Hi, i am doing this post because i am like enormous on customer serviceNowadays, it truly matters as it shouldHave always been in trade .I'm seeing a concerning trend in the customer shopping experience with so manyMerchants and / or Franchise's popping up and some people are just so frustrated with life and bring their problems to work with them, but as I was at this store, I encountered TeeShe was so kind ,respectful & dedicatedTo provide a high-quality shopping experience that I just wanted to give feedback to let her know how valuedHer service is and encourage her toKeep up the quality performance she is providing to her customer base

Please check your debit card readers. I have currently had four charges on my card. One was reversed I used my card at the 7-Eleven on nellis and lvb since then I’ve been getting charges on my card just noticed yesterday and canceled all charges on the card. Please be careful their card reader may be hacked.

It seems lately that everytime I go in that store there is NEVER any cups, lids, straws the soda machine the soda is very nasty it tastes like the soda was filtered the slushie machine is hardly to never working also the cheese and chili was empty, the employees always has their music up to loud and talking to one another so instead of talking I know everyone does but what I'm saying while one is just standing there or sitting they could be restocking everything just laziness. The outside of the building is a disaster trash and food all over the place it stinks the building sidewalk whatever needs to be pressure washed.

Best 7/11 Swing shift is amazing Teee and Antonio always welcome me and ask how the day is going never had a problem asking for what I cannot find…. If in back stock they will go get it right away. Always make sure to leave them a tip, well deserved!!! Thank you 7/1

Cashier is unprofessional. I went in to load cash on my card and was told to "Google how to load it" so as instructed I googled it only to find out the cashier's are supposed to do it all along. She was rude and lazy, even suggested I wait 20 minutes for the next employee to clock in to do it. She's not trained enough to do what 711 boast they can do and she needs to work on her customer service skills. It was an inconvenience to have to sit around and wait 20 minutes with a 1 year old while being 5 months pregnant on top of it. She didn't even try to find out how to do it.

This is a Great store! I shop there every day. The staff always greets me with a smile and asks how my day is going. The store is always clean and the shelves are organized and well stocked. if there is something that they are out of and I tell them they make sure it is in stock as soon as possible. i would recommend this store. Omar is the Manager and he is very helpful and makes sure the customer is happy. I can not say enough good things about this location or the staff that works there.

Employees are friendly, and there is always food in the hot case. Bad thing is, they let people with pets in the store. I was waiting for pizza, and a couple walked in with 3 dogs, on leashes and sat to gamble. Then this woman walks in with a stroller that had a cat in it. Several times I've been approached by panhandlers.

I sent my nephew to get a pepperoni pizza for us. An adult, 2 pre teens and 2 children. The large was enough. Each person had 1 slice. After examining the pizza while eating. Some of the pepperoni was so done it could be bacon pepperoni. Looking at the remaining pizza. I was just disgusting. The top look a litte edible. The bottom was just awful. I, nor the pre teens was getting a second slice. It smelled like the pizza had been outside cooking in the heat before removing the wrapper and cooking it. The oven used to cook the pizza in seem to not have been cleaned in years. I removed some crust on the back and it had that burned grill grit to the taste. Like when a hot dog fall in the ashes part of the grill. I saved and it is has that sand taste to it. Sometimes even if I rinse it off. How does those burn remains end up between the dough and bottom of the pizza?

I came in earlier to try and deposit money on my card I asked if they can deposit money on card and the manager said yes and I forgot my card so I come back 30 minutes later and supposedly there machine is down but one of the employees is still using it and the manger is to busy to talk to customers and they don’t answer the phone and it’s just weird to lie to customers about that like it’s apart of your job and this isn’t the first time they’ve done this
