Caroline is amazing, always friendly and seems genuinely happy to see us as regulars.I wash my dog there a couple times a month and he loves coming in.Facility is easy to use and has always been clean when we show up.If you wash you own dog check it our we love it.

Twice in a row, not able to take my dog in for self-wash. Once, because they told us the self-wash closes at 4:30 over the phone (business closes at 6) and after confirming no one else was there, asked if they could take us if we arrived 10 minutes after that due to distance from us. "Nope, try again after the weekend." Tried again, Tuesday...called but no one answered. Decided to drive down and showed up at 3:50...now there's a drainage issue in the self-service area. Decent enough facilities when they're working, but not sure if I'll be back again. Depends if my partner decides it's worth the headache.

I ♡ this place! I've never used their dog sitting or grooming services but the self wash doggy wash is great.I have 130# Blk Lab that sheds like crazy.In the summer months I can wash him outdoors but still have a huge clean up after and I don't even attempt it indoors.The Family Paw has a self wash room with 2 seperate metal tubs,shampoos,comditioners,ear cleaners,nail trimmers,scrubbys,furminators,brushes,combs,aprons,and towels all included for under $15.It's a great deal and someone else cleans up when you're done.One last thing to mention is each tub has an entry door and both stairs and a ramp to get your dog into them.Moving my dog when he doesn't want to go is like trying to move a mountain but w/ the ramp it was doable. 😉👍

78 year old woman dropped her Shih Tzu off for a full package. Picked him up with half the body trimmed, head untouched, nails untouched. They proceeded to charge the woman full price anyway. Upon return to ask why, staff didn't care and the groomer stated he was trembling. Trembling is a VERY COMMON OCCURANCE in pet salons. Shows lack of experience, compassion and patience. Perhaps too many dogs assigned to the groomer. Either way, NEVER again.

Took my golden doodle to wash him myself, and it was an excellent experience!!There are 2 manual cleaning stations, and they have most of everything you need (just bring your grooming brush an extra towel, and and cotton for your dog's ears).

O.M.G!!!! If you are EVER stuck in Vegas with your babies (and they are able to be around other puppies) You MUST take them here! Last minute check in all they needed was shot records! They were AMAZING!!! I was so happy to leave my babies there had no problems! I even ended up with pics from their visit!!! Totally recommend!! And hey if you live in Henderson and you need a new doggy daycare... I totally suggest trying this place! I will totally use them again if we're in the area!!! So wonderful!!

I went in yesterday for a dog self-wash and the person who helped me was so kind and helpful that I knew he must be an owner. He really knows how to run a business and treat customers.My dog is a mental case, so I have to bathe her myself. I've used several self-wash locations in town but theres always one issue or another. Everything about Family Paw's self-wash is great. It's back in a separate room so dogs can't bolt. The tubs are against a wall, limiting escape options for dogs planning to jump out. Everything you need (water, shampoo, towels, brushes, blow dryer) is within arms reach. They have a machine that sprays either just water, or a mix of water and shampoo, which seriously cut down on the amount of time it took me to bathe the dog (the bath was done in 15 minutes, took me another 10 min to blow dry).We had a great experience and Family Paw definitely earned a new customer.

This is a great place to take your dogs, very professional and clean. I was greeting at the door by the owner Justin, He explained everything and answer all my questions. I have the opportunity to have my dog groomed by Kelley, she is awesome!very gentle and kind, she took the time to made sure he was comfortable. She did a great job, My dog look amazing!100% recommended Family Paws. 🐾😊

I asked about a last minute 2 night stay and they were very accommodating. Also, very friendly and welcoming considering my pup can be a little temperamental and difficult at times. He definitely had a great stay and didn't want to leave when my husband picked him up. The price was quite affordable. I will definitely be using them for any future travel plans.

Facility seemed old and kinda run down. It served it purpose but I was charged $13 per dog to wash my own dog. Kinda high for the quality of facility. Staff was friendly but smoking outside and made the whole lot stink. Not what I want my pets being around. Won’t come back.

I highly recommend this place! From when we dropped off our two dogs to when we picked them up they had the best time and we had an amazing experience with the staff. We set up everything over the phone and email which was very convenient and the check in and out process was exceptionally fast. Not to mention every person we met was clearly an animal person and super friendly. For the high quality of service and the establishment it’s also very affordable. Thanks for treating our girls like your own, family paw!

We travel full time so sometimes have to find kennels in different places. This can be a bit stressful for us and our dogs. Family Paw in Henderson was a great find. Left our pups for 3 nights while we were in Vegas. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Shared pics of our pups interacting with others and set our minds at ease that they were handling the experience well. Picked up 2 clean [free bath with 3 night stay] happy pups at the end. Will definitely use them again when in the area!

Suck a cute, warm little place for my fur baby. We had so much fun with bath time today. They have everything you need for a doggy spa day. The owners and staff are thoughtful and kind. I enjoyed chatting with them. We even got a tour of the daycare and boarding areas. My pup can’t wait to go play.

Wish I found this place a lot sooner. I got the okay to give my dog her first bath since having surgery and I was able to get right in for a self wash. All the supplies were ready to go and they even give you an apron so you don't get soaked which is a nice touch. The facility was clean and staff was very helpful. I'll definitely be back for future grooming.

