I adopted to puppies here in July. The experience was very professional yet easy going. The puppies are breed and were expensive, however, they seem to monitor their health very closely and warranties are provided for any sudden health issues within the first to second years of life. As a first sign puppy owner. The process was very straightforward and informative, and I felt quite confident when leaving the shop with like 2 new family members.

The staff that assisted us during the adoption process were very kind and we adore our newest addition to the family. Except, I have two major concerns over the process and overall quality of puppies being sold. Especially considering the high prices the animals are being sold for. First, is their policy for not covering claims for giardia. They did make it very clear that is would not be covered, claiming it is a very common condition due to difficulty preventing transmission. But they were insistent on having the new puppies feces tested as soon as possible. Long story short, our new puppy did in fact test positive and had to be treated, also including our animals that had been exposed to the puppy in the 2 day time frame. If this infection is spreading within their animal population it would prudent to be testing these animals and treating prior to the adoption process. Second, we had went through the entire adoption process, including signing the contract before they disclosed our new puppy had a non reducible umbilical hernia. This is something that should be disclosed beforehand in my opinion. Unfortunately, I would not recommend purchasing through this pet supplier in the future.

I recently visited Cedar Petshop and I had an amazing experience! I fell in love with an adorable Maltese puppy and decided to bring him home. The staff (Izabella) was knowledgeable and friendly, answering all my questions about caring for my new furry friend. The shop was clean and well-organized, and it was clear that the puppies were well-cared for. I am so happy with my new addition and would highly recommend Cedar Petshop to anyone looking for a new furry family member!

After visiting the St. george location my wife and I had no idea this was in Vegas and down the street from us. We did a bunch of research and decided on a mini schnauzer. I came in and was promptly helped. They had many puppies and animals; to include fish,that were all healthy. Fell in love with my baby boy and went ahead and used the financing feature due to its low interest with 0 down. My puppy is happy and healthy. This was a great decision for my family and a great place to get a new baby or supplies. We will be back in for supplies. Thank you again for our furbaby.

Our experience with this store was great they were super helpful and answered my questions and texts all along. The process helped us find the right dog and the facilities are really nice. They have a great selection of dogs and are well taken care of.we got a very good price on our Shiba Inu puppy and love him so much. So happy to have finally found one.

I got a west highland Terrier and it was the best decision. There was some issues with the credit and processing but staff was helpful and I was able to get my baby home. Thank you Bre and the other team members.

All I wanted were pond plants and everyone was so rude until we got here. Everyone is super involved and so knowledgeable. We asked way too many questions and they were all so welcomed! I don't think I have ever met such a happy, knowledgeable and sweet staff in any place. We are making th drive back to add to our pond just because how much I loved this place so much and needed a reason to come back.

Hi 👋🏻 I came in today to purchase a yellow belly turtle for My Son. I got All Of The Supplies . Home , food , water conditioner , heating lamp, etc . I came home and realized the lamp doesn't work out with the habitat we chose . I called the store today ( the same day of purchase ) to inquire about getting a refund for the lamp & they dont do refunds or exchanges . Now i am stuck with a lamp that wont be used at all I wish they would have told me at the checkout register ( No Refunds No exchanges )* my husband wasn't given a Receipt either 😒 I am very disappointed that they didn't provide me with a solution at all .

Went in to look for an English Bulldog. Only one they had was in Salt Lake City. Working with Isabella we secured “Sebastian” and had him brought him to Vegas. Easy seamless process. Would recommend for sure!

As soon as we walked into the pet shop Isabella greeted us and she asked if we were looking for a specific breed of dog. We weren’t sure what we wanted besides having a small dog that stayed small. She asked if she could walk us through all the small dogs that they had available and talk about them in more detail. We agreed, we played with 2 puppies and ended up leaving with one! The best customer service, answered all our questions even shared info that we didn’t know to ask! I would recommend this pet shop to everyone
