I thought the place was good for its price. I would definitely use this place for touch ups in between grooming as my dog does NOT like the groomers. He did really well with me bathing him which is a plus. But I didn’t like that the water was cold even in the highest setting, and the dryers were pretty weak.I had brought my own grooming stuff but left it in the car since I was not familiar with this place and wanted to see what they had. They did tell me we weren’t allowed to groom here so I guess it was a good thing. But next time I’ll be definitely bringing in my own brush that helps with his long hair.After everything, I went home and brushed him with my grooming vacuum and I was very pleased with the process. The staff is really friendly and helpful. So I would definitely say it was a pleasant experience and I will be back when he needs touch ups in between big grooming sessions.

Much impressed with the dedication of one staff member, Christina S at The Soggy Dog, located on W Horizon Ridge, Henderson. My dog is very skittish and refused to enter the grooming facility. I didn’t know what to do and requested Christina to help. She could have refused to bring my dog inside, but was helpful enough to even bring her tools to my car outside the store to clip and grind the nails of my dog. We seldom meet dedicated dog-loving service providers like her. She was most patient with my uncooperative scared dog, sat next to him, crammed up in the trunk of my car to clip and file my dog’s nails … because my dog would not agree to leave the car. She didn’t give up though my dog would refuse to offer her his paws, but constantly calmed my dog, till she finished every toe on each paw. It took her almost 20 min to finish the job in an awkward location, with nail filing dust flying almost directly onto her face due to the wind. What an incredible experience I had with such a caring employee at Soggy Dog. No amount of tip can compensate for affection to animals that she displayed. The business owner should be proud of Christina for her dedication and love for animals. I highly recommend this place and Christina for your dog’s grooming needs!

Dixie is the most amazing groomer we've ever had for our poodles. She is so gentle, yet firm with my guys. It's a testament to her that my poodle goes crazy with joy when he sees her.

Owners super nice !!! Employees are very lazy.Can’t keep bath areas clean. Have trouble emptying all hair trash cans especially ones in the blow dry area. These hair cans should be emptied many many many times a day. Today I walked in with my dog and walked right out. Person working asked I bath my large male dog in bath directly next to another large male dog and his family. The space in between tubs is so small we would all be butt to butt. Lady said reason being she should only have to clean the water all over the floor in one area. She was super Annoyed at the possibility of cleaning water in two separate areas. Absolutely Lazy employees.

Love, love, love them!!! This was our first time here and the staff was amazing. They explained everything well and made us feel very comfortable. It was our dogs first time ever being self-bathed (we usually do Petco but man are they expensive!!) Both dogs did great and smell amazing. Definitely worth the $15 to be able to shampoo, conditioner, de-shed and blow dry. We will definitely be back and hope to continue to give our business to them.

Staff is nice but sometimes not around. Baths are back savers! I bring my own shampoo (their's is very watered down) and I want to be sure of ingredients. Towels are very thin, I always have to borrow from tub next door. Floor could be cleaned more, dog hair gets crazy. Should POST PRICING ONLINE!

Took my dog for a self wash which was fine. I like the shampoos options they offer. My discontent is the dryer room. The have 3 dryers station and there was another dog in a cage after grooming in the dryer room and he was TERRIFIED at the noise. Poor dog in a cage with all those loud dryers. He was pawing at the cage to get out. I will look for another place to self wash.

You can't go wrong...and you can save a ton of money. They're friendly, they have some added services like cutting nails, they're constantly cleaning behind you and everyone is just wonderful there.

One of my favorite places to go- staff is wonderful. Shampoo/conditioners are great, lots of towels, dryers are super powerful. Dog food, treats, and random pet stuff reasonably priced. Thank you.

