I got my baby boy last month and I could not be happier 💙 great staff to assist and make the process easier. beautiful dogs to choose from. I see a lot of replies talking about kennel cough....duh, you got them from a kennel full of dogs. They honor their health plan anyway. Up to date vaccines, chipped with a clean vet bill. You also get the mom and dad info showing it's pure bred. He is the most amazing, smart and loving dog!! Super happy 😄

He started coughing and sneezing as soon as he got home. We called, asked if he could be sick and they said “yes”. So now we have to rush him to a vet. He definitely has kennel cough. They know he was sick because we got him yesterday so either they don’t pay any attention to their animals or they’re knowingly selling sick animals. You can’t have both. So this poor little guys is being treated today as soon as possible and hopefully they pay for this insane bill. They should be taking animals back if they’re sick. This is ridiculous.

We bought our puppy, Zero from The Puppy Store two days ago. The staff was friendly and polite when we bought him, and everyone assured us that he was fine and healthy. Yet immediately when we brought him home, he had started up with a bad cough. Which only worsened throughout the night, his coughs sounded like wheezing and he always threw up when coughing. He has also been refusing to eat and hadn’t pooped since we brought him home.We were worried of course, since this is our first puppy. So we immediately took him to the vet, which costed us over $500. We called the puppy store earlier to ask if we could get reimbursed for our money we spent at the Vet. Yet they told us that he probably caught it on the way home, since he only has one vaccine.Usually when you get a virus, it takes a couple days for it to show symptoms. You can’t catch a virus through a 20 minute car ride home. We don’t have any other dogs either so we’re quite sure he was already sick when he was given to us. Just be aware of this before buying, make sure they’re healthy before bringing them home.(UPDATE) he was diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia two days after I got him. It was not kennel cough like the puppy store had claimed.

We got our baby Noodle here, the store is so clean, the puppies are all so happy and well taken care. The prices are really reasonable too! If you are looking for your furr baby, I HIGHLY recommend Sofia to help you, she was amazing!!

Great place to get a puppy! We got a corgi and he’s so cute!Update: our dog has a heart murmur and they telling us we can only get a credit. This place is heartless and doesn’t value life. The only reason we left the initial review is because they give you a free leash if you give 5 stars which is obviously the only reason they have as many reviews as they do. My kids are in tears about the whole situation and all they can suggest is exchanging our dog for another one of the same breed as if they’re interchangeable. We spent $3500 for a dog that will possibly cost us 10s of thousands in treatment It’s not just about the money but the whole reason we went to a store was to have certain guarantees. I will never shop here or recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were friendly and helpful and readily explained everything about our new family member and the warranty that came with our new bundle of joy! The store was very clean, provided hand sanitizer. The staff did not rush or pressure us and had we unlimited time to bond with our soon to be new Shih-Poo puppy.!

I bought a Golden Retriever puppy about two weeks ago from here. She was very obviously socialized with other dogs and already knew many basic manners, which was unexpected from a puppy. She is very happy and well-adjusted to being on this planet! The store itself is clean, and well lit. The girl working up front knew everything, was calm, not pushy and definitely knew how to do her job well! There's nothing worse than a used-car salesperson and she was definitely NOT that. It was a breath of fresh air! My puppy ended up having a minor health issue upon going home and the store agreed to compensate for the issue which was very appreciated, as well. Overall, I had a great experience and would buy from here again :)

Over a year ago we got our first lab and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. A year later we walked into the store to find her a friend but unfortunately they didn’t have any labs. The staff kindly reached out and found our family one from another location. I appreciate how much they cared and made sure we found what we were looking for. We are so happy!

Got a cute 4-month old pug from this store for $2600 that came with some food and probiotics (Tip: Try to bargain for a lower price by comparing with other pet stores and ask for military discount, it helps). Paying the full cost upfront also helps avoid those additional fees that I've heard other reviewers complain about here.The overall store is clean, organized and environmentally friendly for visitors and puppies when we came here several times. They even allow you to hold and play with the puppies in the play boxes. The employee that helped us was Amanda, and she was very knowledgeable and transparent with us about the costs, caregiving and the risks associated with adopting our breed of choice, a pug. The pug we picked was also at the Utah location, and they arranged to have her delivered here ASAP. Kudos to them for keeping their word and having our puppy delivered here early! When e arrived to pick up our puppy, I'm comforted with how our puppy was being bathed after a Vet appointment. It shows how much the store cares in preparing their puppies for new owners. All the documents was provided, plus she was micro-chipped.For negative reviews claiming that their dogs got sick and other diseases after adopting, it's usually because new owners won't confess to their ignorance, lack of understanding and responsibility it takes to raise a puppy. The Puppy store also provided us a sample bottle with a free fecal check at a designated Vet hospital. Pet insurance is important. No comment on their plan though, as our pug is under a different plan.Overall, yes a puppy is expensive but the store does a great job at preparing new owners on how to take care of their new family pet. Just make sure you've done your research beyond just comparing prices and store reviews (I.e Dog breed's health, cleaning, personality) and follow the advice given by the employees and the Vet. Otherwise, I would recommend visiting this location, and another yes to getting a new furry friend to your house!

