Our two dogs went in healthy, staff told us kennel cough going around when we picked them up. Sure enough, and $400 in vet bills later, our dogs came down with kennel cough. Don't think any protocols were followed to minimize spread as our vet said other dogs from here came down with it. I would find somewhere else

Staff very friendly and went above and beyond to help me and my fur-baby. They have different boarding options like any pet hotel has. Each package includes a little more services like play time or treats or bath at the end of the stay. Just depends on what your budget is. Love how they have the play time so the pup isn't cooped up in a kennel all day. Will be using them for all future boarding needs.

Excellent care and friendly staff for our 20 pound Cocker/Poodle mix. She stayed 5 nights and she ate, played, was fed well. Happy we found this place!

I use this place when I'm out of town or in hospital. Seems a safe, clean, reliable, trustworthy place. My Golden Retriever is in a good mood when I pick her up.

Boarding your dogs is never easy, but if you have to, this place is great. It is inside of the pet store, so constant supervision, which is good.

These people have no idea how to treat Dogs!!!!! Don't take your dogs here unless you want them to be returned in very poor conditions!!! Very sad!!!
