Great independent pet supply store for not only dogs but cats and birds. The staff is beyond helpful, there's a huge selection of dog toys and the front refrigerators are filled with raw food.

ridiculously over priced and rude, went in to buy a bag of the arm & hammer pine pellets which is $10 at target and $26 dollars here for the exact same bag and when i asked about she said i “can just go to target then”

The cashier was soooooooo rude! I am a regular customer and spend good amount of money here. She couldn’t even put my item in the bag and when I asked her if she could put in the bag. She slid it to me aggressively and I put it in the bag myself. I was very respectful. It was unprovoked and uncalled for. Even as I was waiting to ask her a question, she ignored me the entire time while on the phone and once she hung up, she continued to ignore me. I don’t know what her deal is but that is not real customer service!

Was greeted upon entry and asked a few times if I needed help with anything, which is a really uncommon experience for me whilst in a pet shop. I was very pleased to see high-end food brands, rather than the more common, inexpensive (and less healthy) options you find everywhere. They also had some unique products, like fresh dog cookies and candles specific for pet owners. I was also surprised to discover the staff knew so much about the products I was purchasing. Definitely will be back!

We get our Aussie Shepard min and chihuahua Acana food from here. It's definitely on the expensive side but its so worth it. They always have in stock the large 25lbs bag and a huge flavor variety. Our dogs love it we think lol.

I have going to sloppy kisses for my pet needs for just about 2 years. They are always polite and very knowledgeable. While some items such as food maybe a bit more pricey then petsmart they are also better quality. But surprisingly on most items they are equally priced or lower priced. This is a great local store to support.

These guys are the best!!! I haven't used them for grooming, but I use the other store for all my pet needs. I first dealt with Tyler so I prefer to stick with him, it's like a doctor, they know your history you know? He knows his stuff, he can help find what brands are best for your pet and it works! If he tells you to buy it, just do it he isn't trying to upsell you, he is trying to make sure your pet will have the best diet, care, and health. He knows his stuff. I have all my animals on a great brand he suggested! The second I need anything I am in the store. They are the best! Have everything you need and its good for your pet, it isn't some generic oh yeah this looks good stuff, it is excellent for your pet amazing!!! And its all affordable too with is great! Love these guys, I can't say it enough :)

Sloppy kisses is by far the best pet store I have ever been in they even know my pup by name !! From the moment that I got my pup they have coached me through all of my questions and concerns being a first time dog owner. They have healthy choices and really know what they’re talking about. Plus the best no raw hide bones around !! We love sloppy kisses and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for being so great !!

Me and my girlfriend have been coming here for about 2 years now and the staff and stores friendly vibe is uncanny compared to a normal pet store. Every time we come in with our dogs Natasha and Savannah are so welcoming with treats and other supplies for the two husky wolfs we have. These workers are amazing and you won't find anything you won't need here!!!

The ladies at Sloppy Kisses are always very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Since finding Sloppy Kisses we haven’t went to any other pet store. It’s nice to go somewhere other than a big box store! I promise they are wonderful and you will not regret stopping in!

I like this store. Its got a decent selection and they leave samples up for you to try. They also have a bulk bin for treats and its only 6.99 lb which isn't bad. The canvas paintings on the walls were pretty neat too. Only 4 stars becuz of the employee working today. She seemed disinterested, didn't greet us, vanished to the back a lot even when we were ready to pay and wasn't really able to answer questions I had. But over all I like coming here. They hace items some of the other pet stores dont.

Sloppy kisses is so great! They have such a wide variety of options. My dogs love the dried fruits mixed in with their dog food, as well as their dog ice cream! Highly recommend checking this place out!

What a great place! I got some really great grain free cat food for my cat way cheaper than other places. Staff member was extremely helpful. This is likely my pet store for as long as I live here.

We bought a kennel from here they told us it was approved for domestic and international travel! When we got to the airport they would not let it on and said it was not sufficient for airline travel. Sloppy Kisses said they would not take the kennel back and give us a refund. We never even used the kennel. Rudest place!!! The clerk said that’s not my problem that’s your problem. I had a few choice words for her. Don’t waste your time or money!!!!

They specialize in high quality food for dogs and other animals. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful to find the right food for your animal no matter what kind of animal it is and if it has allergies they wilk go above and beyond to help you find the right food that you need. I would recommend this place to anybody that has an animal with special needs or just wants a great quality food for your animals.

Horrible service. I asked about frozen mice for my snakes and was blown away by the price. The woman (I believe the manager) told me the price and I was quite shocked. 1 pinky (baby) mouse for 2.70?? That's 4x the price from other sellers. The only sellers that come close to that is petco and petsmart, but even petco I can buy 50 for $33. Because I told the woman I would probably just buy online she got an attitude. Claimed they were the cheapest in the area. Not even close, Honey. If you cop an attitude at customers, you shouldn't be surprised when they get upset too. I dont care "how many years you've been in customer service", clearly you've been on one too many smoke breaks during that time. Also, dont threaten calling the cops on me when I tell you you're attitude isnt called for and that you're being rude. I think your argument was very scripted, meaning you've had this same conversation many times. Thanks for your sloppy service.Edit- ps, go to perfect prey, best quality for the price, rodent pro is also an option. They deliver to your house 🙂Edit to your response - this was months ago.. please. Also, that wasn't me, I'm 20, not in my 40s. I know the person you're referring to. If your quality is better than everyone else, I'll believe you, but thats not what I had a problem with. The employee lied saying they were the cheapest. I couldn't understand the need to lie, thats all. I too believe the cussing was unnecessary, but I also understand why the person started that. It was from your employees intense attitude. I dont agree with the cussing, but you can't expect NO customers to eventually have a fit when you initiate that kind of treatment. Im not angry or upset. This review wasn't out of anger, it was out of being lied to, given attitude, then threatening to call the cops on me when i was trying to alleviate the situation between your employee and the person cussing. Thanks. (The original review was 3 months ago, mind you, to anyone wanting to read this wild ride haha. Ah, I still remember the intense weed smell like it was yesterday)
