Found this place on Google since we moved into his area I wanted a place closer to home. I called and was greeted with joyful voice. They were able to get in my dog we recently adopted and my cat. The appointments were both at the same time. When we arrived my dog was scared but once I went to pick him up he was joyfully jumping around. Definitely more confident since coming from the pound. Staff was amazing and prices was on point. Definitely will be back.

The BEST groomer in the South West. The owner and staff are always friendly and SO QUICK. My pups are almost never there more than 2 hours. The prices are very reasonable and my pups always come out looking happy and healthy. I can’t recommend this place enough.

They groomed my friends dog and they sent him back with fleas and they cut up his face. They made her pay for the HORRIBLE job they did. So dishonorable and disgusting NEVER go here ever!!!!!!

This place is great! We have 2 rescues that won’t even let us pick them up or put them on a leash, let alone a stranger. We have missed several vet appointments due to this. It’s very hit or miss if we are going to be able to catch them without completely traumatizing them, so making it to appointments is close to impossible. Every time the staff has been super accommodating and pleasant, they bathe and cut their nails quickly and efficiently so they only have to endure the stress for a short amount of time. I am very grateful, thank you!

Awesome staff! Owner does a great job managing And picking her staff! My dog Charlie always comes home looking dapper and smelling good with a big smile showing off his freshly cleaned pearly whites.

To the lady who posted about fleas..It wasn't even ur dog and u don't have a clue the condition ur friends dog was brought to us in. It was matted and covered in LICE not fleas. Even animal control agreed that dog hadn't been cared for. It's hair cut was shaved head to toe based off its matting and u can say ur a hair dresser all u want but dog grooming and people hair cutting doesn't mean you understand anything about dogs

I just picked up my golden retriever Kimba and she looks wonderful! They cut her hair exactly like I wanted it cut and she looks and smells so fresh and clean. She also got a same day full-groom appointment. The staff were friendly and you could tell they enjoy their jobs. Awesome place!

Went back to Pawsh a couple times and every time the prices were inconsistent and also they have new groomers every couple of weeks. It's hard to want to go back because one groomer would do an amazing job but you can't get the same groomer again. The last straw was when we made an appointment, showed up on time and they said we missed our appointment, but no phone call or anything. Other groomers call when you're 5 to 10 mins late. We have been going to Pawfect Pet Salon instead, 10 mins further but well worth it.

Yesterday I took my two dogs to this grooming place Becky didn’t show up the one that was suppose to groom my oldest dog I didn’t like it bcuz Alex was rough with my first dog to cut is his nails he hit him on his neck to cut his nails he wasn’t gentle at all Alex said he is spoil and a cry baby the reason he was crying bcuz Alex hurt him bcuz dogs do cry when they hurt him first owner said I could stay there and sit then after words she change her mind told me three times dog gets stress when owner is there but Alex shouldn’t be working there if he is going to hurt the dogs especially my dog I try it never again y r suppose to be gentle with dogs especially the first time but I saw the way Alex hurt my dog I saw my dogs nose this moring he has black spots on it and hit my dog hard on his head and neck in order for him to cut his nails u never do that to a dog he probely was crying bcuz he was in pain and hurting and he was abuse when he was little toss from hiuse to hiuse and now he is truma more then ever Alex suppose to be gentle with dogs for the first time Alex didn’t understand that that’s why he was crying again I saw Alex hit his neck he was hurting my dog and he also shave his nose I saw black spots on that y never do that to a dog what Alex did to my dog for first time u r gentle a dog cry’s when they hurt him

