This store is really weird. They never seem to be finished stocking- there's always boxes stacked in the aisles. It's kind of annoying. That being said, we found what we were looking for. It just wasn't a great shopping experience. I'll probably try a different store next time.

The store was overall clean, parking lot was filthy with trash. I didn't find what I went in for. I didn't care for one employee telling the other to "mind her own business" in front of customers. Won't be returning simply for the lack of respect that employee showed.

I didn’t like how there was only two people stocking the shelf and the manger was just standing around doing nothing. At least the manager could of help stock the shelf’s it was half empty if I was a manager I wouldn’t just stand there I would help if I only had two people stocking SMDH how sad and I had to wait for them to stock up. I just left I wasn’t about wait I feel sorry for the two people who was trying to rush. Y’all need a new manager that is willing to work as a team player

I've stopped at this location a couple times a week for the last three years or so. The store has a very good selection considering it's size. Over the last month or so I've seen a lot of new faces and it has a new manager. I don't remember his name but He's always there and has a bunch of tattoos and he's real friendly. I feel welcomed by everyone as they always greet me when I come in, and most of them know me by name, even though I don't know theirs. The store seems cleaner and more organized. The checkout lanes - (yes plural, they used to only have one cashier and it could take forever and a day to get out of there.) seem to run more efficiently and it's easier to get in and out. The parking lot is always free of debris and I've never seen any homeless people outside which is a issue in that neighborhood. I try avoid going in early on Tuesdays because that is when they get the delivery and there is a lot going on. The neighborhood in general is pretty sketch and If you go in after dark there's a good chance you'll see somebody putting something under their jacket or trying to steal a whole shopping cart full of items. Overall This Family Dollar is great for odds and ends or your whole list (no fresh produce and limited dairy/deli Departments) they stock a variety of OTC meds and a good selection of Beauty products. And they usually have a good sales flyer. If you need help finding something ask tattoo manager, he'll take you right to it and he'll even help you out to the car (the shopping carts have a theft device so they don't really go out the door) if I rated and reviewed this location this time last year I would of probably went with three stars. There wasn't really anything wrong back then, it's just a lot better now. :) So to sum it all up, I try not to go after dark and avoid Tuesday's if I can. Otherwise wonderful shopping experience. 5 stars.

If I could give this store a zero, I would. I just went to family dollar and got the worst customer service. I stood in line for some stupid 35¢ chocolate and waited for a good 5 minutes too and the cashier told the people behind me to go to the other cashier but not me. Once I got up to the desk he said he was closed. How rude is that. You guys need to fire your rude ass employees. I will never return to this family dollar again. I should of went to 99¢ and rather stand in line than get some nasty attitude.

First time visiting this family dollar location. Friendly service from the moment we stepped into the store until the very end. I wasn't too familiar with the store so it took me a while to find what I needed. I will most definitely be shopping this store from now on. EXCELLENT customer service.

Had a good selection of items. Was pretty clean. Long lines when I went. And all the speaker announcements were in Spanish as far as I heard. I want in the store long so they might be in English too. Friendly staff.

This Family Dollar is okay if they have kids clothes they have kids toys they have adult clothes they have food there they have snacks they have drinks they have anything if it was a holiday. The only thing wrong about this Family Dollar is that some stuff is unorganized the lines are too long and sometimes only one person is working while the others are somewhere around the store doing something else but other than that the store still good.

THE RUDEST PEOPLE IVE EVER CAME ACROSS, THE STORE MANGER DIDNT WANT TO CHANGE MY CHANGE BECAUSE I ONLY HAD QUARTERS. I don’t care what COMPANY or PLACE you work at if a customer comes in asking to change their quarters to dollars there shouldn’t be a problem ITS MONEY the company isn’t losing anything. STOP HAVING BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Making a major turn around isnt easy , with that being said all comments are positve non that are not take into consideration , as a worker for yhe company we try and make eveyones experince great ' we have now open all three registers and have cleaned up the store ' also opened our freezers to have a wider variety. Now for customer service yes it can take a sec to get to the register but put yourself in there shoes scenerio : everyone staring at you rolling there eyes ' saying ur slow or blurring stuff out !! Its like what do u do beside swallow everything going on and put a smile on ur face to continue the day it's not easy let come together here n meet in the middle so we can all go home in peace. ✌👌

One girl was helping customers and another girl said I'll help the next person in line so we walk over behind this gentleman she helped and she proceeds to tell us I only wanted one person to help and then proceeds to walk away ignoring us. Needless to say I will not GI back to this location because of her. You need to fire her lazy ass!!!

Went in for only 2 items...came out with so much more and all at great prices. Furnished a bedroom and bought decor for the guest bathroom and did so on a budget. Will definitely be going back.

Its family dollar so you get what they happen to have but the place is clean and organized so you can find what you are looking for and get out. Checking out is a little time consuming depending on the number of cashiers working.

Some of the stuff there comes from China most times you have to return the product. We should boycott products from China. Cause in all actuality; they are ripping us off with phoney products from China. Not the stores fault...

I bought $107 worth of stuff and asked for help bringing stuff out to my car (since they don't allow carts to go out the door) the cashier suggested I park closer to the door. I bought $80 of items at the Family Dollar on Lamb and N. Las Vegas Blvd and one of the employees helped bring my stuff to the car.
