If you are serious about birds and love birds, this is probably one of the best places in Vegas to purchase a bird. Each bird is hand fed, well fed, and trimmed. The workers here know their stuff. The prices are high for everything here but you get in return, the quality, the knowledge, and a good upbringing for your next bird. These type of birds last 20 or more years if taken care of so the price paid for 20 years of companionship is nothing in comparison to what you get in return. Great birds and environment. Highly recommend for purchasing, trimming, or boarding your bird.

Love supporting small local shops. They know how to properly care for birds and truly care about their health, unlike Petco or Petsmart. I refuse to go anywhere else for food and toys for my birds.

The owner was amazing. She spent 25 minutes spending time with my boys and the bird they were buying. She taught them how to hold the bird and handle it when it flies away. I was very impressed. They breed the birds in house. So it's nice to know where the birds came from and to know they have been loved and well taken care of. The owner loves her birds. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a bird or get bird supplies.

We boarded 2 birds with this shop and were very pleased with the service. Jesse took the time to talk to us. It was obvious that she enjoyed taking care of the birds. The cages were all clean with plenty of food and clean water. This store also offers food, supplies, and toys for the birds. I would highly recommend her store. We will definitely be back. Thank you for giving us a safe home away from home for our feathered family members.

Bought our bird from here about 3 years ago and we bring him back for his clippings and to purchase seeds. I LOVE this place and the owner is so nice and is great with Mr Taco (our birdie 😁) definitely recommend if you're looking into purchasing a bird!

I love this little shop! They have all the toys, perches, swings and specialty food for the big parrots - the things I can never find at the big box pet stores, and are difficult to find online. Even when the description on Amazon says it's for macaws, it arrives and it's really for a conure-sized bird. The customer service is always top-notch, and they really know birds, so you'll get expert help here too. Highly recommend!

Took my African Grey here for boarding recently. I am very pleased with this place. Jessie obviously cares for the birds. She feeds them fresh food everyday (I supplement with my bird's favorite seeds and nuts), keeps the birds in right-size cages, the store is small and is open only short hours so does not get "frantic" for the birds. Jessie adds a nice touch - sends photos while I'm away (very comforting). She is very responsive and prompt with communications - very pleasant to work with. I'll be back.

Took my little conure to get groomed & the lady was extremely friendly & knowledgeable! She handled my little girl very well & her beak & nails look good! The store is very well stocked & is clean. They have a huge variety of toys, something for anything your bird could want. My go-to spot for bird toys/materials/grooms

We stopped by because we love birds, and we were SO happy to see how wonderfully the birds were taken care of. They had very healthy fresh food in their bowls and their cages were spotlessly clean. The owner who we talked to was kind and wonderful to talk to. You can tell she really loves birds and takes the best care of them. We are from out of state, but when we move close to here next fall we will definitely buy our birds from here. Great store!

Walked in and was greeting by a few of the birds. Not a normal thing at any pet store I've seen with birds. They're usually skidish I've seen but these are people ready. Good selection and they did boarding for a bird another thing I've not seen. Great place not sure about prices just looked around.

This place has an excellent selection of birds and everything you need for birds. The owner is sweet and helpful. The birds are well taken care of unlike the bigger franchise pet stores who just throw a hundred birds in one glass container with little to no toys to play with making them extremely difficult to tame and play with when they get an owner. The birds at For the Birds by Robin Hawk are much more human friendly and happy and are loved rather than treated like merchandise.

Highly recommend! I was in Vegas visiting from Minnesota a went into check it out. Birds were in nice clean cages, and eating like kings! The owner or worker who was in there was super friendly and helpful, and they have GREAT prices on their toys and food. Check this out for quality bird supplies and the friendly staff!

The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable of all birds she clipped my birds feathers and nails and trimmed her beak. Very pleasant. The owner also gave free food to my wife for the bird to try and see if she likes it. Thank you so much for you help its been a pleasure doing business with you and will continue, she's also givin useful information as we are new to the bird world and we rescued this wonderful bird. I strongly recommend anyone and everyone use her business we need to help local business owners more.

Every time we visit here we have a great experience. The owner is extremely helpful and they have a good selection of bird toys, tree and tabletop perches as well as cages. They also do grooming and have experience with birds of all sizes. It's a small shop, but they always have a little bit of the best there is to offer for your bird. Don't be afraid to stop in and check it out when you're in the area.

Is nice to have a bird place close by for once. I'm happy to say that the lady knew her birds. I said and did a couple of things to test her and she passed with flying colors! I like it when people are not afraid to tell you to stop doing something because the animals are affected by it. Furthermore, she gave me the advice I was expecting even though it seemed that I wanted something different. Im very happy with everything she said and I'm looking forward to buying birds and supplies from here.

I live 40 minutes away and still make the drive. My birds took their in house mixes first try, some of these rescue birds have had seed their entire life and refused to try anything else no matter what. Suddenly they’re eating the soak and cook protein mix and within the week they’ve accepted fruits and veggies alongside it. I was expecting a slow transition but there’s something each one of them liked in the mix and it’s a huge step up. Reasonably priced toys and you’ll get help every step of the way. I have a tendency to buy toys that are too big because I think “oh it’s just more to pick at”, forgetting that they simply can’t break them at a certain size. I was shown properly sized toys for every bird and kinda hate myself for buying so many off Amazon. Like other reviewers have said, there’s actual macaw toys here. So the small boys have their small toys, big boys got their big toys. Lovely little gem of a store that has helped me tremendously.

Fantastic store. Have gotten two of my birds from here with plans for a third. Prices are absolutely incredible for the products and the birds are all very well taken care of. It's not a huge variety of birds, but they're all happy, healthy, and hand tamed.

By far the most outstanding bird store I have found in 3 states and I have visited about 30 different stores in the last 3 years. I am no longer in Nevada and still buy everything here she ships! You can tell all the birds are loved, my bird NEVER complains when she does nails beak whatever, one of the cleanest stores and the prices and selection put petsmart and petco to shame!!!!!!!!
