I have been buying treats and food for my dog at this store since they opened. Recent experience has been very disappointing. I bought two packages of no hide bones and after opening them they were covered with mold . I returned one for exchange and they would not accept it although I have an account with them . It is $9.99 per package not a big deal but if the look up my account I they can see that I have been spending good and amount of money with them. They lady at counter refuse to look up my account . I don’t like the customer service. I can buy the same treats on Amazon for next delivery but I was trying to help a small business in my neighborhood. I guess I am going to back shopping at Amazon as returns are easy and no questions asked.

Infested product, damaged product, absent owners, and burnt out employees. Dog outlet would never. These people are not compliant with the law. They are not ADA friendly. They double charged my wife and wouldnt fix it, they told us we could have store credit. Why would we want store credit when their machine double charged us more than once? They dont care about the customers, just their money. They cant even turn the heat on in there. Its pathetic. The really nice girl that worked there, the reason we started shopping there, no longer works there. Its only gone downhill since.

Good pet store for leather dog toys that I haven’t found anywhere else. Our dog loves them and chews on them for weeks.

Watch out for bugs! There all over the treats and food the owners and management know and don’t care!

Nice small store with diverse selection. They will special order what you need if they don't have it. Friendly staff. Convenient location for Anthem and Inspirada residents.
