A Pawsitively Fantastic Experience!Irecently had the pleasure of visiting Bogart’s and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As a dog owner, finding a reliable groomer and a store with quality dog-related items is crucial, and this place exceeded all my expectations.Firstly, the grooming services were top-notch. The staff was not only skilled but also very attentive to my dog's needs. They listened carefully to my instructions and delivered exactly what I wanted, leaving my furry friend looking and feeling fantastic.Moreover, the store itself was a paradise for dog lovers. They had everything imaginable, from premium dog food and treats to stylish collars, toys, and grooming accessories. The variety and quality of products were impressive, and it was evident that they curated their inventory with care.What sets this place apart is the personalized touch and genuine love for dogs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure both me and my dog felt welcomed and valued. Can I give them 10 stars??? The receptionist is such a sweet soul, gentle with the pet and the owner! my Dog can be in better hands, the groomer came out to get it and Diego just followed him so happy! 10 stars for this great place

We’ve been coming here for years off and on for grooming, food, and self wash but after today we won’t be back. I just paid $20 to bathe my own dog and I couldn’t even do it properly. There was zero water pressure. There was no shampoo for the face or any tear free shampoo. There were no aprons, so free baths for humans too. Let’s move on to drying my dog. The first dryer the nozzle kept flying off while I was drying him, I waited 10 minutes for help with that. The second dryer and third dryer didn’t have the strength of my own blow dryer so they were useless. The staff didn’t care, had zero desire to find a solution, and there was little said except oh well sorry. I did the best I could with towels. I left with a soaking wet standard poodle in 40 degree weather.I could have had a better outcome at home and would have done that but because my dog is having some mobility issues I thought a larger space and my ability to move around him was best. They didn’t even give me the proper neck hold for a large breed dog.I don’t know if staffing changed but I never seen such apathy here. I don’t leave negative reviews, but save your money, at least on the self wash.

Hands down the kindest people, matches with unbeatable prices (literally unbelievable I asked the cashier if she rang everything up) they have everything, baked in-store dog pizza, cookies, free cake samples which my picky dog loved!This company is well educated, has a big heart, and has the best interest for your pup. Definitely come by and visit you won't be disappointed. -dog and human approved

This is the cutest, most efficient dog shop I’ve been to because they have everything you can think that your dog would need. The store was very well organized though it can be a little overwhelming since there’s so much product to look at. They also offer grooming but we love the bakery the most. The gentleman was kind enough to share the ingredients made with the dog pizza. Coco my shih tzu truly love it. We definitely would come back here for dog food and treats. Maybe ask more information about the dog hair care products.

They cut my his skin around his private parts, I complained to them and they told me that he made those cuts with his tongue. The owner is very rude and does not know how to treat her clients, they tell you one price and when you go to pick up your pet it is another, be very careful and ask how much it will cost before the service. I do not recommend this store

Vast variety of snacks, treats, kibble, toys, etc that you won't typically find in any chain pet store. It smells of freshly baked peanut butter cookies. They make birthday cakes! You must order cakes at least two days in advance. We just got a birthday cookie and some mini cookies. Friendly service. Definitely recommend.

Love this place. I usually only leave comments when I dislike or business but this place is absolutely awesome everyone should know about it. The self grooming thing they have is the best invention ever! The price is awesome . And the employees are all so helpful. I wish I could give more then 5 because they deserve it!

Very bad experience I would not come here again for grooming they did a very bad haircut for my dog and they even cut his skin he was bleeding a lot and they told me all the grooming have 12 years experience but that’s I don’t think so they have that’s much of experience and they don’t know how handle dogs hair. And they refused to give me a refund as well I don’t recommend that place at all don’t waste your dog life

If you live in the Vegas area and have a pet this is a must visit store they have a couple of locations. The staff is amazing super friendly and knowledgeable about the fresh baked goods they make for your pet. I can’t say how excited my pup was for his cake and the little hat to top it off.The lady also made the day by giving me 4 extra dog treats. Will definitely be stopping by again when in Vegas. A++ Thanks again.

