! My baby has had very bad experiences in the past and I was hesitant to trust another groomer. I’m glad I took a chance on this place. The owner is amazing and overachieved my expectations. I highly recommend this place.

Horrible place. I felt off taking my dog to her I shouldn’t have taken him after the first groom he was cut on his legs and ears and he seemed very frightened. He seemed frightened of Verona, the owner after we picked him up. She had him there for a ridiculous amount of time. We dropped him off around 10 am and called me at around 10 pm way after hours. Why did she need him there for that long? Do not bring your pets here!!

The owner has been amazing with me and my 2 little ankle biters. Meaning my Shitzu and my Maltese, have had a great experience there. No place is perfect.. But the owner really cares and is very knowledgeable. I’ve been goin there for 2 years now. Love it !!!🙏🏼🙏🏼

I bring my kitty here for a nail trim and fur trim since she is a long-hair and she always looks great afterward. When I visit, I get seen quickly and my sweet girl is handled gently during the whole process. Love it!

100% recommend!Verona did an amazing job!! We previously went to a petsmart to try and have our pup groomed but they told us his coat should stay long and wouldn't even trim it! We couldn't be happier with this groomer! She listens to your wants and guides you in the direction that will work best for your pup! He looks so handsome now and he smells wonderful! We are happy to say we've found our forever groomer. 💖

First time going here. The groom went well. I'm use to a three to four hour wait for my dog so I wasn't too worried about that. He looks good and smells nice! I will go back again.

We first went to Pet Wishes Spa when we boarded our 8 months dog, as we went to a vacation. This was our first experience ever with boarding and we were really nervous and worried. But when we came back from vacation to pick up our dog, she was so happy, I could see she had just good time there. The next time we brought our cat for grooming. We are not able to bath her by ourselves, she just doesn't let us, not to mention to have he hair cut. But Verona did an amazing job getting along with her and doing a lion cut. Our cat has a cool lion cut and she smelled so good.

I have been to about 1/2 dozen different dog grooming places here in Las Vegas through the years but I REALLY like this place! So much so that I called quite a few places in my contacts trying to reach Pet Wishes Spa because I apparently forgot to save their contact info but was determined to find them!! When I called, she answered immediately (as usual!) & when I said my name, she immediately remembered that I have a yorkie. And I had only been there ONCE before!! That right there shows attention to detail and care about their clients, even the new ones!!I loved the cut that they gave my baby last time, which is the same cut I typically get my Chloe, except she suggested that I go shorter than what I normally do, because it was the beginning of summer & it would give me a bit longer until I needed her groomed again. Talk about putting your customers first!! Very impressed!! I used Clips n Tails for years and they are only 5 min from my house but the extra 15 min (each way) is irrelevant when you look at Pet Wishes Spa's moral standards and care for both the dog & the human!! 🐶🌈

I decided to bring my 8year old Shih Tzu Gizmo in. He is a very aggressive dog and everywhere I went in the past they called me and had to pick him up because they couldn’t handle him. I decided to give Pet Wishes Spa a try and the owner was amazing. She took the time to get to know him and waited till he was able to warm up to her. She did an amazing job on him and most importantly she was so patient. I love this place and I do recommend her to all of you. Yes it takes a little time, but she is making sure of the well being of your pet. Thank you so much Pet Wishes Spa.

I am surprised to see the good reviews after what I experienced. My first visit two months ago I questioned but liked the way she groomed my Chloe. I took her to be groomed at 9:00 am. Hadn’t heard from her way into the afternoon so called to see when I could pick her up. She wasn’t ready and a time was given to me when I could get her. I finally was able to get her around 4:30. Chloe was there in a cage over 7 hours. I assumed she had a very day. Took Chloe on this past Thursday for a second time. My appointment was at 9:00 am but found no one there. Finally called and she informed me she had to pick up some equipment and so was late and asked me to come back at 10:00. I thought this was strange since she didn’t call me to let me know she would be late. I feel this was very inconsiderate and rude she didn’t call me as a customer. I then informed her I needed to get Chloe before 3:00 since I has a function to go to. I hadn’t heard from her so called at 1:00 to see when I could pick Chloe up. She asked if I could pick her up at 2:00. I sighed and so she asked if 1:30 would be okay. When I got there at 1:30 I saw her walking around with a drink talking with an employee. When she saw me she said 5 minutes. Asked me to have a seat. I then saw her go get Chloe and I realized she was just starting to groom her. I sat there for the next 20 minutes watching her groom my dog as she talked constantly with an employee instead of concentrating on grooming Chloe. When I got home and looked at her I see this was the worst grooming my dog has ever had. Doesn’t look like she touched her legs and feet. I found places on her body which places were missed and hair sticking up. Her face was so uneven with hair down in her eyes. I am furious and disgusted and definitely will never take her to this abusive woman again. For her to tell me to be there at 9:00 am and make her sit in a cage for several hours is abusive. A normal groomer is done in 2 to 3 hours. I will never take Chloe to this groomer again.

I am grateful for Verona she always does an incredible job she's one of the very few groomers that I know that does straight scissoring instead of just using clippers she does a great job and I really appreciate the work he does sure she does take extra time to do work on our dog but it's worth it

Disorganized, kept our cat there all day and night beyond closing time. Our cats ears were cut inside and scabbed. Our cat has not been the same since. Stopped eating and had to take him to the animal hospital. Not to be mean but had I known some crack head would be grooming our pet I wouldn’t have gone there. I’m pretty sure it was the owner too!

Walking in I felt the environment a bit off however I still gave this place a chance. I read the reviews of them taking a lot longer than other places so I did expect the 5 and a half hour wait to pick my puppy up. When picking him up, the 2 people working there look busy getting other dogs groomed up which was not an issue. The issue I felt was hearing them cuss at each other in Spanish because my puppy was not completely ready. I don’t believe they thought I understood what they said however every word that came out was in a strong loud tone. Being a customer there, certain situations should be handled different with an audience. Hearing them yell at each other while another person was on the phone with a different client made me feel uneasy of the way they treat each other as well as any dog taken to groom. When bringing my puppy up, I was waiting to pay as the lady was giving me instructions on changing food for him, my puppy drank water there uncontrollably, as if he had not had water since I dropped him off.The way they present themselves, speak to each other and treat our dogs was not at all satisfying. I would never return to this place again, highly disappointed.

So disappointed with the service. We have a golden retriever who has NEVER attempted to bite other dogs or people (he’s very submissive). When we arrived to pick him up, owner said he was trying to nip at other dogs. We have gotten him groomed many times, and our dog was well groomed but our dog was terrified of the owner when she got him out of the cage. Would never bring our large dog back.

After searching for 5 years for a groomer who wouldn’t injure my dog or cause my dog trauma after every visit, I finally found Verona!Verona who is the owner and Dog Groomer at Pet Wishes Spa took the time to listen to my needs for my dog and seems to understand what a dog needs.I highly recommend using her if you are looking for a great dog groomer. When I pick up my dog, my dog is happy and has had no after affects whatsoever. I have had my dog at multiple groomers. This is by far the best groomer I have found.
