This is my Home Depot up here in Incline! Very rarely do they not have what I’m looking for. With the new side open this place is awesome. Clothing, cold weather gear, boots, camping and hiking gear! Along with all of your hardware needs!! The staff are all awesome, friendly and knowledgeable.

This is a great resource for people living in Incline Village. The convenience comes with a cost, however. It's likely you will spend twice as much (or more) at this Ace compared to Home Depot, Lowe's, or Amazon.

Yay! Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful- no postcards, but I got some cool candles, neato wrapping paper, and a sweet sticker! Highly recommend stopping here for your gifting or camping needs! They pretty much have it all here, and all the employees are quite personable! Thank you so much!

I shop here for work several times a week (sometimes even several times a day) when we inevitably have some missing parts or tools for a project. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I'm always pleasantly surprised by their stock. For a small local hardware shop, they almost always have what we need.

Glad this store remained in the community. It is well stocked and generally easy to find help to answer questions and recommendations. I love the diversity of the store with the kitchen store, outdoor furniture, excellent choice of greeting cards and the usual hardware store items. Parking can sometimes be difficult. Who is parking in this lot anyhow?

Went to purchase chicken wire. There were several options and I found exactly what I needed. The principal problem was that the products were somewhat poorly organized. Even the clerk assisting me was surprised when I discovered the option I was looking for.

The employees at the neighborhood ACE are so helpful and considerate. The store cannot always keep up stock with so many more folks here in the summer, but the employees will order for you and call when your items arrive. This summer I called to see if they had a vacuum bag I needed. They said they did, but when i got there the shelf was empty,only to find that the girl i spoke with had been thoughtful and put one aside for me! thank you all

The one single store in North Lake Tahoe This Ace is the one for all year all season and all projects. Last year searched high and low for a tree stand. Done. This year needed an outdoor timer boom. Plus the blowout sales are so great.

Most of the people who work there are great and helpful. A few bad grumpy old timer who should not be customer facing. We were planning to buy and approached one of the old timer which I was polite enough to remember his name...I said Hi xxxxx and his first response was I am too busy. We drove over to King Beach Ace and bought over $1000 in stuff.

They're are very helpful and they were very busy on a Sunday afternoon , I do reccomend Ace Hardware but this store is pretty small so it can get kinda crowded.

A very a very supportive facility with a big range of products and the assistance from the professional employees is very engaging and very accurate being in the Lake Tahoe area Incline Village I highly recommend going to this facility because any other is so very far away and they are not worth the drive

Horrible customer service. Had to go to the store 2 days in a row to try and get my online order picked up. The cashier (two different ones) each day either rolled their eyes or said we are to busy to help with that.