Took my 2 big dogs there for the first time. They stayed 3 nights and we rarely board them. They sent me pics at the end of each day and gave me an update. I love that they got exit baths and came home happy and clean! Family run operation which I always prefer to support as well. Reasonably priced.

Please stop booking upwards of 10-25 dogs for one groomer. Alert customers if you are behind and cancel late afternoon appointments for grooming. Own up to mistakes and be transparent. Help customers reschedule with special consideration if these mistakes happen.Please don’t try to monetize at the cost of customers free time and at the expense of their dogs comfort.First time there. My furry friend, boyfriend and I had an appointment at 11 am. Showed up on time, was told to wait for the groomer. Waited to speak to said person for at least five minutes. Kind of weird but understandable once she tells us they had 17 dogs with everyone being boarded there and groomed. Thought that was a lot of dogs to have at one time but knew I had heard at least two groomers names when I had scheduled.I showed the picture of how I like my dog’s hair cut in an interaction I felt to be less than enthusiastic. Again no biggie. She tells us she will be in touch when he’s ready.Three hours pass. I call to check on my bud around 2:10 pm. I had not heard from Family Paw so I had to look up the number again. I wait about 2 minutes on the phone for the check-in attendant to tell me there are still “a few” dogs before my dog (who hadn’t even been brushed, let alone groomed). I tell her I would be there shortly to get him.When I arrive, there’s a lady checking out. And two gentleman with a small dog in one of their laps. I wait for the transaction to finish and the counter attendant to take a phone call. I ask for my dog and the lady says: “I’m sorry” but not much else. When she opens the door to the back I see an employee in the back scrolling on her phone.I didn’t have to pay since my dog wasn’t even brushed in the nearly 4 hours he was there. I did tell the two patrons sitting in the lobby about the situation. I didn’t stay to find out if they left their dog to be groomed or not.

Family Paw is a great place to do your own dog washing! We brought our husky here for the first time today and had a nice experience. The only thing . you need to bring is your dog...they supply the walk-in tub, towels, aprons, brushes, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer and ear cleaning supplies. It couldn't have been easier and we left with a great-looking dog! Danielle at the front dest was super helpful too!

Everyone at Family Paw is wonderful! My dog Sani had her first full grooming session ever with Kelley and she was so sweet and started off the process with us all together. She really went above and beyond to make sure my dog would be comfortable being left there and when I came back later to pick up my Sani, she was shiny, clean and relaxed! I can’t recommend this place highly enough! We definitely will be back again and again!

We picked up our new dog from the animal shelter on Saturday and later that same day we came to Family Paw. Kelley Stillings was the groomer and she came out, sat on the floor and introduced herself to our new, skittish pet. She noticed a sore on his backside and said it would be best to wait till Monday before any grooming & washing was to be done so that it wouldn't cause any harm to his sore. but she took him back and cleaned his eyes and trimmed around his nose and eyebrows. We came back on Monday and she said it was still too soon since the wound needed to heal more. We brought him back on Saturday and she did a wonderful job with our new pet. Kelley is very concerned about the dogs safety & well-being. She noticed some possible trouble areas with his ears, and she was very cautious & conscientious in those areas and she explained to us why she was so cautious. We will bring our dog back only to Family Paw and we will always request Kelley since she has earned our trust and our dog's trust as well.

Friendly staff affordable pricing I love that I am able to take my own shampoo and conditioner Tubs are a great height so there's no need for me to bend over and strain my back. Been there twice and I will definitely keep coming back. Oh & they have a loyalty punch card.

My puppies are very happy with Family Paw. I left them for 2 weeks and they were both physically healthy and jolly when I came to pick them up. Family members were able to check up on them and play with them for sometime while the staff gave updates on how they were doing. I’m very happy with Family Paw and will certainly bring my babies back. 👍🏻🤩😍

Family Paw is a full service pet facility. They offer day care, boarding, and full grooming services. They also rent the bathing tubs so you can self wash your dog if you choose (they provide soap, conditioner, towels, and blow dryer). All their prices are very reasonable. I've taken both my JRT's there for full service bath (nails, glands, bath, blow dry) and I'm completely pleased with the results. The dogs enjoyed their time there and were happy and stress free when I picked them up. I can highly recommend Family Paw.

I brought my dog there to get groomed. She was matted but we didn’t want to cut much of her. I specifically asked for booties, and her face and tail to stay how they are. I come back and she is almost bald. No booties. And the her face and tail are unevenly cut. The excuse for no booties. Was a dog barked the both jumped and she shaved her front foot. Seriously!! I get accidents happen but you are in a dog place there will be dogs barking. But there’s nothing we can do except not go back

I boarded my three cats and could not have been happier with the care they recieved. They came home happy and well adjusted. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to board their precious cats.

My wife and I have had our dogs around 10 years, we are very particular about who grooms them, we tried out the self wash center, staff was very helpful, very clean, they had all the soaps and brushes available, they made us feel welcome, and the price is unbeatable. I have never boarded my pets before. I have a cat Joli and a dog Jackson. I left my babies in the care of the staff at Family Paw for 20 days. I came back to happy and healthy pets. I couldn't have taken care of them better. I am so impressed with Family Paw. I would recommend them to anyone. A big thanks to everyone at Family Paw!
