I always find staff friendly, helpful, and informative. Recently, I was informed that a regular food purchase was subject to recall and, therefore, not available to buy. It didn't occur to me that previous purchases some weeks before might be suspect. I was told they would honor exchange even though product was no longer in original packaging. Upon the next visit, this was fulfilled. I also like the pricing and the free bag after sufficient purchases. Genuinely nice people.

Not only do they have some of the best prices in all pet supplies but you can match saving with their quantity bonuses ( buy 10 get one free, and build points that you turn into $ off). Staff is knowledgeable and kind, they give great recommendations.

Best dog store in town, and there's a few locations in the valley! Great quality and options for dog food, treats, shampoo, and toys. The store is pet- friendly, so leashed dogs are welcome. The value and cost is great for those who have multiple pets.

I really like this store! TONS of different brands of high quality dog food, supplements, CBD oil. I haven't compared online prices because I prefer to support local.. but everything seemed reasonable. Shout out to Bri and Cody for being SO helpful - these people know what they're doing and had great answers to all my questions... and each spent a lot of time to get me what I needed for my complicated dogs. I had a great experience. Spent a million bucks, but got exactly what I came for!

This is the place to go for your dogs. They have tons of treats and toys, and the very best selection of dogfood. From kibble, to patties, to freeze/air dried, to cans, they have it all. Staffed with compationate, knowledgeable people, they are ready to help you with your furry friend! Won't go anywhere else.

Really awesome staff here… they were super understanding, patient and helped accommodate us while we were on vacation. Long story short, we placed a stroller on hold over the phone, and coincidently, someone came in right around the same time and was sold that stroller by accident. They literally sent someone from a different location to bring a stroller down to that store for us to buy. It was awesome service! I recommend stopping here. On a whole other note, they stock some amazing stuff here. Definitely some of the best brands around…

I have been coming here for a while. Every time I come here the staff is so helpful. This time I asked for samples to try with my dog since she is a picky eater. After a few days I came back and returned the food I initially bought and bought the food my dog liked. The transaction was so easy and painless. I don’t think I will be getting dog food anywhere else.

Love this store!!! They have sooooo many toys and different dog foods to choose from wet or dry and of course treats!!! They do have a small cat section but it's mainly dog stuff. They also have a section of like vitamins/medical stuff, accessories like leashes, harnesses, dog shoes and dog beds. I went it the other day to get my pups some snout soother from Natural Dog Company. My Aliesters getting older (11 years old) and with age comes dry nose so I've learned. An this stuff is pretty awesome!! I love how it comes in this travel size. It's the same size as a chapstick but they also have it in like a travel sized deodorant like stick. You've most likely seen this product on Instagram or Facebook. They also have there other products like Paw Protector, Paw Soother and Skin Soother. If you haven't checked this store out then you definitely should!!! I believe they have 4 different locations here around Vegas!!! They also have a cool rewards system we're you can earn points towards store credit. And also sometimes they have this dog groomer come in that will trim your dogs nails for free by appointment only!!! (You should definitely tip of course!!) You find this in there store emails you get from signing up for there rewards program. But that's just another awesome thing about this place so definitely check them out!!!

We absolutely love this place!! The employees are very well educated on pet food, so if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask. They also have a great rewards system for their customers- rack those points up and you could get $60 off! Depending on which brand of food you’re buying, they also have a rewards system. For Stella & Chewy for example, every 6th bag you buy is free (which is easy to make happen if you have more than one dog). We always have a great time coming here, I can’t recommend it enough! My only recommendation is expanding the cat section a little bit more.

PetSmart closed today at 7pm, and I am so glad they did! This store is absolutely phenomenal! The people here helped me choose a better food for my doggo, so absolutely friendly and helpful, huge selection of treats and food, supplements, way more than the regular chain stores. You stole a customer for life, and I'm telling everyone I know that has a pet about you guys. Thank you for being better than the rest! My little guy is family to me, and meeting people who care just as much as I do means so much!

Love this store for my baby girl! They have just about everything you need for your fur baby. All top rated foods and treats. And tons of toys! They have a point system to earn free stuff too! If you have a fur baby, do them a favor and visit a store!
