They lied and said to bring my dog in after I told them that my dog was a bit snippy they said to bring him and they had a really good groomer that would still groom him so I brought him in although I live 40 minutes away I brought him in the next morning and got up early for the groomer to be skittish and tell me she won't even try with him if he is snippy. Wasted my time and gas. Poor service. Would not recommend the groomers or the place to my worst enemy.

Its a Sacks 5th Avenue for Dogs and Cats. My Dogs love EVERY SINGLE thing I purchase them from there, plus they have these treats that I purchase from there and I promise all the dogs in the neighborhood are at my door 3 to 4 days a week.I'm glad I found this store, and if you go there you and your pet will love it too.And these are are a few items I've purchased from there. I have a Teacup Yorkie, a Deer Chihuahua and a 2 year old Rockwilder. And the Rockwilder loves her toys and the 3 of them love the treats. Anf the best thing is the treats are homemade, no grease😊🐾

No one would ever have a bad thing to say about the staff, the owner, the groomers , the products. everything is high quality, good animal lovers, I love the owner, if you need advice , this is where you go, if you want the best products and food, this is worth the drive. Sheba , my Golden knows when I say HappEDog, she runs to the door.

Excellant grooming & treats are amazing. Free samples of dog foods they sell. I got 3 bags of Gullet treats last visit & a can of pumpkin, I took my friend in today.Can't wait to try samples of dog food. My dog is very picky. Full moon chicken jerky 4 ingredients, chicken jerky Costco 2 ingredients, Beef Gullet 1 ingredient, Pigs ears 1 ingredient, i get those treats eles were i have to shop atound to get treats that have few ingredients and are USA made. Homemade pork&apple & chicken sticks they make freash there.But People Beef jerky are her favorite at most grocery stores.I give away lots of treats they wont eat.Now she has a variety. I keep trying new things.Im slowly doing away with treats that have 4 or more ingredients; I keep ingredients down to a few.The Groomer was attentive & listen to what I had to say, put her in a playpen instead of a cage.Unlike Petco who put her in a cage & ripped out her nail then I had to take her to the vet but keep apologizing.They did not offer to pay for anything.You also pay extra for each thing at petsmart & petco you have done. Now you pay extra here,my neice brings her dog here had to pay extra to have inside of paws trimmed.If you read the reviews on either petsmart or Petco you will see how bad the grooming is.I didn't read reviews, before taking her there. "Shame on me".She can't talk to tell me whats happening to her. I read all reviews on any place i bring her now.You can watch your dog being groomed my dog was less than 2 hours. You NO longer can watch your dog being groomed even before covid. I will have to call about my dogs nose not being trimmed quickest way to rot there teeth is the hair in there mouth tangling around the teeth.but I posted pics. As I go back each time service is worce. The treats they have are foreign and not much in the way of healthy, there were No one or two ingredients kind of treats that are usa made here. And grooming was so bad i had to bring them back in they forgot to do one dogs paws and under arm of the other had a few knots. So i have stoped going completely. And my aunt that took her dog she stoped way before me.

Absolutely loved this place and the 2 darling ladies that own it. They helped me find the right food for the Dalmatian I was fostering. They have such an amazing selection of food, snacks and toys. They also do grooming. If I didnt already have a groomer I'd bring my maltipoo rescue here. It took me a month to find the groomer I do use. Not all pup salons are the same...I visited a few that I wouldn't let wash my car let alone my animal. Just saying.

Cute place. We're from a small town in the east and we have no small pet stores especially that sell organic and original toys and treats. Got some lamb lungs and a couple unique toys for our 2 GSDs and the lady at the counter was super nice.

I have four dogs that I bring here and they always get pretty good haircuts. I've seen the odd missed spot here and there once in a while but overall the dogs look great. My only complaint about this place and all groomers in general is that it's hard for working people to drop off their dogs and pick them up in the time frames they allow. And with them being closed on Sundays the Saturday appointments are always booked. I'm finding it very hard to get in to drop off my dogs and pick them up in between my work hours. I would hate to switch. I wish there was a groomers that was open in the evenings for people who work the Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00 type thing. As for the posts about the women being rude, I highly doubt it. They've always been very friendly to me. It makes me wonder if it was something the customer did to trigger a bad interaction. Like the entitled guy who refused to wear a mask. I'm happy to support the owners because they enforce the mask mandates. I forgot to wear my mask one time running out of the car to drop off the dogs and they reminded me to put my mask on. I was happy that they did that.

We take our dog there to get washed and trimmed and nails taken care of. They're always friendly and professional. The place looks really small from the outside but they have a good selection of food and treats for your dog plus they make stuff fresh there also like homemade dog treats

Every employee has treated both my dog and myself with respect, kindness, and care. Leo looks oh-so-fine after grooming and loves their entire variety of baked treats, while I am happy to have found a great grooming facility with a healthy pet bakery. This place and it's people are excellent!

My first time at Hap E Dog. This place is the best of the best. Staff were friendly, pleasant and hard working.The place was quite busy but they are on top of their responsibilities making sure the pets were taken care of.I love this place very much esp the Groomer, Ceres. She gave me vital information on how to take care ofvmy pet.She had done a great job esp on what I needed to know on how to take care of my beloved pet, Mochi. I was very pleased and happy after I transfered grooming to this place.I highly recommend this place.

