I order from here a lot through Door Dash. On many occasions I have had no luck when it came to getting the items I needed. I usually just order candy and snacks for my boys and I'm lucky if I wind up with half of my items, especially when it comes to candy I'd be lucky.

The staff are wonderful and deserve 5 stars. Corporate deserves zero. The store is very understaffed and the employees are overworked and it shows. But they can't get more workers because they offer only $9 hour! And they've been jacking prices way up these past few weeks. Profit before People, I guess. The employees and customers deserve better treatment than this.

Friendly and helpful people... the store may at times look a bit like a storm went through LOL, but it's a good store to have in this neighborhood. They do their best to keep up with the demand and to keep everything tidy and shelved to convenience the customers. The night security guard is kind and helpful also.

One of the owners are extremely rude and arrogant. The process they charge does not equal the work provided. I tried to go back assuming maybe they were just really busy. However even on slow days they never correctly clean your car. I rather do it myself, at least then it's properly cleaned. The cashier is really nice. Nice young lady with glasses dogs the best she could in a place filled with lazy jerks

It feels a little cluttered inside but prices are good. Outside area makes it look a little scary because of the homeless population that camps around the store but they usually dont bother/talk to customers going in or coming out. The staff are also pretty cool.

If you're a shopper who enjoys looking for hidden gems, this is the place for you. Store has a wide variety of household products, make-up, kids clothes, grocery items, gift items, greeting cards, some electronics and more. Best of all are the willing, helpful, friendly & knowledgeable employees. Prices are quite good for some items, but a little over-priced on others.

Caring & Accommodating Employees! As I began to shop, I experienced a mild episode of heat stroke having stayed too long in the sun/heat before entering the store. I asked an employee working the checkout counter if he might have a chair I could use briefly until I could recover. He quickly provided a chair & positioned it out of the view of the shopping public. Within a short period of time he re-appeared with a bottle of cold water & checked on me. After a little while, I was able to resume shopping. TOM, the helpful employee, did all the right things. He shared what was going on with his co-workers & they too kept a watchful, caring eye on me. And, oh yes, the store has good prices & a fun selection of a variety of items. TOM is definitely a keeper.

We came to Las Vegas for work, and been in quite a few dollar stores here and back home in Iowa. This by far has been the best of them we have been too in a long time. Stocked shelves, clean store, and that really shows the leadership and team really care about their store. We will be shopping at this location for the rest of our stay.

The manager and the ascent manager located at lake mead and martin Luther King always greats you with a smile they make you feel at home if there's any thing you need they will find or get it for you the store is always clean shelf are always full there fresh food is always clean and nice never out dated there employer's are also friendly and make you feel at home I'd rate them a 20 thank you dollar General manager and support manager and your employer's your all doing a great job thank you brenda genier 11/23/20

I love this store! The employees are so nice & friendly & helpful! And they have killer sales! But their everyday prices are great too. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because of the manager, he is so damn RUDE & unprofessional! He is NOTHING like his employees! He needs to quit or be fired because that store suffers with him as it's mngr! Otherwise It would be a perfect 5!#timetogo#moveon#getoutofretail

Lines are always slow and usually on one is open. Don't bother to bring your coupons either. The manager is ill-equipped to run this store. The only friendly cashier in the store is gone now, probably because he wasn't slow or rude enough to fit in with the ghetto staff here. There's not one cart or basket in the whole store and they won't order them. Save yourself a headache and go to Family Dollar.

This place is ok for getting some cheap booze or the lowest price on milk I have ever seen. The cashiers and employees are super friendly. This store however is scary as almighty hell!! The customers make it that way. It may be that the location is across from a pretty sketchy apartment complex but I have witnessed some pretty crazy things go down there from fights to theft to cops in the 3 months I visited the store. The line is always long making it super inconvenient for a quick in and out trip. Anyone that says this is a great place to stop is either lying or got lucky the one time they went there. Bottom line unless your are a local that has to go there, pass it by and hit smiths grocery up the street. If you must go, lock your car and don't go alone!

Convenient but always a super long line as the are only 2 registers and it's the only store around. Awesome clearance on kids clothes at this location and they have a big frozen section for easy list minute meals

This place gets a 5 star for their service. I also love that this small store has a surprising amount of things I normally have to drive all the way to Walmart for. You will pay a little more than Walmart but if you only need deordarant, you'll spend more on gas than the 20 cent upcharge at DG. This location is my go to store for when I only need 1 or 2 basics like paper towels and butter.

Always love going here, but for some reason this girl I haven't seen there before, I had to use the restroom really bad, I know they have a restroom because the young ladies that always there allowed me to use it many times, but this ride young lady (white female) all my other female that work there are coco, the white female tells me not sorry wet don't have a public restroom but, NOPE! WE DON'T HAVE A PUBLIC RESTROOM, I asked really SENCE when and who might you be, I didn't see a name tag. I didn't want to even ship there after that.

VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES. THEY DON'T GREET AT ANYTIME FROM WALKING INTO THE STORE TO CHECKING OUT UNLESS THEY KNOW U. A BLACK MALE RANG ME UP AND DIDN'T ONCE ACKNOWLEDGE ME OR SAY ANYTHING TO ME BUT HE DID TALK TO TWO BLACK FEMALE'S BEHIND ME AND ANOTHER ONE THAT RANG UP B4 ME. No baskets what so ever. Run out of bags so they put it in trash bags. Some employees are nice and some are not. Runs out of money gave me $10 in quarters.

They had excellent customer service and they have people around the store that can help you that's a good thing
