Long-term workers are NOT very friendly there with the exception of Randy. Always a pleasure to be rung up by him. A particular employee higher up than a normal employee who is often rude, unless people are around to hear them, breaks the rules and picks and chooses when they want to give you the CLEARLY marked sale or discount price (Usually on store shelf. They're fine with the lower price tag on the package). Always excuses. Old tag, sale/discount over etc. Not true. Various excuses with all workers why card transactions don't work properly and you have to retry your card. New workers have to be told of when things are marked down because they don't pay attention to the discount stickers on the package and you get charged full price. Old and expired stuff sold. On markdown, around expired date, fine. That's acceptable. Recently, I bought a dairy item that was expired ALMOST A YEAR AGO. Didn't know til I got home. Told someone next time I was in store. STILL saw the product there and nothing done after I went back another time. I proceeded to buy the remaining items myself when I saw them in the cooler. Purchased them, again, no problem. *rolls eyes*lol* RATING: TWO THUMBS DOWN

I walked out. Everything is WAY more than 1 dollar. And I need a flashlight to see anything in the aisles. Most the lights were out. Boxes crowded the walkways, I could barely move my cart. Walked out and just went to Safeway.

This particular Family Dollar has quite an extensive selection of different items. They even have a small selection of clothing. Plus if you download their app you can also save ALOT more $$ w/ their coupons & see things that are on sale that aren't always in their paper ads.

This particular Family Dollar is very hit or miss as far as service goes. Was in there today and nobody at the counter. Rang the bell nobody comes, walk around and nothing so I left. It's a mess in there. Constantly merchandising in the isles waiting to be stocked, carts in the aisles full of stuff for the shelves etc. Don't suspect they pay their employees much and it shows.I like Family Dollar but this one will not be getting my business again unfortunately. Just spend the few extra bucks and go to Safeway. Dollar general here in town is no better.

As an employee I can honestly say that it is a pleasure to assist the majority of the customers who shop and spend their hard earned dollars in the store. On the other hand, there are those that come in and shop for lack of a better word, thinking money is not necessary to purchase an item. Those few customers don’t need their items bagged as a backpack, purse or pantleg will work just fine.To the customers who spend their time and money in the store, I thank you for making my experience joyful. To the customer who don’t spend money but take as if owed, thank you for the laughs. We all know that shoplifting is a crime.

This Family Dollar was well stocked and had all the items I was looking for. Denise, the assistant manager, was so nice and answered the questions that I had.

The store itself was full and stocked but the employee ruined it for me. Went out of his way to be rude to my 9 year old. Very slow. No customer service.

Great deals going on if you download the app and use their digital coupons. I got a swiffer wet jet for less than $20.