Tabitha was very helpful and sweet in helping us find a hypoallergenic puppy. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with ease. I love the guarantees this location provides with each puppy and the microchipping! 10/10 recommend to any searching for a puppy!

I walked in and was greeted right away by the woman who was working there (sorry don’t remember her name) she was super polite and she explained everything to me in a clear and precise way. I was very impressed by how clean everything was, including inside the kennels the puppies were in. I ended up buying a corgi and she made the process super easy and gave me tons of detail. And my puppy was in great health! Took him to the vet the next day and they said he was in perfect health. Very happy with my experience and so happy I have my corgi “Rocket”Thanks guys!

The store was super clean and well lit when I visited and the ladies at the front desk immediately welcomed me in and helped me meet the puppies, which all looked in good health and very playful.I ended up going home with a little pomsky and the whole process was very quick and easy. Rachael was extremely helpful and explained everything very throughly while the team in the back got the puppy all cleaned up. At the end of my visit they gave me a little "goodie bag" to go home with that included some food and probiotics.Overall the whole visit was very nice and I'm super happy with my new buddy.

We were looking for a sheltie puppy weeks ago and nothing available. To my surprise, Amanda put us on their list and contacted us last week about a sheltie puppy they had gotten in. We went down the next day and now Oliver has his new forever home. Thank you Amanda and everyone else at the puppy store so much, you guys rock.

I bought my pup Saturday and they said he just had a kennel cough even though some of their others were also sneezing/coughing. They also assured me not to worry because the vet there checked him again and stated he was healthy and if anything to take him to the vet, all will be covered. Took him to the vet today turns out he has a viral infection and he is now on antibiotics. I called to let them know and now all they're going to cover is his meds. Very confused and upset, I will definitely be submitting the claim anyway and update my review as it goes. Disappointed with this place. Their pups are not worth what they ask I promise.UPDATE: I was lied to, and they won't even cover his medications. After waiting all this time for their insurance company to get back to me about the claims I've sent them, I had to reach out only to be told that nothing will be covered. It's like no one knows what they're doing and just make it all up to get you to go away. Updated to a 1 star!

Came in just to look for a Schnauzer and we were able to spot ‘Daisy’ or ‘Dam’. Immediately my fiancé and I decided to play with her.The two ladies helped us with the process so smoothly. Just got our pomeranian puppy (now named Chiki) 3 weeks ago from this place. It was so nice to see all the puppies, staff was friendly and gave us information on how to care for a new family member. It was nice to be able to play with our pomeranian puppy before purchasing her. I do admit the prices are a bit expensive depending on the puppy you get. However the prices make sense since the puppies are mostly vaccinated and micro chipped, they come with a medical record and more information on the puppy like their family tree and how to care for them etc. I also liked how the vet there told us how to feed our pomeranian puppy since she was really small at the time, and what foods and things to give her. They also let us know what vets to visit for her future checkups. Before leaving the store with her they gave our puppy a bath and trimmed her nails then gave her to us with a pretty pink bow! So cute! They also sent us home with some starter foods for So far really good experience, thank you!Here are some recent photos of our baby ❤

This place is disgusting. Look at the breeder names of the dogs being bought here. Go look up Sherry Crossno and her farm in Arkansas where she churns out 200 puppies every other month. They're kept in cages in barns so places like this can exist. It's disgusting. Do your freaking research before spending thousands of dollars on a puppy to dump in the shelter 2 months later.

Unfortunately I had a death in the family when my 12 year old fur baby passed away. I went to The Puppy Store and found a new bundle of joy. Everything was nice and smooth with the process. Unfortunately, that little baby passed due to no reason of the store. Because he passed, the store made sure I had a new baby within days and also that I would be reimbursed for incurred medical expenses from the sudden passing. Here is a pic of the newest baby , Casanova, that The Puppy Store had to fill the void in my heart.

Came in to the Puppy Store in Henderson, with no plans of buying a puppy just came in to look at them. I was greeted by Lili she offered to let me see any of the puppies that they had. I saw a 13 week old Cockapoo there that I liked, Lili let me hang out with it as long as I wanted. I then decided to buy the puppy and the process was fast and easy, great customer service and my puppy was healthy!

We got our amazing chocolate lab puppy from here. The customer service was amazing they even got us qualified for a loan to purchase the puppy. He’s so sweet and amazing I am glad we stopped in to look.