I have never in my life been treated so rudely by an employee named Zoe. We read on their site that if you show up by five, you can wash your dog, and this is exactly what we did. We arrived at exactly 5 o’clock and two people in front of us were paying for their wash. She told us that we were too late and I told her that we weren’t. We were there at 5 o’clock. She then told me that they have cameras and that we arrived at 5:01 and were out of luck. Her smugness and attitude was unbelievable. She then said that they are closed and I need to leave. I have a new puppy and washed my other animals there in the past. I will be speaking to the owner tomorrow, but as I could see by other reviews, this person has done this before.This is a follow up to my last post. I spoke with Dixie, the owner. She was very concerned about the situation and even offered me a free wash. Dixie later contacted me to assure me this wouldn’t happen to anyone else again. We are not sure we will go back because we were forced to find another place that day and the staff and amenities were awesome . Even though this employee was unbelievably angry and rude, I am changing my rating to a 4 because of the owner and facility.

This place is very cool. They helped me pick the right shampoo/conditioner for my baby and all the tools I needed were there for me to use. It was nice not to have to be on my knees at the tub. This was very convenient and all the mess was contained there. We will be back and will refer more to go check it out. They also have a nice selection of colors and IDs if need to revamp.

This was my first time going to the SoggyDog.. I love this place. Luna, who is a husky, is blowing her coat. So anyone who has a husky knows fur is everywhere! The ladies helped me out with deshedding shampoo and conditioner. I used the whole bottle of both! And when it came time to have her nails clipped, the lady was very patient with my fur baby and did an amazing job! It's definitely worth going back!!!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, I have been to this establishment a total of 3 times and has always been treated respectfully. The ladies that work there are very informative and helpful in showing you how to wash your pet properly. I would recommend this doggy spa 3x over to anyone. It has been a lifesaver for me and my Siberian husky. Thanks to the staff at the Soggy Dog. Oh yeah, and they also do nail trimming of dogs that are difficult, and hard to handle with patience.

I have been here twice for the DIY Dog Wash. both times everything was good. The only thing I would change is that the tubs are walk-in tubs, and there was a way to control the water pressure and the cone spray. Also, bring your own smock or apron because the ones they provide leak. There’s also an awesome retail store to check out!

Love this place. I'll spend the 15 bucks every time to not deal with my dogs hair in the shower. They have plenty of different kinds of shampoo and conditioner to fit your dog's needs. If your dog is a shedder, they provide a furminator to get rid of all the extra hair. Staff is always very nice and helpful. They all love dogs and are willing to help with anything you need.

I take my dogs here often to use the self dog wash. It is very clean, and the ladies that work there do a great job of keeping bath stalls clean while providing excellent service. I love that you do not need to bring anything. They provide all cleaning supplies, brushes, and dryers.

We go here 4 or 5 times a year when visiting Henderson to wash our dog. Staff is always friendly and helpful, there's a wide selection of shampoos, and easy to use tubs and driers. Great place to go for a quick cleanup!

What a great, friendly and helpful place to self-wash your dog! Had been going elsewhere but today i learned many things the last place never told me. How best to wash my Husky who obviously does not like water. Ask for Monica, she rocks, that was the best wash i've done to date! Choose from like 15 shampoo and conditioners, multiple dog brushes and even finishing drying room! Best wash ever, i will now only go there, versus up North, where they really didnt seem to care i was there :)

I have to say, the groomers and employees there are so friendly and accommodating! We took our Callie to be groomed for the first time. We washed her there ourselves a couple of times before, but decided to have her groomed by their groomer. She told us things no other groomer here in town or anywhere ever told us in regards to Callie. She really cares, it is evident. We are bringing Callie back and would recommend them to anyone.

Love this place! Always helpful staff when I come in with my collies, aussie and heeler. The owner is incredibly sweet and has a great staff on deck. They have groomed my dogs before and I use their self wash also. Tubs are nice and spacious for the dogs.

We were looking for a self-serve dog-wash, and it worked. The only thing dividing the tubs were sheets of plastic that didn’t reach down to the floor, resulting in someone accidentally spraying my wife from behind her. The place was packed and staff seemed a bit rushed. The wash basin served it’s purpose, but the overall experience was just okay.
