This PetSmart is clean, organized and well stocked. The associates are friendly and willing to help you. The Santa at Christmas time is a fun way to get a picture of our puppy.

The manager of the pet hotel is rude and so are some of the staff. Some staff are completely awesome, especially one that was recently fired (wrongful termination) for petty staff favoritism. Pet parents trusted this employee and had some of the (petty) staff even talked badly about this employee to them. When a manager has to make up reasons to fire an excellent employee, that manager should not be there. And keep the personal issues at home and not bring them to work! I would not recommend a place that hires and keeps terrible employees, but fires excellent employees!

Staff is friendly and they have everything you need. We bought a beta fish for my daughter. They have the beta fish sold in tiers for quality ranging from $5.99 to $19.99.

I felt good about leaving my dogs at PetSmart not having to worry about them getting out of the building or attacked by other dogs as we had them in a private suite. However, and all the years that we've had these dogs they have never smelled worse than when we picked them up 3 days later. Not sure why that is. I have to give them both a bath at the moment that we got home. I would take them there again but I don't think I would groom them right before dropping them off.

NEVER AGAIN! I will never take my dog for a groom here again. Grommet, my 100lb labradoodle, gets regular grooming somewhere else but my groomer got sick and had to cancel. Grommet was due to a photo shoot for his latest advert so I wanted him cleaned up. I got a call and told me that he was too big and they couldn't finish the job. Grommet gets regular grooming so he is used to the feeling of the shaver and the sound as well. He was ½ shaved and the bits they did shave were inconsistent, spotty and long in some places and shaved to the bone in other. They didn't even bother with his genital area. This was worse than amature. A child with paper scissors could have done a better job. I am gobsmacked. The pics say it all.

I absolutely love this Pet's Mart! This is the only location I come too & will continue to do so! Love the staff! The cute pets waiting for owners (I wish I could take them home!) as you walk in. The staff always greets you. They are friendly, helpful, polite, & ready to work! Definitely recommend for any pet owner or new pet owner.

I've been a customer for a long time. Myself and 5 other customers were there at 7:10, all of us thinking that you would have been open because it wasn't too late, the sun was still shining bright. I ended up going to another local pet outlet on Eastern & Saint Rose and the way they treated me and what they had and the care for my pet showed me I've gotten used to mediocrity. You guys lost a customer today. Better selection, better people, better products, and open later. Why would I come back?

I love this petsmart compared to the one on Stephanie.It is clean and the employees are kind.My only complaint is that I couldn't find the oral hygiene stuff for dogs.Also look into Nulo chews!

PetSmart is PetSmart. My dog loves it and they have nice products where you can get a deal. My issue is the staff at this location. We just went in there the other day, the lady rang us up and it was $10 over. I was totalling each item out loud for her and she just stared at me looking confused. I said this is how much it should be, she said, I can only charge what the computer says. I asked her for a manager and she said that she was the manager. There was a person behind me, so I said ring him up and then we can start from scratch. She rang the man up and then when I came back there was a guy that stepped in for her. He was equally as dry as she was. No smile, no engagement with myself or my dog. He rang me up and the total was correct. I was very nice about it, suggesting it could be a glitch or whatever, but no one took responsibility or apologized for the inconvenience. She even said, maybe it's the order in which you ring it up? I it was a very unpleasant experience. We can get these toys for a fraction of the price online, or go to more local chains and get a better customer service experience. And this isn't the first time I've had glitches at this store, but this time it was just so strange. Go for the pet supplies, but know you may be met with employees that don't really seem to care. PetSmart should step up their game if they don't want to go extinct like so many other big box stores charging more for products that people can get online at better bargains.

Grooming services are amazing! What w great job with washing, shaving the matted winter coat. Her nails were trimmed and filed smooth. She not only looked good, she smelled so much better. I bought a new doggy bed and a couple of doggy toys.

Today I came into this location with my dog to get a bag of dog food for him, I am standing in line where a random lady started saying keep your filthy dog away from me (he was doing literally absolutely nothing but sitting by my side on his leash) while in PETSMART saying I am allergic and your dog is disgusting all while theres other dogs in the store, and in the adoption center.As this Karen is going off on me and accusing me of abusing my dog because he was flinching. First off He is an emotional support animal fully documented and all and he sees me in distress and he cant react to or help me… As I am going through this the cashier does nothing, says nothing, Manager on duty comes out and does nothing and says nothing to stop the situation. I feel on the staff side this was unacceptable and not professional for Petsmart… I have been a manager for 12 years in different companies.. My staff, or myself would never allow a customer to go off on another customer let alone call their dog disgusting and filthy IN A PET STORE with OTHER DOGS… I am going to report this corporate as I am definitely going to amazon now for my dog food.. To the bright pink haired cashier, you should learn how to step in situations and defend someone that you see was doing absolutely nothing. To the manager on duty, the best part is you stood behind a door listening and then came out and did nothing but stop and watch.. Great job PetSmart and the safe environment you bring for pets and pet parents.. We do not feel welcomed or safe in your stores 👍🏽
