100% amazing team to work with. Eli and Juanita are kind and professional. I had asked them for a quote back in June, this job was dependent on others to complete and Juanita was diligent about keeping me updated with upcoming scheduling and office closures (COVID complications - glad the team is back, healthy and strong), the install could not move forward until the end of Sept. They kept my material order on hold and in their warehouse until the jobsite ready. After all that, we needed a last minute change order and Eli went out and bid the extra work. Well, I really don’t know where to start,I have a yard “for storage” and it is not in a good Neighborhood ! “Chain Link” Fence.I come to work on a Monday I see someone has cut the Chainlink to do some UNSUPERVISED Shopping !!I call Eli at A1 Fence and within 30 minutes after the call, my Fence is Fixed!Tuesday we was okWednesday they cut my fence 🤬🤬🤬again, within 30 minutes, my Fence is Fixed. A1 Fence has always taken care of my problem’s even on a Friday 3:00PM, I found a cut in the Fence………They had a Crew there and Fixed my fence so we could leave and have a secure yard for the Weekend !!!I tried to call other Fence Companies and was told ( possibly by next Tuesday or Wednesday we can have a guy come take a look). I called A1 to get a quote for a new backyard gate. I thought I'd need a new one, as the current gate had too big of a space on the side for my dogs to escape, the spring was really tight and caused the gate to slam, and a the gate needed a whole new latching mechanism as I couldn't fit a padlock on it. The gate also had a lot of rust and just looked old.Eli came out to give me an estimate, and informed me that he could refurbish the fence and fix/add everything I needed for a reasonable price if I bought the locks and new handle. He helped me pick out the proper product, and we even decided to mount a lockbox next to the gate for my pool and landscaping guys. Eli's son came out to do the job with one other employee, and they were great. They sanded and repainted, a nice handle, double deadbolt and lockbox were added, and they loosened the spring perfectly along with welding a piece of metal to the part where the dogs escape. They also put up with my crappy jokes. All of this was done in an afternoon, and I am extremely pleased with the result. Thanks Eli and A1!

Needed a fence with gate put in for my dogs. They were quick to come out, give a quote, and had it finished in about 6 hours. Great quality. They were able to install it through the artificial grass, whereas a different company said they couldn't install it because of the artificial grass. They also were able to work around the weird gap created by the retaining wall. Good value, quick, professional. UPDATE: The installation has been completed on Jan 18, 2023. Issues have been resolved, although I had to go over everything and point out things that should have been obvious, like making sure the chainlink was properly stretched and tightened and that it was secured at the bottoms of the dog runs. The employees I dealt with, from the office to the construction people were very nice. It's too bad I had to call and post a bad review to get the job completed.I contacted the company in late July and paid my 1/2 deposit first week of August. Originally they asked about doing the installation in late September, but I had a problem and had to delay to mid October. I have had to continually call to get them to come do work on the project. As of now, December 23, the chainlink for the dog runs is not completely secure, the concrete under the gates is so low below the gates my dogs can wriggle out, only one of the wrought iron gates is installed correctly, and unless I contact them, nothing gets done. I was told 10 days ago this would be completed by Christmas. So I reached out to this company originally back April and had no issue having the owner come out and do a free quote for a small project in my back yard. It was harmless and he came out and did his measurements. He said to give it no more than a couple days for him to draw it up and get the quote for me. That no more than a couple days turned into two weeks. He finally have a quote but that was it. I tried reaching out multiple times from May to mid July to both the owner and their administration. All of my emails to the company and to the owner went unanswered. I called the company and when I was able to get through to their receptionist, she was very nice and telling me to just email her about everything and that she will help facilitate the ongoing one way email tag I was playing but to only get ghosted by her as well.I'm sure this is a good company as to why I was originally choosing to go with them as has so many people. But the sense I get from them is that they only care about big company projects or projects for rich people and not waste their time with us everyday folks.Did not feel like a valued customer and do not appreciate wasting time when I could have been in talks with a company that cares and will get my project done and communicate back with me.Not saying it's a bad company but from my experience: lacks communication, and gives off vibes that they don't value small citizen projects opposed to commercial projects.

