The dog supply outlet store is the best store for dogs. The very friendly and knowledgeable staff can show you a large variety of different foods, toys, training devices, and grooming products for your dog.I feed a very specialized raw diet to both of my pitbull dogs. It’s a mixture of freeze dried kibble from Stella and chewy as well as dried pieces of cod skin for their omega’s, and I feed duck heart for their organ.It’s a great place to learn about dog, nutrition, and other ways that you can feed your dog they also carry a large selection of dog supplements, specialized for your canine companion!!!

I adopted a 3-4 yr old Maltese from Nevada's Animal Foundation on December 8th. She's amazing, funny, and smart. However she's a very finicky eater. As soon as I thought I found something she didn't want anything to do with it. And, honestly, I'm done with PetSmart. Everything at PetSmart is very expensive and they are not very helpful.So one of my friends told me about this store. She said it's not a huge store but they have a ton of stuff and the staff is amazing. She goes to the location in Henderson. I took my dog Maddie up to the location in Centennial on Saturday March 2nd. It was everything my friend said and more. They made sure to ask Maddie's name and they continued to address her by her name. They answered any and all questions I had and were just fun to talk to. The product selection is great! Several things have labels wrapped around them, but are not wrapped in plastic so I was able to put it in front of Maddie's nose to see if it peaked her interest. I purchased four treats.While I paid for my products, the ladies explained their reward program and signed me up for that. When done, Maddie and I left. We got to the car and for some reason I looked at the receipt and saw that I spent $14 for a chew ring but I thought it was only $3. So I took it back in and they cheerfully helped me with the refund.We will be going back this weekend and getting more snacks. I really appreciate the store I think anybody with a dog or cat should at least go check it out. I no longer feel the need to go to PetSmart or any big stores like that. At this store you receive truly personal assistance at great pricing.Thank you ladies for giving us a reason to come back and we'll see you this weekend!!

THE best pet store in Las Vegas, bar none!Honestly, this store wins in every single category. Best prices, best selection, and friendliest employees. And it's not particularly close. I highly recommend giving it a look if you live in the area. Heck, even if you don't live in the area, I would commute here for the sheer amount of options they have, along with prices FAR better than other independent pet stores. They run frequent sales as well so you can get an even BETTER deal on certain things at certain times.All in all, an unbeatable experience. Definitely Jax's favorite store too!

I love this store...the self service pup washing is amazing. I have a longer haired puppy that is still nervous about being washed. He's a big dude and the tubs here are the perfect size to keep him contained and let me wash and soothe him without worrying about him jumping away from me.The ladies that work here are such sweethearts that obviously love animals. They treated him so well and he did such a great job on his first visit into a store.I will be a regular in here with him, so he can see his friends at the front end of the store and pick out a new treat.

I wish this store was in California. Great quality items at great prices. My Grandpets loved the treats. Thank you for such an affordable products without sacrificing quality. The employees were so helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. I definitely will go back when visiting family. Highly recommend this great store

My dog (Baymax) and I love dog supply outlet. Fredi is AMAZING and always so kind and helpful. Baymax loves that she can't resist giving him tons of pets, praise, and treats. The whole team there treats my dog like a celebrity, and he loves it- he walks in like he owns the place now 😂They have a great selection of toys and food. Love the reward point system too, great perk and saves some money! I love that the treats, toys and food are always good quality too, and there are often new or seasonal products to try!Fun place to shop with your pup!

I will always recommend this store to any dog owners. Friendly encounters every single time at all of their locations. I frequent this location, and the employees are very knowledgeable about all of the products in the store and very helpful. The store has just about anything you would need to keep your pets healthy and happy. Their rewards program is amazing.

Convenient location off 215 at Skypoint in the shopping center. Ample parking with handicap access. No masks required . It was our first visit. Excellent customer service. Both Ilana the manager and Isaac assist mgr were very friendly, helpful and appreciative. The store was well organized, neat and clean. All the items and the shelves were priced accordingly. Prices are reasonable. There is a very large selection of food, treats, toys, accessories, etc. It is a great place to shop leisurely. They have a great rewards program. This is a popular store. They will be relocating to a larger space at the corner of the complex. I will return here for sure.

I have visited this business several times with questions about my older dog with multiple health issues and a younger dog with resource guarding issues. All the employees have been very helpful. I spoke several times with Fredi and she has been a Godsend. She is always willing to give me special attention and her knowledge of pet care is remarkable.

As a retail store manager, good customer service is a huge standout to me, and this entire staff should be acknowledged for theirs.I came here because they are the closest store to me that carried the food i was switching my dogs to and this will now be my pet supply store for everything. I went to this store initially to find out information about Freeze Dried dog food. I had heard about the benefits of feeding it to critters for awhile and then I read some negative stuff so I wanted to get some straight answers from a real person. That is when I encountered Freddie! What a dynamic wealth of information this wonderful lady is. She actually listened to me and took the time to answer all of my questions. Not only that but she took the time to educate me on things that I had not even thought of. Freddie IS NOT a diamond in the rough, she is the complete, cut and polished gemstone! I quite literally can't say enough about her and the rest of the staff at this Dog Supplies Outlet Store. Bandit, Bear and Bud are big fans as well!

We have been coming to this location for years. Freddie always greets Winston with treats. Recently, we decided to add another dog to our household and Freddie was a great help on helping us with anything we might need. This is the place where I got the dog food for my pup, the workers there are always helpful and nice they know about pets and stuff, even if the food doesn't work for your pet they would return your money or exchange it, which I think it's great. I really like this place they also have a rewards program and you get discounts by points! I recommend this place 100%

We I love this place. We go here with our pups, Emoji and Karma, and have always been treated better than we have anywhere else. We used to shop elsewhere, but then we met Fredi and have never gone to another place for our dog needs. Fredi has taken the time out to help us many times and is very knowledgeable.
