Worst place ever the girl doesn’t know how to do her job right, please train these associates!! She had an attitude to top it off and that’s no way of treating someone not even if your day is going bad because my day was bad but I ain’t giving anyone a bad day because of it. seriously need better people working here! People please don’t go and deal with this poor customer service if I could rate this store it’ll be a -5 because yes it was that bad.

This stores employees are great, very friendly and helpful when needed. The carts can't go outside, so keep that in my mind when shopping for big bulky items. They have a pretty good selection of groceries and other items. Dollar Tree/ family dollar all in one. The wait at checkout can get kind of long, but the employees work hard to keep it moving fast and efficient.

I love family dollar good deals good coupons slow service at times but they are looking for more employees I am going to apply there for part time work family dollar and dollar tree are my go to stores for alot of things

So extremely ridiculous how long you have to wait in line for one cashier. The employees I dealt with were not all that friendly but I guess that has to do with there location and the types of people coming in and out of there all day. Not a very tidy and clean organized store but it was in the evening so maybe it's better during the morning hours.

I recently just moved here to Nevada from Washington state. In Washington state when it's a Family Dollar or dollar store that's what it is a dollar store. This Family Dollar had items more than a dollar 5 10 15 20. It's an okay store but it was over stocked. Kind of claustrophobic if you ask me. It was on par with your standard grocery store as far as the stock prices that it had. I would go here again but only if I knew they had something I wanted at a dollar.

Just as everyone says, this particular Family Dollar was surprisingly clean, in order. I was able to find everything I needed and more with ease. The store manager Tony, was very very polite and patient with me. He has great customer service, and his staff as well. You dont get that too often these days. Thank you again Tony, you're the best.

Not as busy as usual. I was looking for a couple staples for home. While there was a slight increase in prices, it was better then the larger stores. In and out in about 20 minutes! Name brands at a discount ? Yes, it's true for name brands and happy shopping!

This review is for the owner. I have no problems shoppingh here. The employees have always been kind. But. Today there was an employee that was working on the cashier that looked like he had poison ivory on his arms and ears. It looked gross. Not professional. If sick, he shouldn't have been working. I felt uncomfortable for him to touch anything that I would have to touch. Owner. That employee needed to work in the back and not in the front.

I go here because it's convenient to my home but it needs way better management. Place is often dirty and cluttered. Boxes stacked in front of shelves so you can't get to items. Cashiers pretty friendly but I guess they don't get breaks to eat and have to eat soup while they check you out.

This location always has a lot of different items to choose from. Generally I never have a problem finding what I need. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the store is not cleaned up regularly so there's a lot of random items sitting everywhere.

You must not care about your store. This is the 3rd time that I've went into this store and the employee at the cash register is on the phone the entire transaction.This lady ( with braids and the side of her head shaved) , is currently inside of this store right this moment discussing her court case and how "she's going to speak her mind to the judge because she doesn't fear the law". I mean just the simple fact that I walked away from the register, she stopped ringing up stuff to read something off of her phone to who ever she was talking to.This is how businesses lose money. By just hiring anyone and letting them run the place into the ground.

The store has been opening up later than the 7am hour that it is suppose too. Not sure why it's been so frequently lately. When you're on the busline and expecting the store to open at their appointed time,standing outside with the workers waiting in the 30 degree weather for the store to open and the manager's not here to open up, just isn't a good business move. I do understand that things happen to where your late sometimes . Now the manager shows up at 7:38am, raises his hand and says to the female worker angrily telling her to hurry up as of she's the reason the store is opening up late. A young man and woman were already standing outside of the store when I arrived at 6:57am who work there. Why is the manager being rude to them? I've been a patron of this store since 2005 and never have I've been disgusted up until now. Hopefully the manager will get himself in order!

Staff very friendly. There is usually a line but more than one cashier is always there to help. Except last weekend when EDC was going on. I felt really sorry for the one guy cashier that was trying to hold it down.

So they advertise that they close at 10pm but don't show up at 9:50 because the doors will be locked with a worker standing there saying you can't come in because the computers are down however they have a few people in line still checking out. So I called bs on him and he said well the computers are gliching .I Asked for the manager and she also refused to let me in even though it was before 10pm. Bad customer service expecially since I shop there all the time. I knew what I needed and exactly where it was since I'm there all the time. I will have to re think going there since they do not appreciate good customers who spends a lot of money there giving the fact that it's one of the only places around us with out traveling to far. The NEW manager " Michelle" needs to lead by example and actually keep the store open during posted hours. Dollar General will now be getting all my business.