I was a little concerned that they didn’t require shot records when I offered to bring them, but The people were very friendly and professional. I explained what I wanted and was told my puppy would be ready in one hour. I didn’t receive a call after two and a half hours, so I went back to check on my puppy. I was told he was being dried. And it would be 20 more minutes. I returned 20 minutes later and my dog was happy and I could tell he was treated with care (which was very important because it was his fist grooming), however the areas I wanted cut down were barely touched. He looked pretty much the same. I was happy with how wonderful he smelled and how happy he was but I felt like I basically paid for something I could’ve done at home. I will take responsibility because I was asked if I was happy with the service and I said yes because it had already been nearly three hours and I did not have the time to wait for them to correct it. Although I really liked the staff, the quality of the cut just wasn’t what I am used to. I’ve had several dogs and trips to the groomers, and unfortunately I’d have to say this was the first time I felt that I didn’t get anything for the money I paid. I wish I could’ve given a better review based on professionalism because they seemed great. I felt like maybe I was just expecting too much, but when I returned home my son said “did they only give him a bath” that’s when I was certain that it was not only me who expected more. I unfortunately will not be returning.

Love love love this place. We have been taking our 4 senior dogs there for the last 5 years and they always look great. Our dogs get excited when we pull up & they always greet them with hugs and kisses which makes me feel more comfortable. I always appreciate a place that will come out and trim nails also since my big dog can’t get up on the grooming tables. If you want a place that will cut your pups great, make you feel like they treat as one of theirs, this is the place to go

I was told when I get there to make an appointment I would pay $45 but when I got there it was almost $60. The lady said my dog hasnt been there in months which is false as I took her to a different groomer farther away. When I heard the price change as I took my dog for her appointment I had to decided to take her to another groomer as two others were cheaper and had better care. The lady had a bad attitude and said “thanks for wasting our time“. I walked out and scheduled her with another groomer. When I got home I told her about what she said and then as I proceeded to tell her how she changed the price she hanged up on me . Worst groomer I’ve been to. Do not recommend going here especially with the lady with the bad attitude do not blame your customers for your mistake. She shouldn’t have not went up on the price when I went not telling me.

took my dog into pawsh wash for the first time since they're close.4 hours after I dropped him off, they called to say he was ready.When I got there, they said they "nicked" his nose. When they brought him to me, his nose was cut severely - almost cut a portion of his nose off! When I got upset, the owner kept saying, "it's not that bad." Then another groomer said, "It's not like I was trying to cut him." and, "He's a bad dog." They kept blaming him because he squirms while he's getting groomed - which I told them about ahead of time. They didn't take responsibility for cutting him - they kept blaming him.BUT there's more.After I got home and finally controlled the bleeding, I noticed his eye was irritated. I was hoping it was something that would wash out naturally, but it started to swell. So I called my vet and she said it could be an eye ulcer. I took him to the vet and they verified his eye was scratched. (by the time I got him there, his eye was swollen shut!) They cut his eye too!!I went back with the vet bill and pictures and the owner was still not taking responsibility. She finally agreed to pay for the vet bill after I told her I would take her to court, but she refused to pay for his follow up visit.When I told her I don't understand why she's not offering to pay for this, she replied, "if a child fell off a merry-go-round, would you blame the merry-go-round?"Awful people, awful place. Do NOT take your pet here!!!

I called to book an appt for today 11/19/20 at 1 pm and the person that answered the phone was very understanding, and the same hour I called to cancel because I can't make it since I can't leave early from work and see if they have availability for tomorrow, the person that answered the phone was a different person and she was very sassy. She told me they close at 4 with an attitude and I am aware of that so I asked what's the latest I can book and she said 2 pm, so I said alright I'll book that, she said "You can't come in earlier?" with this rude attitude so I said no because I work until 2 and I was going to leave work early for the appointment. She acted as if I'm not responsible enough to take my dog in time. She was extremely rude. I haven't even come in yet and this is how she treated me.

they shaved my dog Completely when I asked for a trim. They don’t ask for shots or anything which is really concerning. They left cuts all over my dog and now my dog is afraid to even be touched. I would not recommend this place at all it is disgusting there’s dust all over the place dogs hair all over the place and they use the same tools for every single dog disgusting. If there was a rate for 0 stars this would be it. I went to go get my money back and instead of being sorry they cussed me out and we’re throwing stuff as well. This is a horrible place.

