My cat was on grain-free canned food but had hot spots, chin acne, sneezing, and difficulty expelling her anal glands. We went back to raw and within 2 to 3 weeks all of these issues were resolved! High quality, fresh raw cat food, and lots of variety. Thank you!

I have a very picky 15-year-old teacup dog and I’m happy I found this place that makes her happy. She loves the fresh food here, especially the lamb. The customer service here is excellent and they always take the time to listen and make recommendations. They also have CBD products for pets. It’s not close to home but I drive a distance because sometimes this is the only food my picky, toothless senior girl will eat. Thank you!!

Sad that the owners sold the company and all traces of them have vanished from the website. At least have the courtesy to mention that the company was founded by Marlyn & Arturo and why they even started the company before this type of food became popular through mail order competitors and even local knock offs who tried.Their paws program also show the change in ownership as Nevada Hospitality Holdings Inc. and the loyalty account was set up effective 5/31/23 from my old Fidos One that used to say Fido’s on the bottom.It would have been nice if the owners had said goodbye to their customers who built a relationship with them over the years and supported their small business. Instead it was just a quick disappearance after they were gone for a long vacation.Sad that this probably means they won’t do their annual Christmas event that a group of us always looked forward to.I went to the Henderson location in July and it was terrible! The employee seemed put out by having to ring me up as they were playing on their phone. Never asked if I needed anything and of course when I checked out they didn’t have any receipt paper for the receipt printer (you know a basic business supply).Will be interesting to see what the experience is at the Sahara location but if they have employees that have little attention to detail and can’t be bothered and the new owners can’t afford to provide register tape for receipts. I question the quality of the ingredients and products being used to make the meals. Are they cutting corners there? Will they be using the same recipes as the original owners and are they making sure they are accurate? The lack of transparency to customers already has me questioning everything and so I have chosen to no longer order from this company anything that is “mixed” and now will only purchase the jerky treats.While I understand owning and running a small business by 2 people and their employees is hard and vacations and work life balance are minimal especially after you spread yourself thin by opening a second company way across town in Henderson which was probably the downfall for the owners. More expenses of overhead and payroll. Had they focused on the main location that was somewhat central and made the Henderson peeps drive to the store or have deliveries would have been helpful as the only time I’ve been to the Henderson store and it’s been busy was when they had their Christmas event there. I’ve at least when I’ve been in the Sahara location and it’s been busy.As the saying goes, all good things end.

We loved our experience here. We were asked if our puppy has any known allergies, what her current diet is like, what her specific breed is, and they took all of our input and gave us excellent recommendations. I was very shocked by how affordable the meals are. I was expecting much higher prices for such high quality meals. We are returning very soon.

I am so glad to have finally found a local small business that sells Raw Food for dogs. After watching Pet Fooled my dog will never eat commercial food again! The owner was so knowledgeable about the needs of the dogs based on my dog's weight and calorie intake. I love how the kitchen was open to where you could literally see the food being made from scratch. I can't wait for my Parson Russell to try her food this evening. I will definitely be back there again!!

I was over in the area and knew of the name but not much else! My Fiancé and I stopped in. The owner was super friendly. We bought some dried duck, a cooked bison meat meal and some nose balm. The dog loved it all and did not even try to lick the balm off her paws. We will definitely be back!

My 5 month old puppy LOVES the food which is awesome as he has a very sensitive stomach and can't do conventional packaged commercial foods. The experience going into the store was great and they even told me to bring Marshall in with me. I couldn't have had a better experience!

Good people. Good food. Clean and professional store. Yummy for my dogs tummy. They sell a variety of raw food, treats that are made of salmon, liver, duck and turkey. My dogs go crazy for everything I buy there. Also, they carry a great canine cbd tincture that is really good for all kinds of ailments. Highly recommend the allergy balls and breath busters.

Great small family owned business, they have raw frozen cat food that my cats love. Their favorite is the raw rabbit, they go crazy. My mom bought some of the bones and frozen turkey food for her dogs and they loved both.

Marlyn and Artie, the owners of Fidos Kitchen are absolutely amazing. We have two dogs a Cocker Spaniel and a Maltipoo. They have been eating their Human Grade, and Homemade dog food for almost 2 years. Our dogs LOVE it. The food is made from all natural ingredients, the meats and vegetables are all prepared right in Fido's kitchen. Marlyn has really done her research and makes sure she includes all the vitamins and mineralsNecessary for a healthy and happy dog..we are EXTREMELY pleased with their products and customer service. We found Fidos Kitchen about a year ago at the Downtown Summerlins Farmers Market. Our puppy Yankeebeaster was almost a year old. He was a very picky eater at first, and just picked at it.We started feeding him store bought food & treats, until he began getting sick and throwing up.We started looking up pet food recalls and treat recalls. We found out that most of the food and treats that we had been feeding our Morkie had all been recalled that month, or in the past. We were so upset!!We started scrolling on Netflix, and came across a video called PET FOOLED. It's all about the big Pet food companies, and the secrets they don't want us pet owners to know. We couldn't believe our eyes, and decided we would never buy commercial pet food again!! (You have to watch this film if you love your pet!)(You'll also find out watching this video that most sicknesses and diseases in our pets, come from all of the COMMERCIAL pet food and treats. Another thing commercial pet food companies don't want us consumers to know...)We went back to Fidos Kitchen to try it again, knowing he was getting sick because of the quality of the store bought pet food. We picked out a bunch to try, as well as some homemade chicken jerky. They also have seasonal ones, that change for the seasons. He absolutely LOVES it now!!We are so excited to have Fidos Kitchen to go to now. The owner is just great, and very knowledgeable about everything she makes and sells. As well as her staff, that always helps us when she's not there. We can't say enough about what this homemade food means to us. Our dog just loves all of them now, and is so much happier and healthier! The prices are very reasonable, and having peace of mind that our pets are eating quality meals is the best feeling ever.Thank you Fidos Kitchen for making such amazingly healthy food for our dog! This place has the best handcrafted food for your fur babies! I usually get the salmon and sweet potato with spinach paste for a tiny chihuahua that has no teeth. He is a rescue and had a hard time eating. But this paste is the perfect solution! He very easily and happily, I might add, laps it up!

Can’t thanks enough for this place. It’s my dog’s birthday today and for sure I had no time to make anything for him this year and I was a bit disappointed at myself for that. Suddenly, I remembered I drove by some homemade dog food store on Sahara many many times. I looked them up and messaged them on Instagram to see if they had any pupcake available to pick up today. They wrote me back and said yes. After I finished my day it’s already 6:40 pm. I sent them a message to make sure they aren’t close the store yet. The lady was so nice and showed me the pupcake. I grabbed one bully stick at the counter too because it has no smell at all (usually it’s so stinking!). Drove back home and my dog just run all over after me (or the pupcake?). He was super happy and ate all the pupcake for his dinner.If you’re looking for fresh meals, treats, pupcakes for your dogs or cats I’m so recommended this place. Can’t wait to go back and try different things for my boy.
