It's a small boutique type pet store. It has a decent variety of food, but collars and harnesses is a smaller selection. I did not like that lots of more than half the selection of food did not have visible price tags. However they seem to have a good choice of specialty dog treats that have very reasonable labeled prices. They offer grooming as well.

Reading the previous review, it's clear to me that this business doesn't put their customers first. We took the time to show a previous picture of our dog, letting the groomer know exactly how we wanted his face/head groomed. The one thing we told the groomer (Anthony) was do NOT shave our dog. Didn't get a call before they shaved him completely. And then when we asked the store manager about it, she had the nerve to tell me that his back paws were matted and that was their justification for shaving the rest of his body, including his head. Ridiculous!! They just do what they want here. And on top of that, charged $25 more than we've ever paid, because he was "matted". When we talked to the manager (who talked to the owner) about it to see if there was something she would do to try to make things right, she was completely unwilling. We didn't ask for a full refund, just something!Do yourself a favor, go someplace else!I've added a picture of how he looked when he went in, what we asked for and what we got. Inexcusable.

Came here for the good reviews but left speechless my emotions where everywhere.. its like there is nothing else to do other than man/woman up, they shave my puppy fur hair ALL OF IT, his hair head is uneven, just looks bad, why would a groomer do that to a furry little guy ITS TRAUMATIZING FOR US PET PARENTS! I specifically said how I wanted his hair and showed pictures!! I'm just sad. 1 star for good costumer service. I'll post pictures..

Great first experience! They are so sweet to my dog and this was her first time going to a groomers! They were very caring and conscientious! Picked my pup up a couple hours later and she has a new-do and a bow in her hair! BONUS they give a yummy homemade peanut butter treat too👍 definitely will be returning.

The turn over in groomers seems to be consistent. I have had my appointment cancelled the day of, upon arrival, three times after confirming the day before and scheduling weeks in advance. The third time this happened, I was offered $5.00 off my next appointment, but I do not plan to return. I asked that the owner call me to go over my concerns to, hopefully, make things right and I never heard back. The receptionists and groomers are usually nice, but the owner doesn’t seem to care about customer service or handling ongoing issues.

I have taken my miniature poodle to Bogart’s many times for grooming. It is a calm place with just the right amount of dogs. The stylists are very kind, caring with a calming influence. My poodle always looks gorgeous when I pick her up. They also do a very effective shed eliminating groom for my chihuahua / Pomeranian mix dog.

We took our dog Chewie for grooming at BBA yesterday, 5/31. My wife spent 15 minutes explaining and showing pictures to Lexi of the specific 3/4 cut we wanted for our dog. When Chewie was picked up, not only was he completely shaved, the little hair that was left on top of his head was uneven, and the hair around his mouth that was left long converted his facial look from a Doodle to a Schnauzer. Lexi and BBA took no responsibility for the disaster and instead offered us a $10 credit on a $85 cut and offered to “even him out” with Lexi ONLY, the same technician that traumatized us and Chewie! NO THANK YOU!

I buy all my dog food here and as a frequent customer receive a free bag of food along with discounts on treats. I also love the self-serve dog wash tubs, they are elevated so there is no bending over, shampoo, conditioner, towels, andbbrushes are provided.

I am only giving 5 stars because more are not available. Jerika (I hope I am spelling your name correctly)- groomer, and the front desk person and another Lady, went beyond call of duty to make sure our dog 🐕 was ok. We have a girl dog and she wasn't doing so well. I will not describe the whole situation in detail, but here is what the Ladies did. They called us to give us details and making sure she is ok, because during grooming our dog was acting like she was in pain. We came right away and they described the situation and asked if we want to comfort her and hold her while she will finish her grooming. What a loving, caring people. Sure, all of us want our dogs to be clean and look good, but I appreciate MORE that my fur-baby is treated well and someone is concern about her well being First and Foremost! I appreciate your patience and care Dear Ladies!Thank you 🙏

