Went there to get my dog groomed. Suni is the best groomer there. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time to make sure that the groom is perfect. I have a whooly husky, and it is hard finding a groomer who knows how to groom them, let alone know how to treat them. She's been grooming my dog since he has been 4 months old, and he loves her. She is the best. Book with Suni today if you want your dog to look amazing!!

I’m so impressed with this place! Everyone is so nice. I brought my special needs dog older dog to Suni for nails, my dog is quite a handful, and she was so awesome with her! I honestly lied about her age because no one would take a dog over 12. Suni said they are happy to help older dogs. I was so impressed with the quality work she did and care that she showed. The store is great too, lots of amazing and healthy options. The prices are competitive also. There are so many kind people who work there as well. Highly recommend.

Funny thing about talking to random strangers at a dog park is that you get the opportunity to share information. I was out with my Old English Sheepdog puppy and was chatting with someone who said they recommended At Your Service for grooming. Turns out, this is the place to go for an Old English Sheepdog in Las Vegas for multiple reasons. For one, the master groomer on site absolutely adores the breed. Second, one of the owners ran a rescue for the breed for a long time. Third, the service is excellent! I have been there a few times now with my puppy and I am very pleased with the results and the care he gets. A strong recommendation! Ask about military veterans program as well.

I have a blue and gold macaw. Very few pet stores have supplies for bigger birds. The staff at At Your Service knows all about big bird pet care and have given me great tips as this is my first bird.

They have a helpful and engaging staff, great variety, and even a walk-in freezer for raw food. While $3 for a single pig ear is a bit much ($1 each is what used I'm used to), they are 5* in everything else.

At Your Service Pet Supplies in Henderson, NV is a great place to find quality pet food and supplies that you cannot find at the grocery store, and often cannot find at the big chain pet supply retailers. The staff are all helpful, courteous and friendly. The store is clean and well stocked. If you're in the area and need pet supplies stop in and check them out. I love the abundance of knowledge that every employee has. I have been going to AYS for years. Over the years, my animals have had a variety of special needs regarding food and if it's not a prescription food, I've gotten it here. I remember being shocked at seeing that they carried a food a few years back that had kangaroo in it. I asked why they had that and they said that some animals are allergic to chicken, beef, fish, etc. I thought that was pretty amazing that this shop really had food solutions for so many issues.Our Frenchie needs special food because of his sensitive stomach. If he isn't eating good nutritious food, his farts will clear a room. One of our chihuahuas has stomach issues and I found an Italian brand of food that has pumpkin integrated into both the wet and the dry food, which is awesome, because she hates eating pumpkin mixed in with her food. So ironic when dogs will eat practically anything yet won't eat pumpkin.Anyway, the point is that AYS has such great service and inventory, that I will definitely keep coming back and recommending it to any pet owner I know.

Had such a great experience and The lady who groomed my little dog "Megan" is absolutely amazing I love how she took care of my dog. She was so professional and nice, I definitely have found a place that I will take my animals to. Everyone go see Megan when you go there and honestly the other woman working there grooming that wears glasses was really unprofessional and rude but other than that I was really happy with my experience there. Thank you Megan! Your awesome !

... been going here for years, has always been a positive experience, as was today, for the most part 😟 ... at check out the employee (I didn't get her name), was just outright rude ... I simply indicated I hadn't been in recently, which was countered with "we don't do points anymore", and she continued to ring up my items. I was taking a back by this because I had spoke with another young lady in the store who had informed us, my wife and I,about a frequent buying program and I simply wanted to make sure that all of my information was still current. Her response was a ridiculing stare and a very tart "well that's on a different system!" She begrudgingly took my email information and name and finished the transaction. As we were leaving I engaged with another employee not about this situation but simply that it was nice to see him I hadn't seen him in a while. He smiled laughed returned the greeting, as my wife and I exited the store. I don't know the name of the other lady that we encountered but I surely hope I never have to encounter her ever again, as I said I've visited this store many times and I have never been treated with but anything but kindness until today.😟

I've been buying my dog's food at the Henderson location for a while now and have never had a problem until recently. This business does not follow the mask mandate and therefore doesn't require social distancing or PPE for employees or customers. I no longer feel safe shopping here. I love to support local businesses and even go out of my way to purchase from this store as it isn't close to my home. But I won't be returning as it makes me question if they care about the safety of their customers or doing the right thing for their community. Very disappointed. I recommend taking your business to a more responsible shop.

