I read hundreds of reviews, from many places, before settling on Pet Paradise. We adopted our little man in August and, though he has had a pet sitter, we have not felt comfortable leaving him alone at any facility.I called to make an appointment, was able to get scheduled for the next day, and the appointment went flawlessly! It seems they might have recognized him from his previous life. That was cool / weird and gave me chills, but I would love to know his history! We just wanted a little trim, and that's exactly what we got!Thank you so much to everybody for taking such great care of him! They had the wrong number written down so I didn't get my baby picked up for a bit. I was watching my phone like a hawk, but didn't want them to feel like I was rushing them. Fortunately, he didn't seem scared/scarred at all when I went back. We will definitely head back again.One thing I was not aware of: cash only. Next time I will go prepared so I don't have to pay ATM fees at gas station.

This place is hands down the best. I've been taking both my girls here. Sasha for 3.5 years and Izzy for 1.5. They always come back looking exceptional and with minimal mental scarring. My 2 dogs mean the world to me, and its hard for me to trust people with them. However, I fully trust this place. Dawn the Owner and Corrie have both worked on my dogs through the years, and have been angels for me and my dogs. I can't sing high enough praises for these ladies. I'm so sad that I'll be losing them as I'm moving soon. I hope you ladies have a wonderful Holiday season, and a successful business adventure! Much love, Johnathon.

Our boy Slate loves Starmutts! He's a big, loveable Bully and they do so great with him. He is such a baby when it comes to grooming and they've always treated him so well. Whether it's a full service, or just a quick nail trim, I'm always happy with the outcome. Saves me scratches and stabs when his wiggle butt gets so excited when we come to pick him up!

Our favorite groomer in the area, by far.Attentive, work extremely well with our (reactive and anxious) poodle. My fiance absolutely adores the way they shape our dogs legs.

I feel so humiliated and disrespected.My mother in law owns the spa right next door and offers discounts to any business sharing the same lot, as does the barber shop and taco shop in the same vicinity. I understand that not all businesses do this for their neighbors, however I just wanted to know if this groomer did. I felt embarrassed to ask but regardless, I wanted to support this neighboring business and possibly become a regular since it is right next door from the spa. I also always tip and write great reviews when they are deserved. I called and asked about their availability, and also asked if they offered discounts to their neighbors. The lady on the phone asked me to hold on while she asked the owner. She puts down the phone but I can hear everything. She yells to the owner my question and they both instantly start hysterically laughing!!! After they get all of that out of their system, (took a good minute) the lady comes back onto the phone as if I have no clue what just happened and says, while trying to catch her breath, “we actually don’t offer any discounts, only for veterans”. I was just so shocked at how rude and unprofessional these people just acted over a simple yes or no question. It was ridiculous and unnecessary. Funny enough, my husband is a Veteran 😂 and regardless of any “discounts” we would have still supported their business!! I was just about to book an appointment for tomorrow because of their availability alone! I confronted the lady on the phone about how unprofessional it was to make fun of a potential customers genuine question. I will never support this business and neither will my family. They’ve tainted their entire image with their staff and OWNER alone. Next time, mute the phone when you talk shit🖕😅

We brought our dog here for the first time. They did an amazing job and knew exactly how to cut our breed of dog. The personnel were very friendly. This is now our go-to place for pet grooming. Thank you to the staff.

I used to take my previous Siberian Husky to Petco. She died last year and with my new pup, also a Husky, I was looking for a place to have her nails clipped. We're a regular at Barkin' Basin Dog Park. My friend Jake recommended Starmutts. After I took Tiri for her nails, I asked about grooming. Their quote was half the price of Petco. The 1st time, they called me after only an hour. I thoughts it was to get my dog, there was a problem. (Petco took 3 hours!) Turns out they were done! I've since taken Tiri 3 times, she loves them! I cannot say enough how much we love Dawn and her team!

Very good experience here. I have two Bernese mtn dogs and a Pomeranian and they were all done in 3 hours. They were so clean and beautiful and happy. My Pomeranian was cut short perfectly without getting actually cut. The best part was the price. Literally half of what I’ve been paying elsewhere when my dogs had to be there for many more hours. I will definitely be bringing my babies back here.

Took both of my dogs there for the first time. I couldn’t be happier. By far the best cut either of my dogs have ever had and this was the cheapest groomer I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend.

They do such a great job with my Great Pyrenees. She gets very matted , and they manage to get all that out. She looks and smells wonderful every time i pick her up. Been to many other groomers, and Starmutts is truly the best.

I brought my dog here and they absolutely butchered her and when I called they said they weren’t responsible because the dogs hair was matted. They said they would only offer to pay half the medical bills because they “didn’t have time to deal with this”. That doesn’t seem like the proper way to do business

I have been bringing my dogs here for a very long time. Dawn and the other groomers are excellent. They are kind, patient and very friendly. I have an elderly schnauzer and a young puppy schnauzer, both with their own quirkiness. They always come out looking great! My dogs don't mind going to the groomer thanks to the wonderful care they get here!

I have used Le Chein for a few years, so when we got our little Maltese mix, I wasn't worried about getting him used to the routine. They have done a wonderful job working him through the ups and downs of a grooming visit. He always gets a great cut and he doesn't mind going to visit.

Lovely to work with. They groomed my pitty and she smelled amazing for forever. I found this place after PetSmart told me that they had to separate my baby from the rest cause she was a “danger”.10/10 definitely bring your babies here

I definitely would Not suggest this groomer! She DIDN'T EVEN FINISH THE HAIR CUT!!I have been working with dogs for years I took my multi-Pooh for a trim he is terrified and gets aggressive while grooming. Normally I do it myself but I thought I'd try them out. When I want to pick up my dog to groomer explained how horrible my dog was me being understanding I apologized and asked her what she suggest I do she replied " get him sedated !! "This is it unhealthy for your dog to not get yourdog Sedated for groom. That is unnecessary!! Find another groomer that is patient and will work with a stressed pet!!

Didn't cut the hair around my dogs neck,said she was biting at the clipper, if you are a professional groomer you should know how to handle that situation
