I love how easy it is to have my cats' food delivered and how their employees call me to see if I am ready to order! Honestly, I am now completely spoiled not ever having to go buy cat food at the store (even though you can also shop in person). The owner is super nice and helpful as well. On a number of occasions we have discussed different food options from different suppliers and she sends free samples to see how my cats like them before committing to purchase. In a day and age where mom and pop shops are closing, and even big box stores are struggling to complete with online sellers, we all must support local, family run businesses who embody the true concept of customer service. If you want to still have the option for talking to real humans, the ability to go into a brick & mortar store, supporting your neighbor's businesses, support local and try out this pet shop. You won't be disappointed and neither will your furry friends! Mine even like the free box that comes with each delivery!

Free dog food delivery!!! and they sell Kangaroo I came by the store today and Deborah was super friendly and knowledgeable about dog food nutrition. I would highly recommend that dog owners come by to see the variety of products they have and to sign up for the free dog food delivery.

This place is amazing! Whenever we have needed to make a change or find ourselves running low on food earlier than anticipated, the team here has always come to our family’s rescue. I have been a customer ever since COVID, and I remember thinking how genius this service is: my regular supply of dog food delivered directly to my door. And they never disappoint! Convenient, easy, friendly, and local. I really recommend them to anyone who leads a busy life.

I signed up for the dog food delivery and received the food to my doorstep the next day. Delivery was free and it came with a little treat attached to the dog food bag. I would recommend this especially if you want to save time and energy carrying the heavy dog food bags.Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.Christmas time they had free pictures with Grinch, which came out awesome.

Not only is it convenient so I don't have to make the extra trip to the Vet and lug a big bag of food home but their prices are an incredible value as well. Always professional service! Every time I call to pause an order or get an order early they are very good at taking care of it! I forgot to call two days ago and they delivered for me last night! I love there service and staff. I used Chewy before and will never go back. The store is close to my house and has some amazing products in it! My boys love the Canine Cavier line! I first discovered Dog Food 2 My Door last fall and new I would like to have their services. The staff there is knowledgeable about the products they offer, every delivery was delivered as promised.Unfortunately we had to put our Westie down the day after Christmas and I knew our other little dog wasn't going to be going through nearly as much food as we did before. They were very compassionate and understanding of the situation and suspending my service was no problem.Maggie, our Schnauzer had just recently stopped eating the food we had been giving her so I returned the bag to the store in exchange for something else. They young lady that was working on Friday was so sweet and helpful. Returning the unused product was not a problem.Thank you for your awesome service!

The best!Friendly and knowledgeable!They also carry all the brands of food for our dogs to keep them healthy! No garbage!!I particularly love the V-dog kinder kibble brand for my little frenchie. They have sensitive stomachs and this food has been a game changer! Not an easy food to find either!I recommend them to the world!!!

Dog Food 2 My Door not only offers a variety of high-quality dog foods to choose from, but makes feeding your pets convenient with their delivery of that food right to your door (hey, it's all in the name!). The owner is very considerate and is consistent with notifying you of when your order will be delivered. She is also able to adjust your order as needed based on your circumstances. For instance, if you're running out of food too quickly, she can move up your delivery to ensure you don't run out. Also, their billing is very transparent so you always know what you're paying for and how much you're being charged.I can't say enough good things about Dog Food 2 My Door, because I've been using them for a year now and it is so much more convenient than having to go to the pet store yourself and shop for the food you need. It's also no more expensive than going to the pet store and buying the food yourself. I get all the convenience of the food delivery without any added cost, and it really does make a huge difference. Plus, their customer service is excellent.If you're in the Las Vegas/Henderson area and your schedule is hectic, I'd definitely recommend Dog Food 2 My Door for all your pet food needs. Debra Heitzman, the store owner, is very easy to work with and very accommodating. I love both her and her company! 5 stars all the way!

This service is invaluable! Taking one extra errand off the list may not seem like much but it definitely does when its last minute and youve forgotten how much dog food was left- leaving your wife and 3 kids to have to go buy some while you are at work. We’ve been happy customers since they opened and plan on using their service until we no longer have animals. Dog Food 2 My Door is the best pet supply shop ever! I just moved from Virginia and did not think I would find a shop as good as the one back home. Dog Food 2 My Door continutes to exceed my expectations. The staff is extremely knowledgable and extremely friendly. They all go above and beyond to help me with my pet's needs. A friendly local store for all kinds of high quality dog food. They carry raw food and raw goats milk. Plus they have many free samples and you can return food if it doesn't work for your dog. They will provide free delivery too but I like going into the store to browse. Conveniently located next to a Butcher Block store if you want to pick up bones/chicken feet for making bone broth.