This store mainly sells foods that contain tons of sugar, salt, and fat. I can't seem to find any powerade zero or diet drinks, albeit they do have diet coke or your usual diet drinks, but you'll be very hard pressed to find anything here that is healthful. They have plenty of sugary drinks, salty chips, etc. There's only one healthy item and it's a 2 oz bottle of tabasco sauce (the lowest content of salt in a hot sauce). They've got $1 frozen burgers and pizzas, ice cream, frozen burgers, spaghetti frozen, gallon water for $1, cheese puffs, $1 frozen veggies (when it's in stock), etc.I've found boxes unopened where you the customer needs to open them to get your product. It's all if they have a shortage of help and they just throw the stock around the general area. I've seen cardboard boxes inside the freezers too... Just open them up and see what product it is.They'll usually also have people hanging around outside the store. If I need a product bad enough, I'll go in (but I'll make sure I look as homeless as possible before going in..). I just hate dealing with beggers.This place sells NO ALCOHOL, but they do sell cigarettes!Hint:. For the best items, like really good brand name items, those items are located behind the counter. Like tide pods or axe deodorant.

The cashier was on her phone the whole time. Wow the second she rung up my stuff in between charging me she was on the phone the whole time on social media. Aren't they cameras there?? Wow poor poor customer service. I will never come back here.

The place looks Shady on the outside almost like it's closed. The inside though is real nice, clean, the shelves are in order. The staff was real nice and friendly and helpful . but the customers all look like drug addicts who were trying to steal from the place

On 4/6/2019 I went to family dollar at 3626 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV. Store # 05681. I walk in, there are no carts to use. I look for the items that I want. The water is not near the register, so I can not carry it around with me. I go to the food dept and looked for something to eat. I find the pop pies. There were only 2 chicken and the rest was beef. I got the 2 chicken. Went to the register, the line was very long…I had 8 people in front of me. Only one cashier was working the register. Then a manager come over to help her with a transaction. When the manager was done, she walked out the front door of the store. She had her phone to her ear and just ignored the line. So I finally get to the register. I tell the cashier that I have to grab the case of water because there were no cart. She says” I can ring it up, it is the quest water” I said “no it is the nestle water” She said “ oh ok” So I go get the water which is by the front row behind the line of product that you can not walk thru. I get back to the register and she is ringing someone else up. I have to ask them to move over so I can set the water on the counter. They were upset but did it. Then the cashier rings me up. Then I see she did not put the pop pies in a bag. I ask for a bag and she tells me it is penny for the bag. I ask “why”. She just says “it just is”. I then tell her to refund everything I just bought. She look at the manager that finally come back and got on the other register just as I was going to get the water. I say again just refund it. I should not have to pay for a bag even it penny for my stuff that I bought. Then the man behind me says he will do it. I said no. He said it was not a problem. The cashier said “oh ok” then he walks me out. I will never step foot in this store again.

This place doesn't carry space heaters... Really.... All new merchandise is in boxes on their carts. While the employees sit and flirt with the customers, had to wait 10 minutes to ask a question.

Worst costumer service ever listening to trap music on their phones at the register no one has on name tags cashier is beyond rude as he recites his music as he rings me up and every time I come in here the bald guy who I assume is the manager acts and conducts himself in the same manner smh THEY CERTAINLY DONT ALLOW THIS IN SUMMERLIN I suppose since this location is in an ethnic area Family Dollar DOESNT feel we deserve good costumer service WOW JUST WOW

The prices have gone up here. And unfortunately you don't get what you pay for with a lot of things here. The products just aren't worth a lot of the prices they have. The customer service was ok. But I probably won't be going back. Their just getting too pricey for the quality that you get. Hope this helps.

The clerk made an error which was alright because we are human, but I had to speed up his pace while scanning. It was only 2 customers. I had time (to catch my bus), but that time ran out and had to run to catch my bus due to his pace.

Tucked in the back of strip mall. If you don't know it's there you'll miss it. Not very organized. Kind of claustrophobic, too much stuff, not enough room. A recording reminds you you're being watched. Creepy.

Great stock in dental hygiene (tooth brushes and toothpaste). Most dollar stores have the cheaper options but this Family Dollar stocks the higher quality items too.
