This is a small shop so they don't have a ton of products but the prices are really good and everything they do have seems to be good quality items. We will definitely be shopping here for at least our dog's treats and some of her toys as well. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area and need something for your dog or cat. I did not notice if they have much for any other types of animals to be honest.

Stumbled across this store while on vacation. Met the owner. Awesome guy! Super knowledgeable! Outstanding customer service. Prices were excellent! Will be back next time we are in the area!And thanks for the samples and area recommendations! Much appreciated.

I stumbled on Jones Pet Outlet on accident this morning (I walk my dog around the area) and what happy surprise! I walked in and they have a great selection of foods, supplies, and toys. The worker even gave my dog free snacks and was very helpful with her recommendations. We got to talking and I was surprised it was only her second day working here. My dog loved her, definitely coming back for the free snacks :)They have a point system which I like 👍 coming back to support a local business. 🐕

This dog supply store is a great mom and pop shop. Prices are very reasonable, less than the bigger name pet supply stores and even Amazon. Workers are very friendly and helpful too. Very happy to have found this place! We will be repeat customers for sure.

I’ve had good and bad experiences, when they are opened they are great. I have just noticed most the time if you go when they open or right when they are closing they won’t be there. So to me that’s not good business. Closing 15 mins early one time ok. But this has happened 3 times now. I am literally sitting in front of the store that’s says open and has an employee inside. With no common respect to at least open the door when I went up to it and say that she is not available to help me at this moment. I have 5 dogs and buy food weekly I may not be a big deal but I think I’ll go across the street from now on and know I can get service. Truly disappointed because I thought this was going to be a great location.

A small pet supply store with quite a big variety, staff was very helpful in answering any questions I had about my cat and helped me pick out her new food that she happily eats now!
