Hugo at the Dog Supplies Sahara store is absolutely the most amazing customer care associate I have ever met. I've been a customer for a couple of yrs. now and he has always given me the Best In Class customer care!! Not only does he give the customer a 5 Star experience, he recognizes your voice when you call the store, he immediately knows you when you enter the store, and it's so amazing to discover he actually remembers your pup's name. That is absolutely Extraordinary and Excellent!! Customers like that! "Wow"! That's impressive!! Who gives Customer Care like that??? I can tell you from experience that Hugo does and he does it amazingly Well!! Great job Hugo! You are second to None!! You're the Best and you put a lot of others to shame in your profession!! I hope you receive a Super Big Fat Salary Increase. Two thumbs up!!

I’ve been coming to Dog Supply Outlet for years and absolutely will not go anywhere else for my dog food/supplies!! I’m constantly referring people and they’re always happy I did. They carry natural products, price match, are so friendly and helpful, and even better they give you $$ back on all your purchases! It adds up fast..I love all the employees because they’re always so friendly and upbeat, always care about you and your animal, and make you feel like you’re their only customer. I try not to have favorites but I truly adore Angela.. I’ve known her for years and she helped me rescue a sweet little pit bull puppy from my neglectful neighbors once. She’s been special to me ever since ❤️

I am so happy to have come across this dog store! I’m all for local shops so if anyone can relate this is the place for your fur babes! They offer a free dog wash station where you can bring your pup and bathe them, and they also always have free little goodies (stickers, samples of dog food, etc.) The employees are so sweet and knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable compared to a chain dog store. I was struggling to find senior dog food and they had a huge variety!

Our pup, Patches, loves going shopping here. They love on her as soon as we walk in. Everyone is so friendly & helpful. We don't even bother with the big stores anymore. If you have a pet, you DEFINITELY need to check this place out. Tell them Patches sent you. 😀

Truly appreciate this store and everything it has for our Cane Corso. Manager and girls up front are super sweet. Wish the inflation would go down a bit so the toys and food could be cheaper. (Even for DISCOUNT, it’s about $30 for a small bag of the Fromm Gold large breed, but I understand that’s also a good brand. It used to be about $23.00) Maybe reduced price next year?

Smaller than my normal store in Hendo but they have all the things!Their reward program is valley wide so if I shop at any location my points ad up.I LOVE to support small businesses and not big box stores.Bring a picture of your four legged family member and they will put it on the wall.

This is THE pet store to go to for dog and cat products in the Spring Valley/ Summerlin area. Dogs Supplies Outlet has friendly and very knowledgeable staff. They carry a wide variety of foods including alternatives such as Raw and freeze dried products. Dog Supplies also has a loyalty program for returning customers that offers reward points for discounts. We will continue to shop here as long as we live in the area.

Always a great place to buy our doggy toys and bones. Some of the items are a bit pricey, but we appreciate the ability to shop locally and bring the pups, so it's worth it.

All the staff here are super nice & informative. My poor puppy got motion sickness on the way to the store and threw up. God I felt so bad. But the guy working there didn’t mind at all. This place has a great selection in nutritional snack and food I love it! I will definitely be a regular here!

Smaller than the one off Rainbow but that’s ok! I knew I love coming here but recently when I go to other dog stores I’ve gained a higher appreciation for this place. Everyone’s so nice here and I save money each time. You get money back every time you spend $50 I believe and also you get one free bag of food when you buy 10 bags. Plus I found my other 2 dogs Halloween costumes here ! Also they have a free Self dog wash which is helpful for ppl that don’t have space to wash their dogs at home!

The best deals on pet supplies.. it’s like Costco for pets. Definitely recommend. It’s an amazing place and the staff are extremely passionate and knowledgeable about products and pets. I spent less than 20$ on 5 items which include a portable rubber bowl for my baby yorkiepoo 2 toys and an organic bag of treats.

As always the best prices in town and I feel around the internet as well they have the best deals and a rewards program. My dogs @zeus_hera_duo they eat the Taste of the wild red bag and it’s the best price that I was able to find on every platform. My heart is happy just walking into this store! It is doggie paradise with every toy imaginable. I love that it is a locally owned business. You can feel the love that all employees have as soon as you are greeted. They will go above and beyond to answer questions and find the perfect product for your pooch. I called this place as I was looking for information on the best training tools for training my puppy that does not heal at all. One of the gentlemen there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.He allowed me to try out the slip collar and even gave us a few treats to try it out with our pup I store. All of the staff is super friendly. The pricing is also amazing! Will definetly be my go to store for my puppy!