We had a standing appointment this morning 6/26 at 9 am.Arrived on time.When they finally Open the door and let my husband in, he was told that the groomer Melissa was not there today she was out sick. They never made a phone call to let us know about this. The owner said we could go to the Tropicana location which is way too far, we usually take our dog to the same groomer every time. This is unacceptable the staff at this place needs more training on how to handle a situation like this. The owner should’ve called, if staff could not have, or if the Groomer that was not there could not. there is no excuse for this type of behavior. I run my business on an appointment schedule, if I treatedMy clients like this I would NOT have anbusiness.Think twice about making an appointment at this location

Really liked this place. Have shopped here for a few years. Our last visit, however, was so disappointing and upsetting. I had received a gift card and used part of it a while ago. I presented it to the cashier who was a young man. He looked in his computer and told me there was nothing left on the card. That was not true. I specifically remember using part of it and returning it to my wallet. I will shop in Bogart's, but never at this location again. Beware of purchasing gift cards here.

I had a traumatizing experience with groomer Lexi on 3/10.. She cut off all of my dogs hair even after I showed her pictures of what i wanted. She called me during the grooming and i said i would pick up my dog if she couldnt do it and she said his cut would be fine. When i picked him up he was completely shaved. I was never offered reimbursement after paying 85.00 for the cut. He has some log hairs hanging in odd places. He was acting very unhappy for days after the grooming and a cut on his neck, which is now a scab. So disappointing and scary.

I’ve been taking our two golden retrievers to them for over 5 years. I’ve tried other groomers when we couldn’t get them in. I can honestly say, they are the best and they treat our dogs so well. Thank you.

Very friendly staff. They made me and my dog feel very comfortable and at ease. He has had bad experiences at groomers, so I was very hesitant on taking him here. Lily did an amazing job!!!! Dilly was happy and excited and we will definitely be going back!!! Very reasonably priced as well!!!!

I was unhappy with my previous groomer so I took my senior baby here. Lexi listened to me when I described how I wanted Bella cut and she did a wonderful job! Everyone there was so nice! Thank you all from myself and Bella! She looks amazing and she was well taken care of!

The prices are pretty good here on dog food..bones and toys a little high but their ability to keep the foods selection is lacking. More specificlaly..they carry the dog food we purchase our 3 dogs but they are almost always out of the dog food we get anymore. I guess the demand for it went up but the supply order did not. However, their customer service makes up for that and kept me from switching back to chewy. It important to contribute to local businesses and this is a good one with friendly and helpful employees. They always go above and beyond to assist you and I would recommend patronizing this business. I also like their reward type program that when you buy so many bags of the same dog food..you get one free. I just hope they have plans for the new year to reevaluate their dog food orders to keep several of each of the more popular ones in stock rather than one or 2 of each.

We purchased a $40.00 harness without my dog being present to try it on and found it did not fit. The harness was returned within a day (and is still there) with all original manufacturer tags still attached. We were told there were no refunds on merchandise except for pet food, but the sales person would speak to the owner (Rachael) and have her call us...this was Sunday as of Wednesday night we still had not received a call. I called Thursday morning to talk to the owner Rachel; Debbie the sales person said she spoke to Rachel and unfortunately she would not refund or exchange this $40.00 harness (the harness is still there) I asked where I could reach Rachael and was told she was at the Tropicana location; I called this location and "of course" Rachael was not available. When we purchased this harness no one stated absolutely no returns/exchanges on merchandise and I cannot believe that business owner Rachael cannot even call her customers to explain her policies. We have purchased various items for our 2 dogs as well as pet food...I will never support this business again and shame on you Rachel for not even having the courtesy to call your customers back. Keep the harness and I'm sure you will resell it!

Lexi did a beyond amazing job with my collie golden mix. I have had a previous experience that was not so good with having my dog completely shaved- which makes a long hair dog hotter. Lexi knew exactly how to groom a long haired pup, clipped her nails without me asking and took care of her infected ear. I highly recommend her! Thank You Again!

Just a little note to let everyone know howWonderful Milissa at the town center store is. She is one and I mean one of the few bathers my little Charlie loves. I love this place the bakery is the best and all the selection for our fur babies from blinged out collars to sweaters and healthy food. Great service and fair pricing. My weekly trip is always f7n.
