Just arrived from Hawaii and found so many wonderful deals and products. Went to Starbucks first for Christmas gifts ...found everything I needed. Self burning logs ( only kind I can use in condo) on sale for $3, pomegranate excellent price and when I had to return along with some body spray I didn't care for. I had no problem with returning at the regular cashier line and was given a new pomegranate for free. One of my favorite sections was all the healthcare/ self care products... love all candles, bath bombs, journal etc. Also tried some local beer and other cool drinks I found quite reasonable coming from Hawaii it's actually cheaper here even though everything else is extremely high priced. Customer service is top notch!! Cashier's super friendly, helpful and fun. Great experience overall!!

Be super careful when buying there 10.99 a pound or any weighable items because they are over charging you. I went to pay at the check stands by Starbucks not realizing I was gonna pay cash. It was going to charge me $15$ when I sent to other self check out it charged me 11$ . I have proof I took a video and picture of receipt. Let’s trade the video you say you got from me for the video of this company over charging people 🤣

This is the only super market in town. It’s convenient and easy to find products. Plenty of parking space and staff are helpful.

Good selection of foodstuffs. Especially the sourdough. But their sandwiches were great. We came in to town on July 4th, few places were open and they saved us with their deli sandwiches. Tri-tip BBQ sandwich was absolutely banging.

Very tired of Raley’s inaccurate pricing. Their signage baits you into purchasing it, then you realize at the register how much more expensive the item actually is. I have shopped at Raley’s for over a year and I still have never gotten “something extra” despite signing up for their rewards program. Very bad selection and it is clearly overstocked on alcohol but not nearly enough food options for a grocery store. Very disappointed in Raley’s and I don’t recommend going here.

Buyer be warned!Be careful if you shop at Raleys! They allow expired products to remain on the shelves way past their expiration date.ex: Tuesday 10/3/23 there were carrots still on the shelves that expired 9/25/23.Pictured below is creamer that I bought Tuesday 10/3/23… expired by a month

I would give negative stars if I could this place and their employees need retraining and or new friendly staff... I cannot believe this happened to me this past weekend. I'm in shock. I'm hurt. Embarrassed I feel dehumanized.I walked up to pay. Handed the cashier my expired ID. Some stores let u get away with it. So I tried. The white lady took her time said nope. I can't sell it to you. I said okay well I have this.. handed her my USA resident alien card she took 1 look at it and threw it down. Said nope. Nope. Nope.I said excuse me? That is a legal us document with age verification... She said nope nope nope. SoI said get your manager. So she YELLED for the manager. Manager came and looked at it told her, u can take it. She said nope nope nope. Again. Shaking her head saying no I'm not taking that.Manager brought a guide book to show her she could take it. And the lady kept saying NOO I will not take it !I said,your manager AND your store guide book said u can take it, it's a legal document and proof of age. She said I will not take it.! The manager looked at me with like disgust and an "oh well" face said sorry sarcastically and walked away. Didn't help me at all. I asked her if her only motivation was racial and she stayed quiet. She was turning red, mad and completely stopped talking to me and wouldn't look at me.So I asked my friend to pay. But my god I was so embarrassed felt so dehumanized and hurt. It's 2022 and people still act this way. ? Not ok.The bag lady was Latina and she just shook her head at the cashier lady in disbelief... I said, wow how does it feel to be working for these racist bigots. And she shook her head at the cashier and stayed quiet. She looked down. Almost ashamed or scared to speak up. This lady needs to be fired. Raleys has many negative reviews about customer service and rude cashier's. What happened to me was beyond rude. It was completely unacceptable. Simply disgusting. I'm a model citizen, jumped through hoops to get legal and pay my taxes like all Americans.. to be treated this way.. disgusting. She needs to be fired and so does the manager (young male) who I believe was equally dismissive of me. raleys do better.I drive away in tears.. tears of sadness for this world.