So while I have been happy with the knowledge & customer service in person while in the store, their phone customer service leaves little to be desired. Also it for the premium one turns out that they really don’t have a generous return policy on anything consumable, it’s only 10 days with receipt😪 I had an item for 3 weeks and while I know a receipt is important I didn’t have it, however it’s THEIR store price sticker on the $25 package. All they needed to do was give me a store credit or exchange for the product my pup likes, I was not asking for money back! I know for a fact they would have sent this package back to the distributor and received a credit back, so no money lost for them, yet I am now out $25!!!! They have just lost a customer and referrals from me! When talking to another non chain pet store in town they said they’ve heard the same complaint about Bogarts time and again…..so I guess buyer beware and make sure you cram anything new down your pet within 10 days…..Very unhappy & disappointed! I won’t be back for my pups annual birthday cake any more either!

Water TOO COLD! Dog was shaking from the cold water. Then tried to blow dry to warm him up and all it did was blow CLOD AIR! WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR COME BACK.

Horrible experience with the groomers! My dog had a few mats in his hair but the groomer said she didn’t have time to brush it out because they are behind schedule and to make it easier she was gonna just shave him off! It was his first time going and I understand she didn’t want to “hurt” him but how hard was she gonna do it? He’s a mini golden poodle!!! Extremely disappointed when we’ve had this appointment scheduled is wasn’t anything last minute! Do you need to be a regular for them to go above and beyond as I read in other reviews. How unprofessional!

Completely unsatisfied with the dog grooming service here. Went in today and was suppose to get a "tame and tidy" which consists of a bath, nail trim, and a quick groom around the personal areas as well as the face.The total was 55$...not cheap by any meansThe staff was more concerned about how I was going to pay than actually performing the service I requested.This was the 2nd time I have been in since my original groomer had left the company and so far I have been very disappointed each time.First time was charged for a full groom even though the groomer had called off for the day...🤔Great dog food...very questionable grooming practices

I loved coming for the homemade treats, but I was lied to about pre-ordering. I am disabled and I can't run out and get treats every week. The man spoke over all the women and told me that what ever I was told before was now untrue and I could figure out how many I needed and would be of no help to me. I'm disabled and have never been treated so poorly. They aren't worth the drive or money.

I have been going to Bogart's for over 10 years. Always great service. Rachael really loves and cares about all animals. Love her employees. I just used Kat for grooming for the fist time for my poodle . She did the best job I've had anyone do on him in a very long time. Very happy with her. I will be using her for now on.

I brought my Alaskan Husky here for a bath. We did the self service wash and it was awesome! They provided everything we needed, he got washed, deodorized and conditioned. Then we used two towels and two brushes. Finished off with the dryer, got him a treat and still got out of there under $15! Then they have him a sample of peanut butter cake and we were on our way! I’ll for sure be back. Plus every 10 washes you do, you get the 11th one for free! Loved it

This place is fantastic! You would be hard pressed to find a better variety of quality pet foods. They also have an in-house bakery. After my 1st visit to this place, it instantly became my go-to spot for my dog(s) food.

Excellent source of pet food and pet supplies here. They have everything you'd need to give your rescues a happy home. Make sure to try out their homemade pet treats. It's Our go to place for Birthday treats and any other reason to buy special items for our dogs.

Perfect spot to do the self-wash and blow dry thing for large, hairy pups! Love that the stations are complete... no need to move from the tub to blow dry. And with the bakery right there, I can get special goodies to reward my "tortured" but clean furries before they drag me out the door and into the car!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Place is nice, clean, well stocked with a variety of pet supplies for dogs and cats. Their prices are very reasonable and not over priced.I am getting a "Happy Birthday " cake for my puppy who is about to turn 1 year old. I am excited to get it.
