At this point, Pam, Shiela and co have looked after my pets more than I have. I travel a lot for work and have an international family that I look after, so I am often away for long periods- months! The animals are always well looked after and loved (so much so, I think they resent me when I am home!) and I trust Pam and co to always be trustworthy and reliable- they have become firm fixtures of our household! I am so grateful for them. They have often alerted me to issues in my home when I travel.I truly don't know what I would do without them.Pro tip: Shiela takes incredible (!) pics of the cats for service reports.. I always look forward to them. The daily email is a highlight of my day....

I love this company!! I have been using Pam's services for over a year now. We first hired her when we were new to Las Vegas and didn't know anyone in town. My BFF in my former town used to watch my cats whenever we went away before, so I was nervous to leave them alone and have a stranger come to take care of them.But the introductory meeting with Pam was great and I felt so at ease: she had a whole sheet that she noted all of our preferences and needs for visits. We have used her services quite a few times, and whether it's Pam or another one of her colleagues, we always know our cats are well-cared for. And also: one of my cats is pretty difficult to deal with sometimes, and Pam even gets her to play! It's a miracle! :DAnd I'm gonna be honest here, we've actually learned to play with our cats more because of the visits Pam has done. She always brings toys with her, and sends pictures and videos of the cats playing when she visits...so I actually started to feel a little jealous and guilty...so I have been keeping up on playing with them more, all thanks to Pam! :DTheir availability is fantastic too, I always know if I have to go away, or I forget to ask early, they are on top of it and have always been available! I feel so safe knowing that I don't have to worry about the kitties when we're gone. A Purrfurred Pet Care Service is truly top-notch! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone I know.

We moved to the area a little over a year ago and have relied on Pam and her team a number of times. They are punctual, kind to our kitties and very professional! I never worry when we are gone, and our cats seem to love them. They made notes about their favorite toys and make sure to send us the best glamor shots of our cats 😸I highly highly recommend to anyone wanting a reliable pet care service !

I can't express enough how grateful I am for A PurrFurred Pet Care Service. Knowing that my cats are loved and cared for while we are away is very comforting. I love getting daily texts, photos and videos. One of my cats requires daily pills and she can be very difficult at times. PurrFurred Pet Care Service provided loving care to our cats during our trip. The owner, Pam Nickels, does a fantastic consultation to set it all up (asking excellent questions to enable accommodation of events that sometimes happen but you don’t think of generally ahead of time). Our service provider was Darci. She sent us photos of our cats and provided updates on their status. She played with them, pet them, and nurtured them, in addition to feeding and litter box maintenance. She also took care of a pest issue she found. We are very grateful, but are happy to be back with our loved ones.

We are so impressed with the service from A Purrfurred Pet Care Service! A special thanks to Pam & Jane for keeping great communication with us while we were away.My male cat is friendly but can be off-standish when first meeting new people. He came right up to Pam and loved her instantly! She should be called the animal whisperer!We asked for daily morning visits to feed him and change out litter box and they also spent time to play with him, they brought toys and lasers to keep him entertained and they sent us daily photos, videos,and text messages. We're so glad to have found this pet care service who is reliable, communicative, and love pets just as much as the pet owners do!

I would like to thank Pam and Judy for their special care and patience with my furry family. This was the first time I left my little ones at home and was unsure about how they would react with their 2 visits per day. My 8 month old kitty, Glover, and 16 yr old kitty, Squishy, couldn't have loved them more! Lots of petting, brushing and love.... not to mention laser play with Glover that was a joy for me to watch in videos Pam sent me!As for my 8 yr old Chihuahua, Jimmy, he hid under my bed for the first 2 visits. Both Pam and Judy showed so much compassion and patience and Pam immediately called to keep me informed and comforted. We texted after that 2nd visit and I knew he was in trusted hands. On the 3rd visit, Jimmy came around and the rest is history! He loved the time he spent with both Pam and Judy. I received updates, photos and videos each day. I loved seeing my little ones enjoying time with their new friends!If you can't guess it already, I would highly recommend their loving service for anyone in need of a pet sitter. They are consistent, friendly, accommodating, and the piece of mind I get when I can leave my furry prize possession in their hands is worth ten stars. We are so grateful to have Pam, Karla, and Linda taking care of our little kitties when we are away. We have been using them for over 2 1/2 yrs. now. They are there for you whenever you need them. We can count on them always! They have helped us numerous times, when our trips last longer than expected they are there, if there is any problems that arise when we are out of town and are unable to be there ourselves, they will be there for you.
