I have been going and playing at Barton’s since I was actually under age. My family had always made it a stopping point going to Vegas. I was a student at the college of southern Idaho in my early adult years. I grew to like jackpot due to many family visit. The band Perry, golf outings with my mother’s company, the swimming pool at Cactus Pete’s, many weekends with friends. Needless to say, I have never left a review, nor needed too. I have always enjoyed myself very much.Tonight, I took a new face to the area, a good friend. We played black jack and had a great evening. He was so pleased with his introduction and thanked me for taking him. As the night progressed, I started to win at the table. The pit boss, who refused to give me his name, I insisted to have a civil conversation with him, yet refused, basically threatened to call security on me.The way I saw it it was a threat because I was winning. I couldn’t understand what was going on or comprehend it. I had played there for so many years. I had won more money than what I was currently up in that situation.I was so disappointed with that particular situation. I won’t return. It’s a shame. So many years and memories were made.

The casino staff are wonderful, friendly, and remember your name or at least your face. The maintenance woman was also awesome, friendly, and got right on any troubles with your room you might have. As for some of the hotel staff,(front desk in mind) those ladies were not so friendly. Some didn't even acknowledge you. They had a dry sense of humor and acted as if they were doing something wrong. We had points to receive a comped room for two nights and they neglected to tell us anything about the availability to choose from. We spent quite a bit of money there for a little over a month and only stayed at Barton's 93 one more time. You know second chances and all. Thinking they would at least remember one of us. Nope, not happening there. We felt a bit looked down on or looked at in shame. For what gambling? Isn't that what you do at a Casino? Well, rumor had it that Barton's was being bought out. We stopped here for food. It was clean and nice looking, and the food was wonderful, except my husband ordered the Chipotle shrimp wrap, received the breaded shrimp dinner, and was billed for a shrimp basket.

Great place to play and sleep. Very clean, nice staff, and it had the games of big casinos but not loss % 😉. We stayed one night at the hotel on the hillside, which was very clean and comfortable. When we checked in, the staff was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. We played many slots and blackjack and came home ahead, which was awesome. I recommend highly!!Rooms: Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable!Food & drinks: The restaurant was reasonably priced but not the best I've eaten. It did the job of filling us up, but I would probably eat somewhat else next time.

Went and played the dollar slots and the machine and cashed out with over 80 in the machine but the machine only printed out the change over 80 which was 69 cents. I didn't notice it until I went to play another machine. Went this morning to deal with the problem and they pretty much told me that I was out the 80 dollars. I'll be out protesting in front if Bartons every day on public property warning people that Bartons Club will rip you off. I've been a loyal customer for years and that's how they treat loyal customers. I guess it's all about taking our money any way they can get it. The lady manager even admitted that the machine didn't print out the right amount but did nothing to resolve the issue. DONT GO GAMBLE HERE. VERY BAD PLACE

Just went in to check on the sign. It said karoke, but it wasn't that night. Didn't have many customers. No hours listed on big sign as to when karoke was. Husband loves karoke.Nearby activities: Not much aroundSafety: From what we saw it looked safe.Walkability: Gas station across street. Small town, you could probably walk everywhere. Because small town, it felt and looked safe.Noteworthy details: Karoke late Saturday 9-1 AM

Going to Barton's was a sweet break from the pressures of life. The staff was friendly and so helpful. The room was neat and clean. The restaurant served a great breakfast. There is a welcoming family atmosphere that makes you want to stay and relax a bit longer.My one request for Bartons would be to enforce their pet policies more. We had a pet-free room, but at the elevator we met a woman with two dogs who approached us, one of whom was not on a leash that my husband nearly tripped over as it ran up to his legs. It was startling after such a peaceful stay. Please inform guests not to bring their animals into the pet-free area. I am hoping a quick letter to management will remedy this impediment to a perfect visit.