I brought my lab mix there to be groomed, they never asked to see any shot records or health records, which I should have been leary about. None the less I left her there, it took them 4 hours to get back to me and they were nice and I understood how busy they were. around 8pm that evening my puppy became violently ill and stayed that way through the night and 72 hours later still has a very upset stomach. I called the groomer right away the next day and she swears there was nothing my dog ate at her office, however what my puppy was throwing up was nothing she got from our home. I now have to take her to the vet and this company will accept NO responsibility for my puppy's health. DO NOT BRING YOUR HEALTHY puppy to this establishment!!!!

Recently moving from NY to vegas I was very nervous about bringing my dog to a new place but since I live near Pawsh Wash I decided hey why not try this place out, First couple of times I brought my dog they did a great job with his haircut and the only problem I had is that I noticed a pattern with him everytime I brought him in was that his anal area would be sore and inflamed so I gave it one more shot and decided to try them one more time but this time I said please do not shave close to his anal area and since then we have had no problems here, Staff is friendly. overall seems like a nice place.

Dogs fur was cut poorly. Had a poor customer service experience when I called to complain. A different groomer tried to fix it but let me know there was only so much she could do (she was wonderful and compassionate). It will take about 2+ years for my dogs fur to correct itself from this mishap and still might not ever look the same. They tried to make it right by a refund and correction as they obviously can't put the hair back.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAT HERE! The Cat groomer doesn’t know what she’s doing. All she is able to cut correctly is nails. She absolutely BOTCHED my cats lion cut, having to submit a picture was a giveaway. A true cat groomer already knows what the cut looks like. I had to pick my cat up after 2 hours with the cut incomplete because my cat was traumatized!

We took our Shiba Inu/American Eskimo in for a good grooming. It has been quite awhile so she looked like a mess. Pawsh Wash did an amazing job! I couldn’t believe I was looking at my dog! Lol We will be back regularly and highly recommend bringing your pets here. Amazing staff and amazing talent.

The guys at Pawsh Wash Pet Grooming are awesome professionals. They are all very careful and they give the best cuts for both cats and dogs ( I have only a dog, but the cats I`ve seen there look great too). It`s an absolutely amazing place.

This is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a groomer . Theyre website claims that they are top notch and the most referred to in Vegas . I WARN YOU TO NEVER TAKE YOUR PETS HERE !!!I have a 5 month teacup Pomeranian he was born with long thick fluffy hair , I had him groomed once before Pawsh Wash and they did a lovely job this was in Ft lauded dale . One month later his fast growing hair was ready to be cut again , my girlfriend was taking her Pomeranian here for washes .I told them trim a little off the top leave him fluffy . They BUTCHERED my 5 month old baby. Whom I paid 2k for . They cut him so short he looked like a sickly short haired chuwawa. I was asked by several family members if he was sick . I want you to be careful ! This is not a trust worthy establishment !

The second time we bring our dog to this place, at the first time they shaved his beautiful coat all the way through although we asked not to and on the second time I specifically asked to trim his fur a little bit up to halfway length and told them not to do what they did on the first time...Guess how my dog looked like when I picked him up !?!?!?!?!Horrible, and the answers I got when I was furious and complained was "you should take care of your dog fur more" b@#%*& !!!I don't know how people are giving this place 5 stars when clearly it all starts from customer service which they lack of completely.

I take all of my Pomeranians to Pawsh Wash to be groomed and have for over four years now. Lola Belle my little Princess always comes home beautifully cut and groomed! My two other male poms look fabulous after they are done. AND Bear is a big pom (16 lbs) and has a lot of hair, and they take the time to make sure he is done correctly.PLUS I also foster Poms and Pawsh Wash works with me on grooming these rescued dogs. Sometimes they are in really bad shape and Pawsh Wash really helps out.None of my dogs have ever been injured, gotten sick at Pawsh Wash.
