We tried Desert Pet Spa today and the staff were amazing! They took good care of my Beast and said he was a good boy and playing with the other dogs. If you’re looking for a groomer for your dog(s), I highly recommend them. They do a fantastic job and I can tell how much they care. Thanks Desert Pet Spa! 🙏❤️🐶

I took my cat Wednesday here a couple days ago for a bath and lion cut. She's getting older and doesn't groom herself as well, she had knots under her legs. They took very good care of my girl and she was in and out quickly! Very happy to find this place.

I’ve been few times to this salon. Groomers are nice and my dogIs happy. 4 stars only because they forgot to cut the 2 dewclaw nails and I had to go back after I noticed it. Also, they don’t clean ears very well ( their salon policy) and I have to finish them at home.

Today I went to Desert Pet Spa for the first time. They have recently opened. I am Japanese and heard that the owner is Japanese, so I decided to give it a try. The owner has been grooming as a business owner for many years.When I picked up my dogs, they were in excellent spirits, so I knew they were treated with kind & loving care.There is a large window and walkway on the side of the salon which allowed me to see my doggies being groomed. I would recommend this new spa 100%.

Today was my second experience at Desert Pet Spa with my Morkie and both times have been great. Another salon I went to made my dog very choppy, but not here! He looks handsome and well groomed each time. They also don't kennel the dogs but let them play and play with them. They really like what they do and enjoy the dogs.Everyone is very friendly and I enjoyed speaking with the owners today. Very kind and good to my dog (and kind to my kiddos too). Just had the absolute interaction with someone who answered the phone! I have been coming to this groomers for over a year now. I called to explain to the lady on the phone that my dog had a tick when she came home from the groomers, I never said it was their fault I only said the groomers should be more aware as they could have noticed it while grooming or bathing her.The lady on the phone said well we are not vets and that’s on you! She then proceeded to hang up on me. I am absolutely appalled at this level of customer service!! I willNot be bringing my dog back here! Please be aware when bringing your fur babies here.

This is the best dog groomer around. They take such good care of our three dogs, are so pleasant to speak with, and our dogs are always excited to go back!!! (Who would’ve thought?!) The pricing is extremely reasonable as well. I 1000% recommend you try them out!

Chuck really goes out of his way to make my baby feel as comfortable as possible whenever I take him there. He suffers from separation anxiety so it means the world to both of us that they treat us so well. He always comes back so happy and handsome. Like they washed him the whole way through with love!

Desert pet spa is the best groomer in town for your dogs and cats. Ms. Kay is amazing at what she does and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Desert Pet Spa for your fur baby’s. I explained to Ms. Kay that my previous groomer I had at another place was not a good experience for my baby. I’m so happy that I have Ms. Kay as my new groomer and I know she will make this a great experience for my dog every time she goes there. I know she will be treated with care and compassion. She did an amazing job on her groom and she also sent me these adorable pictures of her. Thank you so much!!!!!

Love this place. I have a very long hair ragdoll cat and they always leave him looking nice without any strong products smell. My cat is always calm and relax when I pick him up and that’s the main reason I keep bringing him here. All the personnel is very friendly, attentive and caring. Definitely

I brought in my furry baby coco (Pomeranian mix) today and I was so pleased with how well they groomed her, she was returned super fluffy and soft like a teddy bear. The pet Photo Booth is a nice touch also, I received 3 pictures with fall themed background. I’m thinking I’ll bring my cat next since the groomer is also specialized with feline friends.

Second time I’ve taken my dog and both times I have been they have treated my pup with love and he comes back sooooo soft! I’m glad my wife found these groomers. Best in Vegas!

We’ve been to a few groomers in the area and for the most part have had good experiences. But the things that set Desert Pet Spa apart were:- Their ability to get us in quickly- The time they kept our pup (2 hours compared to our typical experience of 4-5 hrs)- Their affordable prices (when I went they were having a 20 percent off sale)Some of these might be because they just opened but… All the employees were friendly and loved our dog. The trim was great and there were no nicks or anything on our pup. Nothing but positive things to say. We will definitely be back!

First time here and so happy and my Penny is happy too! I wish I got the name of the girl who groomed her but I have found my new regular groomer, she did such a fantastic job cause I know my dog can be a wiggle butt. Requested an appointment online and they called me back later that after noon to set up a day which was only a few days out from my initial inquiry. Thank you so much!Update, Groomer was Emi:)

this is our favorite pet spa! they handled my small senior dog with such care and did a very good and thorough job of grooming him. other places in the past would return him to us with cuts and nicks on him but cooper returns to us in even better shape than we left him! we went to desert pet spa when they first opened a while ago and we accidentally left cooper’s shirt behind. when i went to pick him up today, they actually returned his shirt to us! i was very surprised since it’s been there with them for months, and i really appreciate how they kept it in case we came back. thank you so much for taking such good care of cooper, we will definitely be back again!ありがとうございました！お疲れ様！

Desert Pet Spa took AMAZING care grooming my Malamute (Big Dog). She hadn't been groomed in over a year (Due to Horrible experience with last groomer). She was the happiest girl coming out of there & the staff was the sweetest to her & myself. She was silky smooth & comfortable again. We cant wait for our next Pampering appointment with Desert Pet Spa! Nothing but amazing things to say.

*Update! We just had our second appointment here and I just love this place! I am so happy I found this gem. Fun fact, they take the cutest pictures of all their grooms. They sent us 3 of our little guy and we were so surprised! Thank you for taking the time to capture those sweet shots *I just loved our first experience here. This is the second time we got our two dogs (Toy-Poodles) groomed. I had tried several different groomers, and I am convinced I no longer need to look for another groomer, because Desert Pet Spa meets every single expectation.Their priority to pets' safety is most appreciated. Our dogs are pretty sensitive to new places but they seem to be calm and relaxed at this Spa. They observe each dog well enough so that they can do the best treatment for them.I have made an appointment for our third visit.

Took my 5 month old Pyredoodle puppy for his first grooming today. He was anxious when we arrived but the staff did a great job putting him at ease. It took just a bit over 2 hours and he looks wonderful. I will definitely be bringing him back for future grooming!Love that you can see in through the side windows as dogs are groomed. That felt really reassuring!

Rainy Day loves Desert Pet Spa. At her prior groomer, she use to put her head down and try to sneak out with us . At Desert Pet Spa, she tries to push the door open to get inside! She loves going and is excited to see them. The grooming is beautiful and she comes home with no scratching or licking or other discomforts. We have had dogs for 50 years and had grooming done in California, Oregon and Washington. Desert Pet Spa has been the best experience of all and when we pick her up, we have such a happy and beautiful dog. Thank you Desert Pet Spa!

The Desert Pet Spa is great. The staff is friendly but must important is their quality of dog grooming. We have gone to several other pet groomers in the past and by far this place is the best. My dogs come out perfect every time.

I visited Desert Pet Spa today for the first time. Both the owner, Stuart, and head groomer, Kaori, were there. It was immediately apparent that they loved animals and that Kaori was a very skilled and experienced groomer, They were gentle with my small dog and took excellent care of him. The shop was new, bright and immaculately clean. My dog left happy and looking great. I will definitely return. I highly recommend Desert Pet Spa.
