Had an appointment today today 5-4-24At 10:30am. After waiting 20 minutes no one acknowledged, I was there. So I walked out. Who needs customer service like this. Marks st. Store Henderson Nevada. I would praise the Corporate manager if they would fire the whole staff in that store. People walking past that work.There just looking at me and just keep walking. Asked the cashier twice For someone to help me. That's why I walked out. I guess the store doesn't need the money.

I recently bought the two juvenile bearded dragons from this Petco and they both looked sickly. That is the main reason I wanted them both, I work with exotics everyday at my job (vet assistant). They both have heavily stuck shed around their mouths. Possible upper respiratory per the doctors I work with. The workers didn’t seem too concerned when I brought up my concerns about their health so I purchased them both only asked if I wanted to hold them before they went home with me. I do not plan to give them back I will get them the care they need.

The clerk I asked help from was rather rude and short with me. I asked her where an item was, she impatiently told me (there were no other customers around) where to look instead of actually helping me find it.When I explained I'd already looked there, she rudely insisted that's where it was. I went and looked again to no avail.On my way out of the store, I found it on an end rack but was so frustrated I decided to go elsewhere.

I took my miniature dachshund cannoli to go get his nails, trimmed without an appointment. Char the groomer was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of cannoli! Outstanding customer service, and was so helpful and kind. I will be back!!! Thank you so much Char!!

I think everyone should have a pet I have had a lot of them I have bought them toys and food it makes me sad to think of all the pets that have passed on it was nice when they were with us petco has a lot of items for the pets you have now I have a little zoo fish dogs cat birds I need a lot of things to keep them happy petco will help you find what you need to keep your little family happy health and alive love them keep them safe and they will make you happy have fun and enjoy your pets petco will help you

Dead fish in the filters, not big enough tanks . Literal bare minimum done for these animals. Told a clerk about the dead fish, and he said they know they haven't gotten to it yet... makes you wonder how long the dead fish have been in there. The betta fish were extremely stressed, and some had deteriorating fins...

I have had great experiences with getting my dogs groomed with Jerry! She so kind and treats my dogs so good! Today I went I. To get my dogs and saw there was a shot clinic, I was thinking I couldn’t do it due to I had all my dogs done! The Manager of the store offered to help! He was so kind, he reassured me he and Jerry could help . Thank you so much for helping me. You both went above and beyond to help me. Also I am so glad I have your pet rewards, you save me alot every time I get them done!

I went to go get dog food and dog treats. Was greeted when I entered the store. Store is easy to navigate around. Easily found what I needed. Check out was very easy. I was offered sample treats for my dog. Which my dog enjoys. Great experience. Thank you.

I made a yelp account just to tell my experience at this store! I purchased a puppy today for my three kids. I went into PETCO to speak to someone about what I would possibly need. Ashley helped me and was very informative. I asked her where a particular crate was. When she showed me the crate inside the store I noticed that it was $119.99 however online it said $54. Ashley was very nice and said she will give me the online price no problem! I let her know I was still shopping and she gladly picked up the crate and held it upfront for me. As I complete my shopping I leave the store. An hour later I checked the receipt and notice she forgot to give me the online price. I called the store and asked to speak with Ashley. Nolla said she was gone for the day. I continued and told Nolla that Ashley forgot to give me the online price. Nolla was SO NASTY!! She immediately told me with an attitude that it was nothing she can do for me unless she looks at the box. Her attitude was so NASTY!!! She basically told me she wasn’t going to give me back my money. I asked her for her name then she immediately hung up on me. I called back she hung up again. I called back she hung up again!! So I got in my car and drove down there. As I’m at the light she calls me back and says “Is this Amber”. I said “Is this the women who doesn’t want to give me her name” I really don’t know what she said after that but I hung up on her. I pulled in and walked inside the store. I asked an employee where the manager was and what is her name and the employee said “I don’t know because I just met her” then Nolla walked up. She was completely different on the phone. She actually tried to use some Customer service however she KEPT TALKING OVER ME. I told her I am the customer and I want her to listen to what I have to say. However, she did not. She walked away from me and I told her to call security. She said she would BUT NEVER DID. I took out my phone and recorded the situation. Basically, they tried to steal my money. But after I started recording her she told me she would give me the crate for $54 bucks.I made this yelp account just to review this store. WHAT A HORRIBLE FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE. I’m embarrassed I had to escalate to that just to get my money back. Nolla - You need to take a class on customer service!! Obviously you’re new! I hope someone did a reference check on her because giving her the job before she is so unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills.

I typically love Petco but today i visited for the vaccine clinic and goodness what a disaster. First off, don’t even bother making an appointment cause they just make you wait in line with everyone else. My appointment was at 10:30 and didn’t get seen until 11:15. There were 4 dogs ahead of us and everyone else was a walk in. They didn’t care. I didn’t end up getting the vaccine cause the line was ridiculous for an appointment. They also smush you into the back corner to wait in line while people are shopping the products behind you because they legit set this up in an aisle in the way of product. Never again. I used to groom my dog here too but wow today was an experience I’ll think otherwise next time

Always greeted with a friendly hello and helpful employees if I can't find what I need. Store is clean, pet friendly, and will stocked. The pictures I shared our of my boy Kismet and his bag of birthday cookies if you register online and give your pets information, you always get an email with a nice birthday greeting for them and a coupon for a nice treat!

This was so cool. I guess there is some kind of cricket shortage, this was the 4th pet store. We had two leapard ghecko eggs. Accidentally killed their mother raking. We kept them for about 65 days. One hatched, could not believe it. So had to run to Petco for crickets and advice. I cannot remember the girls name, she was an amazing help. Got the the smallest crickets. Saved me so much time, money, and frustration. Thanks to her the family had a great day!
