I called prior to my 2.5 hour drive to them. I asked if they had any ferrets, 3 were available. I didn't ask to have them held for me but when I got there I was greeted by and older lady and a younger staff member( for got if was a girl or guy). Staff was super friendly and said " I was the one who took ur call and made sure Id save at least one for you but no one came in for any so it worked out" I hated to take just one( I chuckled as said I wish there was a discount for two 😂) cause she had told us they were bonded and I have a read that it's best to get them in pairs . At the time, I could not afford to get two but I'll definitely come back and get a second one. Thank you for having really nice staff. I wish I remembered their name so I could thank them through this review

Great pet store with knowledgeable staff. They have nearly everything you could need for most pets in stock and will order you things they don't have on hand. They have a very nice pet washing area too.

A great pet accessory store!Helpful staff and acceptable prices (especially for Incline and the product quality).Worth a visit for anyone in the area with a need for some new pet accessories.I purchased an AWESOME LIGHT UP LEASH and could not be happier with the safety it provides on latlate night walks with my pupper!

Called ahead of the drive and was informed they DO have 2 medium feeder rats. Drove from North Reno to here, Incline... walked in and was told they do not have ANY! When I called I asked if possible to hold one as per my drive. Not happy. Only + side: my car gets great mpg! Grr . . .

Super cute store!! I brought my dog in and they let him try the treats before we bought them. They had bunnies and fish. Lots of supplies, highly recommended!!

Everything recommended was exactly what my Vet just told me was wrong! Dr.Hartzell is a well renowned doctor from UC Davis that has been a well-known professional for over 40 years! The people working in Pet Station here in Incline Village need to realize that they are not veternarians before recommending expensive products. THEY ARE PUSHING THE BRANDS THAT THEY DO FOR SALES PURPOSES! Extremely power hungry and under-qualified staff. Very disappointed in all of the information shoved down my throat. Also, when asking about a certain product after having spent a ton of money in the store the manager Danielle proceeded to look at me and say "I don't know. I don't own that product." I will never shop in this store again!!!

This is an awesome hardware store where you can find just about anything for your home, car, boat and RV accessories that you may need in a pinch. Everything is so nicely organized and the service is amazing.

The kibble and canned food selection are high quality, although one of the staff recommended turkey heels for my small, 15 lb dog as a chew toy, which resulted in an immediate $1600 vet visit because they got stuck in her esophagus, and had to be endoscoped out. Personally, i think it's obnoxious to have staff overzealously ask "may i help you?" the second one walks through the door, but not really have any idea about the products they are selling. A word to management -- stop selling turkey heels! ESPECIALLY to small dogs.

Tan answer any ones inventory questions, yes they have animal Cages, Accessories, collars, tags, Harnesses, clothes, furniture and food for animals of the Cat, Dog, Fish, Farret, Rabbit, Snake and mouse or Guinea pig variants.
