Beats PetSmart & all the chain stores. I love that it’s local and they provide everything from treats, food, toys, to clothes and beds! Reasonable prices for everything. Free samples of all kinds of different dog food brands, free dog wash and they have cute doggie stickers at the counter! The employees are top notch! Always so kind & helpful. My go to store always! I highly recommend.

This place is great with their Free anytime self service dog wash that includes Free shampoo, and conditioner, and they also have Free nail clips on Sunday from their groomer with a reservation, so plstop by soon or call in to reserve your Sunday nail clip from their dog groomer. They also have a huge selection of dog oroducts, including food and treats as my dog loves their Duck jerky(see pic), which is a good value, imho . They have a Rewards program for their taste of the wild quality dry dog food. We use it to top off our dogs regular dry food fo give him a change in food. They had free taste of the wild samples on our last visit, so come in and pick some up some samples for your dog today. Their Staff was friendly and helpful. They offer some great Free services, and a Free Rewards Program where you Earn 1 Point For Every Dollar Spent to keep you a loyal customer. Stop in today and check them out and try some duck jerky as your dog will thank you kindly. We'll be back. The place is huge, but the friendly staff will help you find what you need with their large selection to choose from.

This place is great. Great prices on all kinds of pet supplies, plus a rewards/ points program. A free pet bathing station with blow dryers is an excellent bonus. Staff are friendly and helpful. Always a good experience. Free sample treats near the register to try on the way out is a cherry on top.

I always love this place, everyone is super friendly and helpful. You can come down and self wash your own dogs for free, they even have shampoos and air dryers. (I still bring my own but it's still nice to have the option ), on sundays by appointment they have a charming lady come by and do dog nail trimming for tips I usually tip about 10, bc she's very fast, super friendly and great with my dog. They also have some great prices. Check em out and youll probably make it your new favorite dog supply spot!

What an amazing place! Everything you need for your pet, including tubs and dryers to bathe them. You'll never meet a more friendly group of employees than these folks. They are fantastic!

Stopped by yesterday and was extremely impressed with the rep on the floor, Tyler. Dude was extremely knowledgeable on just about anything related to dogs and was able to make a number of suggestions for my dogs. Love this place. They have just about everything. I was allowed to try on paw shoes for my puppy to see if they fit.They have puzzle toys for dogs, huge selection of treats and toys.

My sister introduced me to this place and she prefers it to purchasing pet supplies online. Which, I have to admit, I need to get better at as well. I want to do better to support local businesses.We took our dogs here for a Santa's photo and it was so adorable!They were very organized, when you walked in they gave you a number, in groups of 5, so when they called your group, you would line up to have your photo taken with Santa. We took group and individual photos with Santa for each of the dogs, and if it wasn't for the staff helping us, I would have gotten very overwhelmed. But they were quick to step and ensure one dog didn't run away (or pee on something) when taking the other dog's photos.I accidently went to the wrong location (Sahara and Buffalo) for the photos and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful guiding me to the correct location. When I got to the correct location (Rainbow/215), I found the staff to be equally nice and helpful. It's enjoyable to walk into an establishment and get the vibe that the staff enjoys what they do and they enjoy being there. Especially retail, that is a particularly challenging job.While we were waiting for our numbers to be called (10 minutes) I got the chance to browse around. Lots of great pet items that you normally don't see and reasonably priced. I think I'm going to cancel my Chewy account and make it regular runs here instead.

They have every natural pet product you could ever want! And a great rewards program.But wait.. there's more! Two complimentary self-grooming stations with shampoos, conditioners, and extremely-handy dryers. And as you can see, their tubs can even fit the big boys! My dog is 110 pounds and is comfortable in them.The customer service is always impeccable. Everyone is so kind and very obviously love animals! This place is a gem.

Today is the very first time that my picky Yorkie has finished his dog food. The bowl is finally empty. I'm surprised and happy. The store staff are friendly and helpful. I went to the store confused on what I should get. I have researched how Nutri Source is a great brand for dogs. I just didn't expect that I will get great guidance about the brand when I visited the store.Thank you for helping Tucker finds the best food for him.I have one happy Yorkie.

Apparently I live a sheltered life... only recently I learned of this outlet & my first visit was at the Sky Point location. Wicked friendly helpful knowledgeable staff. Icing on the cake is their free doggie wash tubs. Yes, free. I've also been to Rainbow location. Loving it! Sky pointe, Rainbow & Anthem stores have doggie wash tubs for sure. Sahara & I believe it's St. Rose stores don't have doggie wash stations. Just so ya know...

As a local dog trainer, I'm always looking for the best places to buy food, toys, train client dogs, grooming, etc etc. Hands down, Dog Supplies Outlet is the best one stop shop for ALL your dog's needs. They have a friendly/helpful staff to help new pet owners, as well as, the most seasoned pet owner. The icing on the cake is their rewards program - as someone who spends a lot of money on my dogs, this is a great perk! If you are looking for a new pet store, look no farther!

TINA IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I’m a new dog owner and I’ve been to this store about 3x in the past week... every time I have received exceptional customer service. Tina took the time to talk to me about different collard and leashes and even measured/adjusted the size to fit my pups neck. Will definitely be going back.Also, FREE NAIL TRIMMINGS ON TUESDAY