Never thought a grocery store has a much better than the "Mongolia BBQ" type of cooking, and great coffee, all in the same store corner. You pick one type of protein, or two types (mix and match, or combo), then they give you a big bowl to fill with all kinds of vegs and sauces. The cooker was very efficient. Immediately after I finished the ordering, and before I started to pick the vegs he already took the order sheet started cooking beef and chicken. After I finished packing up the vegs he is ready to cook them together with the proteins. It was exactly what I wanted, a healthy lunch, all for about $12. They have an eating area, where you can sit down and eat, watching the cars and people gone by on the parking lot. From order to finish eating, it took about one half hour, very efficient for a traveler on the go. I love this place. Only wish the cooker and coworker are bit more friendly. He does an excellent job in cooking the food, but I can feel he is cold towards me. By contrast, the girl who took my orders at the registry and got me the coffee was very warm, and nice. Don't know when will be my next visit but will for sure stop by again in the future.

This place has anything you can think of in terms of groceries, with very good produce and also an amazing alcohol section. It’s quite large, and the dairy is hard to find as It’s in a completely different section than you would think, but overall a really good store.

I like a Raley's, and overall, they have just about everything.However, one thing to point out is that for the first time visiting, the items on my shopping list seemed to be all over the store. Placement of items were not well thought out, so I found myself going back and forth. It was somewhat difficult to locate items, which made me frustrated. It wasn't just me feeling this way, but my girlfriends made similar comments after experiencing the same.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for a grocery store before but service here was great. We found some great tri-tip and then I inquired at the meat area if they had any that were pre seasoned. Luk offered a cup of seasoning and then even offered to just go ahead and put the seasoning in with the tri-tip in a bag. This was greatly appreciated and saved us a bunch of time. Oh and the tri-tip turned out amazing!

What an amazing experience we had today! We were in town for a baseball tournament and a man named George in the Deli went WAY above and beyond. He helped me find multiple items, the restroom in a hurry (I have 3 kids) and when the deli was out of cookies, treated my children to donuts in their place! Highly recommend this store, friendly staff, and LOVED the cleanliness.

Raley's has been around my whole life. I think it's great! For a holiday weekend there was parking, and check out was pretty quick. My only complaint is that my $20 bouquet of flowers was pretty small for the price, but still pretty.

The store is stocked and has really nice stuff. Open until 11 PM on a Sunday too. Self checkout is the only reason it lost a star. Each item has to be carefully placed on the bagging area after scanning it or it sends up a red flag for assistance. Very temperamental. Otherwise, very nice place to shop.

We don't live locally but were in town for a girls trip and Raley's became a frequent spot for us.The first night we unfortunately ran into some car troubles and some Raleys employees tried to help but ultimately let us leave the car overnight.The selection and quality of groceries here was great! We came here just about everyday on our trip.

I’ve frequented this store often, since I live locally. I’ve never gotten the name,until recently, of a nice young lady who has worked here over the last few years (Emily), and has always been such a pleasure when she’s been my grocery checker. Today Emily went above and beyond by jumping in to help a new employee here at our local Raley’s, on a vacation work visa. The new employee bagged my groceries in a paper bag (per my request), and was definitely friendly and polite, but as I was leaving the register the handle to my bag broke, which resulted in two glass bottles, I had just purchased, breaking. Emily jumped in to support her fellow team mate and ensure the “flow of traffic” continued despite this unforeseen debacle. I wanted to show appreciation for what she did to help someone new to the environment (the new worker), while also showing compassion to the customers to ensure things still carried on despite what happened. I know during these times it’s hard to find people who even want to work so I want to say I absolutely adore and appreciate people like Emily who are willing to show up and help others. Thank you for your service Emily & to Raley’s in general….you ALWAYS give a much better experience than Safeway in KB ever does!!! Love what you do, thank you. !

Great store lots of choices. Large produce department, well stocked shelves. Have been going here since I was a very young child... Now I'm in my 40s the store has hot foods section & nice bakery. Huge wine department. My only thought is if the grocery checkers could be a bit more friendly. I remember the old days. I do always find what I need.

I always enjoy browsing the aisles at Raley's. There's always lots of product to choose from, well stocked shelves with impeccable front facing done by the stocking crew members.Very friendly checkout clerks, especially the pharmacy technician at the Incline Village store in Nevada who has been so helpful to me, lots of love and kisses to Morgan!

Great selection with friendly and helpful staff. The store is well stocked and the facility is very clean. The delli has fresh meats and cheese, excellent salads and good assortment of hot lunch items. Didn't have self pay registers open early in morning but wait wasn't to long.
