This store broke my heart. All the birds looked poorly kept and sickly. Many were plucking and most cages had at least 1 bloody perch and were filthy. One cage was crammed full of extremely sick looking finches and a quick check of their other reviews shows a history of sick birds leaving their care.My wife couldn't even stand being inside because the conditions were just that horrible.They also had a toucan for sale which is just downright irresponsible. Toucans are basically always re-homed and are notoriously difficult to care for properly. They shouldn't just have one available to the first person to enter in search of a colorful bird.

This is a wonderful place the birds are well taken care of and are very nice they have numerous to choose from from a newborn to son that are ready to breed I highly recommend this place thank you very much.

Look I never put any bad reviews. But here I bought a pineapple conure 4 days ago from 12-18-23. It died. We cleaned its cage everyday got it best food and he just died middle night. That shouldn’t happen to young bird that happy playing during that day.

Depending on who you are, you may or may not like this place for birds. If you are a super casual person who knows nothing about birds but always wanted one, but not spend a lot of money on this venture, then this is the place for you. The birds are untamed, cheap, and not in the best environment or health. The prices reflect this and you get what you pay for.If you are a current bird owner and a veteran of the hobby, one visit here and you would know what I mean and you would never dare purchase from here.I feel bad for the birds here.

What a great place. They helped us go from beginners to ready to buy, and we did. Our new bord Paulie is home and doing great thanks to the great staff who are extremely knowledgeable and very hands on friendly. A great place to look, educate, and buy!Thank you Belinda!!!

Recently bought a baby Sun Conure here, he is still being weaned but the place is awesome. The birds are well cared for and have a good variety of birds as well. Knowledgeable staff.

They have a ton of beautiful birds here and the staff is friendly enough. They just let you do your thing and look around. There are no prices listed on the birds, so I'm guessing you have to inquire about each one. The animals seem like they are treated well. The cages are a little small so hopefully they have a quick turn over for their forever homes. A medium selection of toys and a smaller array of food/treats that seemed reasonably priced.

Waste of my time. They post their hours however I showed up at 2:30pm and the store was closed. Thanks for wasting my gas and money.Update the Google page I literally check before leaving my house. I have a screenshot showing it saying open until 5pm today. And then when I was there they don’t even have their hours of operations on the door so seems they have a history of being unreliable.

After 2 parrots and 3 cages, this man has lost my business with the latest money hungry extortion scam he pulled. We put 350 dollars down on a macaw and cage on 10/18, 5 days later we decided to adopt a different macaw from a Breeder that was a better fit. We went to bolero to then just purchase a cage and provide him our business after this change of heart. Owner simply stated he can’t use the 350 as credit towards the cage. I was in shock after spending nearly $8000 over the past few weeks at this store. Not to mention with previous cages we purchased we had to disassemble these ourselves in the showroom and even go back home for tools to do so. Also was charged a 5 dollar charge for a nail clipping fee and another 5 for clipping wings when adopting a $3000 African grey. Save yourself from this man who plays crooked business… there are other places you can go in Vegas with more ethical practices. A better business practice would be to maintain clients by providing fair and good customer service, meeting both the customer and owners needs, rather he is all about profit. The reason 2 stars is because cages are good!

Had a very long drive to get here, only to find out it was closed at 2 pm. (not to mention it was my second time driving to this place, not open.) But fortunately there is another store about 10-15 minutes away from this place who is always open even on holiday and gave us a very good deal on Amazon parrot.

Has a good selection of birds and you can also find some hand tamed ones, the prices are also very fair compared to other pet shops. The store and cages are also kept clean, with the birds in healthy conditions!

Linda gave excellent customer service to my family and I as we were first time bird owners. We ended up leaving with two beautiful finches, I gave three stars because there was no notice that the birds had broken legs. One of the legs fell off an now my daughter wants nothing to do with them cause she's traumatized. If advise if you want to buy a bird make sure you spend some time observating it's actions before taking it home as there's no return policy.

Don't be surprised if your bird is sick like some other reviews mentioned. Honestly, the lady working there was pretty nice but it is so dusty and crowded in there. Cages should be cleaned daily if you have that many birds in a tiny store. I read that someone got their new bird's wings cut there too. They should know NOT to do that. If your bird were to fly away, it wouldn't survive because it wouldn't be able to get away from a predator easily(bc of the cut wings). It seems like they don't know how to properly take care of their birds. The cages are wayy too small for each Bird and the place is dirty and dusty. If you buy from them , do it because you want to rescue the poor bird from that small and enclosed space. I wish I could say good things about this place, but this is no environment for a parrot . Please inform yourself when buying a bird. They each have personalities and deserve a good home .

Bought a $3000 Rose Breasted Cockatoo. Next day took it to the Vet and it had pneumonia, which resulted in a $1000 vet bill since it was a baby. Went back to the pet store to request to be reimbursed for the vet fee since I had the bird less than 12 hours since the diagnosis. The owner said the best he could do was $400 in store credit. I asked for the vet bill in total to be applied to in store credit, to which the owner said $400 is the best he could do. They do not take good care of the birds or customers and I don't want anyone else to have the same experience I had!

The owner (he called himself the owner, not sure if this was true) seemed nice at first. Offered an owner's discount. But when I was looking at the birds, they all seemed super twitchy and scared. The owner then asked if I wanted to see a conure, and I said sure. He opened the cage and just grabbed the bird with very little regard. It was very forceful. Maybe that's why the birds are scared. He kept insisting I hold the other birds and he tried to grab for them but I told him no thank you. We left.

I really liked this petshop. The birds are in a clean safe environment. The owners take care of their birds. They are very legit. If you need to Zelle them money it's safe. They do take payments on their birds. I just got me an African Grey, and I am very happy with her. I recommend this spot to anyone looking for exotic birds.

Not recommended the store to anyone, I wish I can put no star for this store, it deserves non. So I did purchase parrot from that store few days ago, then I drove 5 hours to pick it up , also was Pricey, however we took it home then the parrot seems really quite and not active, so we take it home , the same night the parrot was not look alright, so we made an appointment with vet to get it check it out , then we found that the parrot was really sick have infection in lungs, also doctor told us to run lab , cause the parrot might have virus can transfer to human, we are still waiting the lab results. so the day after that the parrot was dead. We were really sad , then when we called the store , we called the store and they told us that they are going to call the owner and call us back , but they never did, the owner never even care how is that happened, and he told the front desk lady that he is not responsible after we walk out his store. This is not acceptable any store that they sure that they followed the right steps and they are sure that their parrot are healthy, not going to worry. But the store they are not.

Great place to buy birds. They have a large amount of different types of birds. Overall liked the place customer service was okay though I would understand the pressure the employee had that day since it was a but busy that day.

Very helpful! We just rescued a 6 month old baby Indian ringneck parrot. The previous owner had died. In the animal shelter with going to euthanize it. So my wife and I took it in, not knowing anything about this bird.I went to Jane's Birds for some clues on food, and behavior. And was greeted by a very helpful young lady that was very knowledgeable about Indian ringnecks. And I left feeling confident and excited about a new life journey with a beautiful bird. I will be going back to the store, and I definitely recommend Jane's Birds to anyone!