We have had to change the food twice because they are out of stock. We are done and won’t be back. We use a very popular kind and will not keep changing its not good for our doggies. Very disappointing. Instead of laughing and figuring out what type of music to play you should be concentrating on your inventory. Good Luck we’re done!

Bought a bag of OC Raw to TRY with my dog and she refused to eat it. Tried twice. We usually get primal nuggets and she loves those. I was under the impression if we bought food and our dog didn't like it then we could return it. When you buy this food, it's frozen. We keep it in our refrigerator to thaw the bag as she usually would eat it within a week or less. Since we tried twice and she wouldn't touch it, we decided to ask for an exchange. Because when it thaws out- it appears to be less than half full- they refused to allow an exchange or store credit without a manager approval. The manager happen to already have left the store and there's no protocol for returns after management is gone for the day. They refused to even reach out to the manager and asked for us to return tomorrow. Due to our work schedules, that wouldn't be feasible. So I will NOT be returning to this store and will start going to the other specialty dog food store down the street.

Updating my review of the store...I've been coming to this store for years because I believe in supporting local businesses and I liked their holistic items. Most recently, I purchased 4 items. Before I even got to the counter, I noticed that there were other items there like a customer was about to be rung up. (There was a small bag of dog food and I forget what else.) The employee, Matthew, said it was okay and rang up my items, then I went my way. I didn't even think to check the bag to see if everything was there. I purchased an enzymatic dental spray, a moose dog toy, turkey bone broth and a no rawhide chicken flavored chew. When I got home, I gave my dogs the toy and the chew and put the broth in the fridge. The spray wasn't in the bag. I checked my car to see if it fell out of the bag. It wasn't there. A bit annoyed, I drove back to the store with my receipt and confronted the employee that rang me up. He was not accommodating. He believed that if the item was left behind on the counter, it would have been restocked within the store. (Uh, weird especially when I paid 16 dollars for the item.) I rechecked my car while I was there because it felt like I was being gaslighted and they did not take accountability. He also said that there are always other items on the counter when they ring things up. In all my years of going there, I have never experienced this. Yes, they have items they are selling on the counter but not items like they are about to be purchased. I purchased a more expensive enzymatic dental care of the same brand because my dogs still needed the item. They did suggest a cheaper, different spray but they weren't sure if it was enzymatic. (The label said it wasn't.) He refused to refund me for the original item because they just did inventory and didn't want to mess things up. I can empathize but that's not my problem. (And I found this especially contradictory because he said they would have restocked my purchased item if they found it.) I gave them my contact information to forward to their manager but did not receive a call back. I will not be returning to this store because of the way I was treated and their lack of customer care. I recommend always double checking your bagged items before leaving this store, especially if their counter is cluttered.

Don’t even bother looking to adopt from this place. Unless you want to wait 4-5 hours just to be turned away when it’s your “turn”. Staff sitting around and laughing while several people wait endlessly. Are they even doing anything back there?

A little pricey but it's a really nice, clean store with healthy products. I get all of my raw food there for my dog and cats and they keep the buying programs on the computer in my account. The staff is very nice and welcoming. If they don't have something in stock at the time, you can special order the items and they will call you when it comes in, which is very helpful.

Long overdue review.The highly knowledgeable staff here is excellent ! They love what they do and know there stuff . Have been buying my dog food for over a year . It is a specific brand that most places do not carry include the big chain pet stores. They have a really good reward program. Just got my free bag of food . Yippee . Highly recommend

I called and the person answering the phone was laughing and having a conversation with another person. As I was talking with him, he started talking with someone else. Then he cut me off while I was speaking to say “just a second” and then places me on hold mid sentence. Unprofessional!!!
