I bought my bearded dragon from Levon, 2 years ago. He answered all my questions and showed me what I needed. All these reviews that say things like "my pet died" or "I didn't know how to feed my snake" make the consumers look ridiculous. It is YOUR responsibility to do some homework about any pet that you purchase BEFORE you purchase it. You should know the basics or more before buying any exotic pet. After you have your new pet, you should do even more research to ensure you are caring for it correctly. My bearded dragon is huge and well loved. I'll be returning soon for another one, because my daughter loves it so much! Thanks Levon, for being our go to reptile guy! We will see you soon!

My fiancé and I entered this establishment to buy a rat for our pet snake. On first glance there was only two people in the store and one of them seemed very underage. I took a look around and the floors looked like they hadn't mopped in months. The reptiles were in the dirtiest unkept enclosures I've seen and I've been to multiple reptile shops. The worst part was when we were ready to check out and then we were told by the seemingly 8-12 year old worker that they did not have a card reader. The child then proceeded to give debit card information to the owner over the phone which is completely unprofessional and can seem suspicious. Beware and if you visit this place do NOT buy anything with credit/debit cards. It seems very sketchy.

Where do i start? This is the absolute worst customer service that i have received in quite some time. I purchased a bearded dragon for my son and spent over $300 on the dragon and all of the products that i was told i would need. This included the tank, the forest floor bedding, ceramic light, UV light, clamps for the light, a basking accessory, and the food (roaches and worms). After getting home the dragon was doing well then suddenly died about a month later. I called Levon to ask about a PARTIAL refund on the products ONLY. I never asked for a refund for the dragon. Levon advised me to send him a picture of the products which i did.. and he never responded. I waited over 3 days for a response.. and nothing. So when I called him back I was told by Levon that he was not going to take a loss for his business by providing me with a refund since i didn’t send him a picture of my setup within 72 hours. This was an extremely unprofessional and selfish statement for him to make. Especially when I never got any type of paperwork from him about any return policy or lack there of. Levon offered to provide a refund of $38 on a purchase that was over $300 because of the 72 hour warranty on the pet, which again had nothing to do with the product i requested a refund for. Take my advice or not.. any consumer contemplating purchasing from this business should really consider another store with a bit more professional staff/owners and better customer service.

We have been going to see Levon and his animals since my daughter was five! We just saw him a couple days ago, Covid put a slight hold on our trips from Utah for a couple years.. Visiting them has become our family’s tradition , he is always so kind, super personable and just makes it fun every time! My daughter is now 14 and it’s one of her favorite things. He is so good to his animals and it’s so fun to see his place grow. If you are in Vegas , def make a stop to see him and his animals :)

Nasty place, nasty workers. No regard for husbandry. The prices are decent but that's because the animals are sick. The policy for animals dying is not on paper . no contract. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for exotic pets. Just fyi the owner will try to flirt with you. He attempted me, my cuzin n my mom. Ugh. No respect for boundaries

I purchased a snake and the whole setup, I was told by levon and his daughter to bring the snake back in one week show he can show us how to feed the snake. I live in summerlin he is about an hour away . We knocked on the door and no one answered I called the number on the door. No answers I also texted him and no answer.. I took my snake to a nice clean shop and brought food. The snake is not eating. The shopis so . Never never never go to live on

Never again, place is disorganized, dirty, I thought it was a new place cause there was boxes, tanks and miscellaneous things throughout but they said they’ve been there a while. I paid twice as much for the feeders plus an extra buck for using a card, smh. Snakes seemed neglected, there was one I seen that I thought was a statue cause it was dusty and dirty, I realized it was real cause I saw it breathe. They seem to be in the business to make an extra buck, and not for the passion of the hobby.

I recently got a ball python from levon and he helped me so much make sure I had everything I needed for my little snake. It's my first time owning a snake so I have been s little worried about doing something wrong, but levon has answered all my questions and my calls for every concern I had. My snake Ice is doing amazing and getting so big. I cannot wait to go get me some other reptiles from him ! I highly recommend this place !!

Not the best experience. He has ppl working there that are afraid of the feeders. I saw a teenage girl that works there sitting on some guys lap and never got up to assist with anything. Another time I came in and this skinny guy with a curly ponytail had his girlfriend there and they were kissing as I walked in. I thought it was a reptile store but it was more like an 'adult store'.