This is such a neat store! They helped me find the right grooming tools for my poodles. Their doggie baked goods are good...apparently. The dogs seemed to really enjoy them. I will definitely shop there again.

The Dog Store I love for my dogs. I go here and buy CBD for Peanut and Doggie treats for 5 other dogs. They all love it too. The 1st time going I brought small cupcakes. They had chocolate on top, but not real chocolate. Gave it to the dogs I give treats too and had to tell each owner where they came from and also they were safe. From that day I've been going once a week and won't stop either !!!

Very nice family owned grooming salon and barkery. The employees are always friendly and ready to help or ask any questions you may have. The store's location is very convenient and not too busy shopping center which is a huge plus. The grooming salon is very clean and they do great cuts on dogs of all kinds. They are very reasonably priced which is nice for a family owned business. The groomers and great and shoutout to Lindi (The Owner) beyond friendly and really appreciates your business. Thank you!

Well, this store is just a really fun place to go! They really love all of the animals that they take care of. Perfect place to find just the right toys, healthy food, snacks, baked treats, hard to find specialty items like life jackets and boots, etc. etc. They also have a grooming spa!

The owner spent a lot of time with me helping me find the right product and foods to try for my dog! She was so knowledgeable about he products and was so helpful! She makes her own treats and baked goods for dogs! They even have CBD treats and all sorts of specialty things and carry the healthiest natural products for you pet! You wont find a more personable or caring grooming service in all of the valley! Everyone here is so nice and caring and when it comes to pups and pooches, theres no one more knowledgeable! Sometimes ill stop in just to get some of their homemade jerky treats for my little four legged friend, who goes absolutely bonkers for them! A wonderful young lady named Aries always helps me out and shes always so polite, knowledgeable and never hesitant to answer any questions I may have on something. All in all i would highly recommend this spot if you are a dog lover! You wont regret it!

Groomer did a horrible job and when I brought my dog back in to get fixed, groomer had a bad attitude and grabbed my dog roughly. Owner was also rude even after admitting originally that I was correct in regards to the length I wanted it cut. But then turned it around in store and acted like I was wrong and took groomers side. I've never been treated so bad ever! Don't bring your dogs here. They do a lousy job anyways. RESPONSE TO OWNER... NO, I just decided to finally say something regarding the level of customer service I failed to receive and warn other dog parents about your business.

My boyfriend and I were there for a Cat Adoption event..they had a 'Secret Santa' special (buy one get one cat free (Adoption fees), or one cat: Adoption fee was 50% off- very good deal!) going on; their were mostly bonded pairs, we adopted 2 very cute young cats (15 months old): one was Grey and white and the other black and white (we re-named them 'Paulie and 'Mickey'..the lady that runs the cat rescue agency was super nice: she brought the 2 cats to our place (she had to do a home check..which is Awesome..so glad they do that alot more now, with all the heartless people who neglect and abuse animals...shame on them!) ..it didn't take the cats that long to adjust (just 2 days)..they are best cats ever..we couldn't ask for better cats!

Unfortunately this place is still pushing mask hysteria. When I pulled up and saw the sign that masks are required regardless of vaccination status, I was like NOPE, I’ll instead go down to 800 dog supplies, while I sat there looking at something on my phone and the place had no customers inside, one of the employees walks in with the mask not covering her nose or mouth… yup. It’s too bad for them, I happily supported this small business in the past, but my wallet is not gonna support this nonsense any longer.

Wonderful mom n pop shop with excellent variety of specialty items as well as good foundation of staples. Prices are fair and the service is outstanding. A pleasure to visit this place. They also host some wonderful pet adoption events on a regular basis with pet rescue.

The only grooming place for my picky dog, as she hates getting wet and the groomers at Hap-E-Dog understand and treat her gently during her baths and brushing sessions. The staff are so friendly, and the store also gas a great selection of treats, food, supplies, etc. for your furry friends.

I can't say enough about this place! My Dexter loves everyone who works in this perfect boutique. They have the best food options - and they have samples of the dry food if you want to try something new. We did a taste test in my house before buying our last bag of food to see which flavor was the favorite. The owner makes her own treats so you know your four legged friend is getting only the best ingredients. They have options for safe chew sticks instead of that awful rawhide you get other places. Hap-E-Dog has toys, leashes, harnesses, shampoos and all of the items you need to pamper your pooch. And speaking of pamering.....you can give your baby the spa treatment in their grooming center. Just a few days ago we walked in and got a quick facial and mani/pedi for our fellow....we were in and out in less than 20 minutes and he looks super handsome. The care and love these folks show our Dex is second to none. Stop by and tell them Dexter sent you!!

My vet described my dog as the happiest dog she's ever seen because he continued to wag his tail even while she was inducing vomiting for his chocolate theft; but, my dog was very stressed and upset at Hap-E-Dog. After a lengthy discussion with the groomer, I was made to feel his suffering was my fault due to my improper brushing. They had to cut his hair shorter than I wanted, so I suggested that they inspect the pet and determine whether the requested style can be fulfilled before taking him in. I paid them and left without tipping. This was my first visit and my dog and I didn't leave happy. I think they missed an opportunity to keep me as a customer.

Aries was a huge help both on the phone and in store when I needed help deciding on a new food for my favorite pup! I will definitely be coming back for more goodies in the future. Lovely store with lovely staff!