Needed a single latch post as well as a striker welded onto the existing gate beside my house. The post needed to be up against the stucco, but not drilled in. These guys were able to take care of me even though it was a small job.. Communication wasn't the best, but it wasn't bad either. I believe I caught them at a busy time..Either way, the post was installed and works perfectly. They even straightened out my gate so it no longer hits the concrete below it. Thank you guys for helping me out. I will definitely be a return customer. The ONLY reason I'm not rating 5 stars, is because of my own experience with the communication.. Keep up the good work fellas.

I called Eli owner of A1 fence and gate repair to get my broken gate repair. he was able to schedule the repair right away and had provided me a very reasonable and good price. he did a thorough repair and painted the gate. I would highly recommend A1 Fence. I worked with Eli on a rail over the length of my back patio and adding a gate to my side yard fence. Him and his crew were friendly and professional. They did a beautiful job on the rail and I love my gate. We had a miscommunication during the project and it was handled quickly and within the quote. Problems come up, but its how you handle them that matters to me. Eli and his crew handled it perfectly.

I called them and set up an appointment for someone to come out to do an estimate. They didn't show up, so I called to see what happened, they told me they would look into it and would call back right away. Waited all day, no call back so I called again. They apologized, and said the owner forgot to call me back but asked if they could reschedule for next day. It's now two hours after our appointment time, nobody has shown up or called to update me. If they can't be bothered to care about their appointments, I can't imagine they take pride in their work.

I have had the pleasure of working with Eli and his crew for a few years. You see, I have a wood fence and with the Vegas winds and rotting posts, the fence occasionally needs the attention of professionals. The crew has replaced broken wooden posts, which is a time consuming chore. This time he used a metal post attached to the old post with lots of cement…it’s not going anywhere!! I had him put in three to reinforce the whole fence and it is extremely sturdy. As always, I am once again pleased that I called on A1 Fence and Eli to solve my problem. They do amazing work and do not leave until all work is completed to the owners’ satisfaction. Eli has also built a short fence that splits the yard to keep my puppies safe and out of the pool area. It turned out really cute and keeps my pups safe. I also enrolled him into building a shade cover for the west end of my pool. I had another company look at it first, and they said no way…Eli said yes! We love the cover and can spend more time in the pool in the summer because of the ample shade Eli and his crew created. I will always call Eli; his work is good, and his prices very competitive. I highly recommend Eli and his crew for any fence issues you may have no matter the type of fence.

I needed my existing RV gate wider, so the crew at A1 Fence removed the existing block walls on both sides of the gate and extended it on both sides to the exact measurements. They did all the welding on site and secured it with metal posts buried in concrete next to my house on the left side and next to the common wall on the right side. They also welded & bolted metal brackets from the metal posts to the bottom of the house foundation and the bottom of the common wall to make the metal posts stronger, so the gates could swing open & close easily without any stress on the left or right gates or posts. They are completely level and they do not droop or sag, closed or open. The metal extensions on both sides matches the existing metal gates perfectly. They also spray painted both sides of the entire gate to conform with my HOA gate requirements. Finally, they removed and hauled away all the downed block wall pieces, rebar, metal, debris, etc., and their clean up was excellent. Two other gate companies I received quotes from would only provide NEW gates and they left it up to me to knock down the block walls and build the anchor system to secure them, plus their quotes were significantly higher. We used my existing gates and simply modIfied them, which saved me a lot of money, time, and frustration! If you want your project to turn out right the first time, at a fair and reasonable price, at the time promised, with knowledgeable and friendly service, do yourself a favor and call A1 Fence... you’ll be glad you did!Service: Custom fabrication
