I was referred to Luckys Pet Grooming by a friend and co-worker. I took my silky terrier (Max), and he looked gorgeous. He was 1 1/2 yrs old at the time. Now Max turned 10, and I still take him there. It's been 9 yrs since I started taking Max there, and he loves it !! I also started taking my 3 yr old Maltese and my 1 yr old Cocker Spaniel as well. I have never had a problem there. I don't understand all this commotion. It's sad to see that there are so many haters in this world. Please, everyone, grow up.

People in the community need to take care of places like this themselves since it's clear no one will shut this place down after numerous incidents of abuse, horrible abuse at that!!!!! Just look at the replies from the owner on other reviews. Obviously whoever replies from this buisness is extremely childish, unprofessional, and refuses to take any accountability for the actions of themselves or employees. There is 100000 percent a reason why they don't give receipts. Your karma is coming for all those innocent animals you and your workers hurt out of frustration. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

Yesterday (the day after Christmas) i dropped my healthy, happy, and jumping Maltese yorkie dog off at 9:30am and got her back at 4pm PARALYZED. They claimed I gave her to them that way and wasn’t at all saddened or sorry about what the condition my dog was in. I had to put my dog down due to a ruptured disc in her spine that I couldn’t afford to get surgically corrected. Pure evil ppl!I had to mark a star in order to post this review. DO NOT DROP YOUR DOG OFF HERE and the cut was something I could’ve done at him with scissors

I took my dogs here for the first time today. They both looked great! The groomers did a great job, and both my dogs nails were great too.

Please spare your pup from the abuse of these groomers. There's absolutely no reason for your dog to leave the GROOMERS with any injuries, let alone paralyzed, per another review. It takes a lot of trust to leave your pup with anyone, so please don't misplace your trust into them, as they will laugh in your face and say you "can't prove they hurt your obviously hurt dog". May they get everything they deserve!

You better look this place up on the news before bringing your baby’s here. They STEP ON SMALL DOGS AND PARALYZE them at this location. They have ALSO BROKEN A SERVICE DOG SMALL DOGS JAW and had to REMOVE IT. Another dogs EYE WAS CUT OPEN! THEY KICK AND BEAT THEM. Look it up, you will be horrified to see the amount of pet owners that have come forth and SHOWED WHAT THEY DID TO THEIR PETS. Some even had to be put down.

The state should do something about this place becase some one might get so upset about this and takes matters in their own hands . It's a shame their furbabies come back injured It's not right . To some people like me my two furbabies are my life .. I have never been here but I have been seeing a lot of stories about what is happening here

I bring my Buddy here to get his nails trimmed and for an occasional bath. The staff here at Luckys are friendly, courteous, and take good care of my Buddy. Never have I had any issues here and not once have I been concerned for my dog’s safety while in their care.

If I could give them a -5 star I would. They abuse the animals that come in. There is plenty of evidence to show the abuse they have committed. Horrible Business and should be shut down.

Took my girl stormie here and they did great my large 60lbs Australian cattle dog mix pittie came out looking beautiful and smelled A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! And the pink bandana made it all more perfect !? We’ll be back!?

My dogs first time here and my dog is messed up I'm going to have to take her to the vet she was sick and now their is bumps everywhere and I could not even touch her behind shoulders or the back of her head or neck. No one should go here. Those ppl better pray I don't come back!!!!!

Have been taking our Chihuahua Tinkerbell here for the past 6 years. Always very friendly and always happy to cut Tinkerbell’s nails every time we show up which is always last minute! Thank you guys for looking after Tinkerbell! And now our new dog Prince is well taken care of too! Thank you from Prince and Tinkerbell. Highly recommend and very happy with the service.

I think the owner is amazing. She's the only one in town that can handle my pet. It takes her less than3 min to cut his nails and she really cares about the customer too. No bad review here. I'm going over there in an hour for puchachos visit. I never make an appt. and she always takes him in. Thankyou Lucky's. Happy Bird day and Merry X-mas.