Barton should be ashamed to have " Chuck" as a Pit Boss, a man of statute in their casino.I can guarantee you that our family will never step foot in that casino. As long as Chuck is working there.Noteworthy details: The Casino should be ashamed of having a such an ignorant discriminatory bigot, as a Pit Boss. How dare You treat a Man that is defending your county and gifting freedom in such mannerism.

We were heading home from a week long road trip and decided to stop for the night. We contacted Barton's Club 93 when we were about 20 minutes away. Rebecca took our call and booked us a room no problem. When we arrived Rebecca greeted us with a smile and helped us navigate to our room and to the restaurant. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was very reasonably priced and the food was good. I did gamble a bit on the slots and had a fun time.

We took a group of 15 people to Bartons "The friendliest place in Nevada" they claim! We all were there spending several hundred dollars and were only offered a drink one time in a four hour span. We were told at the black jack table if we asked for cocktails that we would insure we wouldn't get one. The dealers were not friendly at all. This place has gone downhill badly. We have been coming to Bartons for over twenty years. I think we will keep on driving past Jackpot and go on to Windover where they treat their customers like they want you there and will give you drinks when requested. Bartons needs new management!!Walkability: It is in a central location. That will be important so you are able to walk to another casino to get a drink.

Oh man, Barton's Club 93 totally rocked my weekend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 From the moment I walked in, the vibe was so chill, and the staff made me feel like family. The rooms were comfy and clean, and I scored big time at the casino! 🎰🤑 Plus, the food at their diner was delish! 🍔🍟 Can't wait to go back for another round of fun and laughter with friends. If you're looking for a laid-back getaway with a touch of excitement, Club 93 is THE spot. Highly recommend! 🙌🎉

I will never stay at this place again. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful to their guests as soon as you walk through the front door. From check in to check out, there was always an issue. We were constantly being harassed all night throughout the casinos, getting yelled at by employees for doing absolutely nothing but trying to enjoy our night. I will definitely be spending the extra money to enjoy my night at Cactus Pete were I can enjoy my stay.

I ate at the restaurant inside and ordered some shrimp fajitas and I wasn't sure at first, but hands best food I've had sense I left burque aka Albuquerque. I usually take pictures of my food but it didn't stand a chance I scarfed it down. I cook myself so I'm usually super picky but plating and everything was a 10. Service was welcoming and they were on top of helping everyone. Thank you well definitely be back.

Got here to check in was told room wasn’t ready. I asked well how long they pointed to their sign that says check in time 4 pm it was currently 4:30 pm. So I said well let me point out this sign to you that says 4pm and its 4:30pm so maybe you should quit with the attitude and ask me what you can do to accommodate me since you don’t have my room ready when advertised. Try to make it my fault is not good customer service.

Three negative reviews on the same day! Wow! Barton's advertises that they are the friendliest spot in Nevada. I wanted to play Jackpot Golf Club, On a bonsai road trip, from Palm Desert to Boise, Idaho. I got a Tuesday morning T Time, and a Monday night room at Barton's, across the street from Golf. When checking in to the hotel, I was told of the 11:00 check out time. I informed the hotel that my golf would cause me to be late, and I would need to take a shower after golf, before heading to Boise. I requested to PAY for a 1 pm check out. I was told I would have to pay for another full night. Telling the truth...it is 6:15 pm on a Monday, and my car is one of two cars in the parking lot. I COULD NOT PAY FOR A LATE CHECK OUT.NOT THE FRIENDLIEST SPOT IN NEVADA. NO WAY.Prologue, I cancelled my golf; and I ate and lost my gaming money at the casino across the street. Tuesday morning, I will be on my way to Boise by 9 am.

Worst place to stay! Customer service sucks!! Don't let your children get sick and don't ask about discounts with your players card. I guess they are doing well not to want you to stay 4 nights. Then when you are leaving accusing you of stealing pillows which were put in the hazard bag with puke on them. Like they are some down filled pillows that everyone would want. Never have I and my family been treated so horrible!! Stay elsewhere!!
