Excellent customer service. I was able to get my mastiff her ear wash and antibiotic prescription amoxicillin for her ear infection. I will return for the dog's dewormer as they were out. They have cockatiels 🐦 and adorable chicks 🐣🐥. I will come back and would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Glad my puppy got the first shots. But I'm shocked at how the woman who gave my puppy the shots didn't hold him down or tell me to hold his head. My poor puppy was moving with needle still in his neck. So she takes it out and before she sticks him with the rest of the juice, I ask if I should hold his head? Because he was crying and moving hard. Like shouldn't I been told to hold my puppy's head for that? He got a shot 3 times on the same spot. The 3 for worms. Like let me vaccinate u 3 times on the same spot and see if u like it? Well anyhow. Just be careful vaccinating ur fur bbys here.

I called with questions for a dog food for sensitive stomach and at first they told me they didn’t speak English then hand off the phone to somebody else and then I had to re-ask my question and the guy hung up on me. very unprofessional and very rude

I have a very creative job position currently. On top of the normal day to day routines this is apart of my description as well. That being said the things that I have to procure are not always available in town. So that is where Yelp and good ol' research come to play.There was a particular item I needed. I called and the phone was answered very quickly with answers all given. I knew by the way the convo went it would be even better once I got there.Upon entering it is set up as an area that sells all things farm. All the way down to hats and spurs if your a real Cowboy. What I needed was in the fridge and the manager got it all ready for me with ice packs to ensure coldness until I got to my destiny. There is feed and hay outside as well. Whatever you may need, just ask them and they will locate it for you.Would thoroughly recommend - pricing was highly competitive, so no complaints at all. Staff was beyond friendly. I have already been back a few times now.

I really like to shop here, but the only thing I really dislike is that they NEVERRRR answer their phones. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I live in Pahrump and there is certain products they have that I need, but every time I call before taking a 2 hour drive, they never answer their phones. Hopefully that changes because again, they do have great products.
