This has to be said dan junior and his father are the best employees. Every time I go there i'm hoping that I get one of them to help me. There's so knowledge about what they sell and how they explain it to me. I always feel dumb when I walk in but after talking to then I always am more confident in my purchase. Wow!! This place is worth the squeeze. Everyone I dealt with was more than friendly and knowledgeable about everything they could possibly help you with. The store is on point. Clean well maintained. The drive thru is a great way to pick up your online order it's quick. The deals are daily and the products they procure are of high quality. The prices aren't as bad as any complaints. If you come to Jackpot from Idaho just chill out and smoke. Plenty of reasons to chill. Don't forget this town has cameras everywhere so stay in Jackpot overnight over the week even. Just don't take it back to idaho. The trip. The crazy quality is amazing. The smoke will easily sit you up and you stand!!!! Give yourself a thrive. Thanks everyone for everything!!

The app is a scam. It falsely advertises better rewards as you spend more and tier up. However the rewards never change. I keep getting stuck with this same bud tender who I can not stand. Dude is really weird. And all the female bud tenders are gone which screams out to me that something inappropriate could be happening with them. I stopped 5 people from shopping here and we now car pool to oregon where you can get way more for way less and the quality is way better.

sat in drive thru for 3 hours for a online order yet everyone outside has gone in and out after us. The manger wouldn't do anything and the lady said that it takes three hours to get thru 8 people in drive thru worst spot and worst management ever

High! We stopped in from Canada to check out Thrive. The experience was quite bizarre being ID'd 3 times. Once at the front desk, once before shopping on a tablet with an employee holding it behind the counter, (the selection seemed minimal, though was grateful there was some options to choose from instead of none), and the third time picking up your order and paying. The third time I had to confirm what year I was born.. Also your name will be on your receipt and your tiny wee purchase comes in a large plastic zip lock bag, with a paper inside with multiple warnings. Kinda nutz, but I guess the industry will evolve and ease up over time, since it's just a plant.🌿👽🛸

I've been to Thrive (Jackpot) twice so far, and each time has been just awesome. I simply tell the budtender what I need, and they recommend a couple of options, helping me choose the best quality cartridges for my needs.I haven't been disappointed yet!

The store is okay as far as cannabis stores goes, but there is much that needs to be improved.1. We shouldn’t have to show ID three times. It’s over kill, especially when you are the only one in the building.2. Pre rolls should all be sealed. Most of their pre rolls are completely unsealed. And some pre roles are rolled different than the other, even when the brand and strain is the same. Makes me nervous that anyone could be replacing it with cheap weed. How would we know if an employee isn’t switching switching the product? I will post the photos of the two pre rolls, that were not sealed that is the same strain and same brand. And look completely different. This is very concerning to me.3. Power apparently goes down often here. Let’s learn from that and maybe invest in a generator. The fact that no transactions can be done because of no power would immediately force me to get a 500 dollar generator. People drive almost an hour to get there sometime and it’s stressful for obvious reasons. Maybe send out a mass text when your power is out.4. Have daily discounts for specific product.5. You realize most of your clients are from a state that doesn’t allow weed. Huge white envelope that says “Cannabis Thrive Marketplace” is really not necessary. Make the envelope blank and offer bags. Be discreet for your clients. You know what’s going on. The envelope isn’t promoting your product. I burn them because I’m not throwing anything away with the words “cannabis” on it.6. Get more quality weed. Your inventory is okay, it gets the job done but it’s never a wonderful experience. Thrive Cannabis Marketplace is a newly built business at the best location in northern Nevada. Thrive hit the Jackpot for me, even if I only needed a couple of batteries. Great customer service and easy transactions put this place high on top of my list of places to remember to come back to. 😉

Save yourself the headache, if you have the option to go somewhere else then do. Especially if you shop deals. I've lost track of how many times I made a long drive just to get told they don't have anything in stock from their deals. Including at least a couple trips at open. If you have the option of going somewhere else, or making a comparable trip somewhere else then do that instead. Two stars because the staff, for the most part, are cool people. Overall, not happy with consistency of service or availability of product.

A RIP off high priced marijuana store on the Idaho Nevada border. I do BUINESS all over America 🇺🇸 you have to watch these stores right on the border like this the prices all very high versus driving further into what ever state you are dealing with and price compare on weed maps always. They're open 24hrs! Which is super nice. The customer service is amazing! They know the science behind what you're about to get. I would recommend thrive 10/10 although they are very expensive. And then there's the fact your about to get taxed 3 times. But the product is fire, Gucci!
