Employees were immediately available for assistance with finding something! Very friendly and attentive! They were thorough in making sure that you had what you needed/came in for. Wish they had a few more handicapped motor carts, but that's nothing.

Worst Lowe’s location ever! I’ve worked for Lowe’s and know the expectations and this location has none. Every single installation project I have tried to work with them with has gone terribly wrong. 1st one was my oven and microwave, the microwave installers took almost a month just to contact me to install the microwave. They lost my oven the first time delivering it, and found it in the display floor. I was then quoted 200 to to come back to me for all the complications, and that was a hassle bc at first they couldn’t give it back to my card and just said with my next project they can apply it. Still messed up with the 2nd attempt delivery of the oven bc they set it up on a day they do not deliver. Third time was a charm. So time went bey and I didn’t start my next project for a few months and the associate who was over my order quit so at first no one wanted to help me the the 200. Then finally a manager helps out with that and I go to order my blinds and have a Lowe’s installer come mesure my upper window seals, never called back about the measurements. I call them, they did call back but I missed it. I tried calling back and now I’m told that unless I know the associate who ordered my blinds they can not help me. Every time! I’m done! I’m calling corporate!

I was surprised at the lack of inventory actually. Many items I get from Lowe's were not available at this store. The help was very knowledgeable though.

I love Lowe's. I can spend hours in the store just looking at things and think of how I can change my own home. I do however question their lawn and garden department. I have major concerns about their product or their ability to care for it. As long as that building has been there that parking lot should be shaded by all the trees that were planted. However they're all dead no shade there.

Lowes is great. Ive remodeled my whole house from here. They everything you need, from bluetooth recessed lighting to 72" ceiling fans, to prefabbed fence sections. And if they dont have it thwy can order it. They are Greatfull of our Military with purple heart parking and a 10% military discount. I can spend hours in there. I always go in for 1 thing and walk out with a ton. The customer service is A-1 second to none.*****PICTURES ARE ALL MATERIALS FROM LOWE'S*****THANK YOU LOWE'S

I’ve been to this store a few times but todays visit was memorable. Alex in flooring is very knowledgeable and takes the time to help you find exactly what you need. I explained our idea for a bath remodel and he showed me different tile pieces that would complement each otherHe pulled my order and helped me load it onto the vehicle without me having to ask for assistanceThank you Alex we appreciate your excellent customer service!*UPDATED*Came back to exchange a door for a diff colorAlthough the service with Alex was great, I must say the people working up front don’t care for helping at all. I explained I was told my door would be price matched to Home Depot’s and Alex had gotten approval from the manager at the time but when he rang me up it didn’t reflect the price match anymore and I didn’t notice until I went to swap the door for a diff color. They told me they couldn’t honor the $40 difference between their door and Home Depot’s because it wasn’t the same one. Only reason I agreed to purchase the 8 doors and windows I needed from Lowe’s in the first place was because Alex had gotten approval for the price match on one of the 8 doors I had that was a little more at Lowe’s.This was a very frustrating experience as they were dismissing what I was explainingI also let them know the windows had cracks on them but the installer didn’t notice until after he installed them since that’s when we removed the film - they didn’t seem to care about that concern either

People are not nice there, like they don't want to work or help. And that is for every time i went there. Don't they know that some people will totally take their place, give you a great experience and customer service? Update. I did go there today to cut a piece of plexiglass.... give exact numbers. Went home and found out it was cut 1 inch too much on each side... what is wrong with people in there ? I really need to go somewhere else for now. Even if i have to drive more.

This location is very clean. The stuffs are well organized. Staffs are also very friendly, only thing is sometimes it’s very hard to find any employee if you need any help specially in plumbing and paint section. In some stuffs they have better deal then Homedepot. Also it’s cheaper to rent carpet cleaner from here then from Homedepot. They also have good decorations for halloween and Christmas.

I much prefer Lowes to Home Depot for 2 reasons. They honor my husbands military discount even if he's not with me where Home Depot won't. Also, they have more staff running around to help you.I can never find anyone in Home Depot.

Zero out of 5 stars if you’re there for anything other than an item you can grab off the shelf yourself. Non existent customer assistance. The staff is almost non existent, and if you can actually manage to locate a staff member, they are untrained and ignorant about the products they sell. At least teach your employees the basics of home improvement and at the very least about the department in which they work. A very frustrating experience, but at least a good snapshot of the current retail work force.

As per usual the Lowe’s app has no idea where things are located in the store. After being passed by 6+ employees who offered no assistance when I attempted to stop them, I rounded a corner and saw an employee stocking who asked if I needed anything. Showed him the item, he knew right where it was.

Came in to exchange a broken Craftsman 3/8 ratchet. Lowe's management needs to review it's tool exchange program(Hassle free) with the front end return desk. I understand it now the Lowe's front end gave me a lot of Hassle and it was free. Took over one hour before I was able to exchange the tool. The Lowe's front end team also forgot to return my driver's license. I had to return to the store to retrieve it. A little advice focusing on the task at hand. Shame...Shame...Shame... Lowe's.
