first and last time here, staff was ok, picked up my puppy some new dog food and when i got to the car i checked the expiration it expired 12-30-2023… it is 5-12-2024!!! just insane its just still sitting on the shelf! couldve really made my puppy sick.

The staff at this store are friendly and grooming services were great. However, there were so many dogs scheduled to be groomed that I had to wait extra time to drop off my dog which made me late for another appointment. Then it took over 4 hours to complete the grooming (normally it takes around 2 hours).

All the employees at the store. Wonderful I take my little one Freddy for grooming, and they do a very good job. Alex is an extremely wonderful groomer, as is all the other groomers.

Always super friendly and patient staff!! We have a Rottweiler/Husky mix so he’s a bigger dog, he’s very sweet but he gets nervous so sometimes he needs to get comfortable with people. Anyone that’s ever done his nail trims or grooming is always very kind to him and he feels comfortable going to Pet Supplies Plus! Store is always very clean and there’s a lot to look at, we never have had a bad experience so I recommend my friends and people I work with to try it out!

Took my English Springer spaniel in for a groom bath and nail trim. I am pretty picky with how I like my Spaniel groomed. They took the time to listen to how I usually groom him asked the correct questions and even went beyond and did a few extras I asked even though AKC grooming requirements state it’s not necessary. Great job team and mind I say very friendly folks!!!!

For some reason I'm not able to ever book grooming appointments for doggie nail trims. I have to just show up and hope for an opening. Every time they make room for me. They're great. They might be with another pet at the time, but they always manage to squeeze me in. The associates are all very helpful and polite.

I really like this store!! Everyone is so very friendly and helpful and the prices are good!! I take Bosco here to get his nails done and give him a bath. I’m very impressed at how extremely clean everything is kept! Five stars for me!

I have been coming in here since they opened, and the staff is always so kind and helpful! I bring my small dog in for grooming, and Kari is always so patient and sweet to him (he can be a little timid and nervous when it comes to his nail trims) and she always greets us when we walk in and makes him feel comfortable. Now he’s excited whenever we pull up to Pet Supplies Plus, because he knows he’s going to get so much love! So happy they are right in my neighborhood ♥️ 🐾

I’ve been trying to keep up with my dogs nails for a little while now to help get the quick to recede. The folks here at Pet Supplies Plus have been so helpful and it is so easy to make an appointment. Next appointment I will most likely have my dog washed and groomed. I know they’ll do a great job because they love animals!

The service was excellent. The groomer asked what I wanted. Full groom grind nails, shape up the face and head, how short to cut the fur, etc.. When I picked him up the first thing I checked were his nails. They were perfect. Something the previous groomer never did. Every place I had gone to a full groom included a bath. Here it was an extra $10. But every eas done to my liking.

This is by far the best pet grooming establishment I have ever used in the 10 years. I’ve had my pet.Alex and team took such good care of my pup. They were so gentle and did a beautiful job above and beyond. It is the first time I ever picked up my animal from a groomer and she wasn’t a nervous wreck. I think she has a crush on Alex. I don’t remember everybody else’s name, but everyone at the store from the manager to the cashier was so kind and professional. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

I stopped in to see the animal adoption event that Second Chances Animal Rescue holds every Saturday. I missed Barb & her crew, but decided to walk around. They have a self-wash area for your dog and the price is the best I've seen. They have a special, if you buy 5 washes it's only $40. The other place I've been to, charges a whopping $15. They have a nice clean restroom. Lots of dog food to choose from, a refrigerator section, and even a little bakery section. I bought canned food with the BOGO offer and then I found the best harness for my rescue dog that pulls me down the street. I bought one for around the muzzle, but his smart self figured out how to take it off. This one is a 3 in one (harness, no pull, and short leash hand handle). It was also on sale. I used it on our next walk, and it works! He's not happy, but I was elated. Check this place out and stop by on a Saturday 11-2 to see all the awesome dogs available for adoption. You be glad you did ☺️

The staff are always there and ready to help whenever I need it too!I recommend this place to all my friends and family! My brother only takes his husky here to get groomed too. Super well done!

They did it again! It is not a fluke! Alex, in the grooming department and the rest of the staff are by far the best pet grooming service within Clark County, Nevada and any of the previous 5 States I have had our dog groomed. Our pet Gaia is a 96 pound mixed breed shepherd rescue and is now 9 years old. She is treated like a queen by the staff and Alex even called me mid grooming to advise of insect bites that he wanted us to be aware of. Gaia is actually excited to get groomed. She is not easy to deal with because she loves to sit down while she is being groomed. PetSmart would just complain, but still take our money and not even finish grooming her.Alex and team take the time and do it right. What pros!!
